I had the most pleasant shopping experience here today. I was helped by the sweetest soul, Pepper. I honestly feel like their kind and encouraging treatment healed a lot of change room anxiety I’ve had. Pepper continually went above and beyond to support us with any sizing we needed, opinions when asked for them, and had such a presence of kindness and deep compassion. Pepper you are truly such a light worker! 🤘

The staff at this store offer excellent customer service! I was met with a very friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful, especially Erika! I was also able to easily exchange/refund clothes. I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans yesterday after putting off buying jeans for so long as in the past it has been such an uncomfortable experience. I was helped by two incredibly friendly and helpful staff members. Pepper in the fitting room knows the product so well and has a visual sense for size and what is flattering. He pulled jeans for me I never would have thought of and I feel like I tried on everything before finding my perfect pairs. The selection there is great but can be overwhelming with how many cuts and fits they have. So thankful to have such engaged and helpful staff. So glad I walked in!

The ONLY store to PUNISH you for RETURNING clothes that DONT FIT. Recently bought clothes online, I didn’t get to try them on and it was a different material, so it did not fit. I then went to the store in Belleville to return said clothes. Everything seemed to be fine, did the return and went home. Checked my American eagle profile and I’m NEGATIVE points and was NEVRR WARND BY THE CLERK in store during the return. I could have given the child sized clothes to my sister and kept my points! Thank you for NOTHING American eagle. Thank you for taking my THOUSANDS of dollars and doing nothing for me as a level 3 member. Would NOT recommend ANYTHING American Eagle.

I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a clothing store before. I was in to figure out my size in the men’s jeans, for gender-affirming clothing. Both Pepper and Dan were so understanding and helpful, turning a potentially anxious task into a fun and comfortable one. They helped me find my personal style and proper sizing, and even gave me tips for future orders and purchases. As a former retail manager, I can see that they go above and beyond for the store and it’s customers, and deserve recognition. Thank you Pepper, Dan and the entire team at AE Quinte Mall, you rock.

I usually love this store so much so that many of my gifts come from there. I have to say, not sure who is marketing the current products but I didnt find one item that I liked enough to buy. It even seems like the quality was sub standard to what it is to be..wondering what changed? It actually reminded me of a bi- way or old k- mart for style and quality. I do hope the marketers, window dressers and bulk buyers go back to their old way of doing business.
