We were very well taken care of today by (Manager) Josh with everything from selecting the best phone for our needs to the best plan/ payment option and then transferring all the necessities from the old phone to the new. This was not our first encounter with WOW! mobile boutique and Josh. We have recommended him to a number of friends and new residents to our area, and will continue to do so. It is our opinion that, when it comes to customer service, Josh is an incredible ambassador for this business.

Met Nick at the wow! Mobile boutique when I was facing some urgent issue, He was very helpful. He even helped me later on with other queries over the phone. A kind of customer service representative I would expect every enterprise shall have. He was kind, patience, knowledgeable & and amazing person to talk to for any Mobile related queries. I dealt with store manager Joshua Lucas. We started chatting several weeks ago when I dropped by his store. I asked him a bunch of questions re: cell plans and new phones. He offered to add me to his mailing list when deals popped up. He has been super helpful and responsive to my many texts until we purchased 2 new phones and switched to a plan that was perfect for us. He was super patient and professional and always had my best interests at heart. Believe me you He will give you the best service and deals available. Excellent experienc and I would recommend him to everyone.
