Wonderful Experience, The Ashram has the divine aura and makes you feel deeply relaxed through the meditation programs conducted here and also through the sheer beauty of the Ashram with Greenery and Lake. I would highly recommend to someone who is having a stressful life just take a break and enjoy the Divine and feel rejuvenated. This April month was my first visit to Ashram but here on Personally I would be coming very often to this Ashram. Wonderful people at ashram who take good care and make sure your stay is pleasant.

The Silence Retreat experience is marvellous. Taking time to unplug and focus on being silent and meditation for a full 3 days was very helpful to me. It is a renewal of energy and understanding of how meditation, yoga, and sky breathing are so important in my life. I feel lighter, uncluttered, renewed, energized in my life's purpose. The on line experience was very well managed by the wonderful leaders and teachers of the Art of Living.

Words can't describe how amazing and beautiful this retreat center is! ❤ A big plus is that the staff are very kind and welcoming. Overall, it is truly a great place to recharge, meditate, and self-reflect. I also enjoyed the vegetarian menu and highly recommend their Ayurveda services. Looking forward to my next stay! 🙏🙏

I do a 10 day online silence with Canada Ashram every year (now for past 3 years) and love the experience. They conduct it so well, it is professional and yet full of warmth. I highly recommend it for anyone who has Learnt SKY and done at least 2 of the the shorter silent retreats.

This is the most extraordinary retreat centre I have been to. The well-being programs (breath work, yoga, meditation, nutrition etc) taught here are life-changing. The food made mostly with produce from the on-site organic garden or surrounding areas, is so nourishing, delicious and prepared with oodles of love. The Ayurvedic Centre offers amazing treatments to nurture body, mind and soul. The natural setting itself is like a sanctuary, as the retreat is nestled in a beautiful forest surrounding a serene lake. I like the simple and very clean accommodation. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve visited that it almost feels like going home. The staff are wonderful. The flight from BC where I reside, is so worth it!

My experience of participating in the Sahaj Samadhi course with Guruji Aditya Mahajan was heavenly. I am grieving loss of my husband who passed away six months ago. This course brought equanimity in my emotions and released a lot of mental stress and anguish. Adiji is an excellent teacher. His calm and logical way of explaining the process was wonderful. I am motivated to practice this meditation sincerely. Adiji's way of teaching encouraged us to practice it as it feels effortless process. Jai Guru dev Sunila

I always come to this centre when I need to relax, rejuvenate, and recalibrate my physical and mental energy. The nature is breathtaking, specially in the fall with the symphony of colours. The choices of courses are great, my favourite being the silence course. Food is delicious and prepared fresh, in summer with local produce from the garden. And to top it of, there is an Ayurvedic spa, where a traditional Ayurvedic massage is totally worth it (although the spa offers other treatments as well). This is a gem hidden in Laurentian mountains of Canada!

I attended the silence course at the retreat on the Labor Day weekend. Besides the beauty of this place and the amazing training in yoga and meditation, I had this incredible normalisation of my blood pressure which will never show normal readings despite the medication but I had better than normal readings from Day 1 in the course. This place is magic.

The Canada Ashram is a place full with beauty, joy, love, kindness, laughter, and silence. The volunteers and all participants are super kind and devoted to the Art of Living. Within 2 days of my stay I felt at home. Thank you to Gurudev and all Art of Living volunteers. Please continue to spread love to the entire world. Namaste :)

This is one of those special places which makes you feel uplifted, energized, grounded and connected to your self. I have visited AOL retreat center various times over the years and at least once a year. I’ve taken both SKY Breath workshop (introductory program) and Silence Retreat. Staff and instructors are caring and attentive to your needs and you go back energized and rejuvenated. This is one of the best vacations you can gift to yourself and your family. Also, the location is beautiful.

The place has beautiful vibrations. Moment you come closer to ashram land, you’ll start feeling serene and calm. Lots of people gather here to meditate, dance, sing, laugh and do service projects.

I have been attending Art of Living Canada center’s 10 Day intensive online silent retreats multiple times a year. Every time I come out of such a retreat I find in myself a tangible change. It’s a surprise each time to see such a visible change apart from many subtle differences which you seem to make out as the days go by. More clarity of thought, lightness of spirit, clutter-free mind, awareness of your own thought process and the way we interact with the world around us, a sense of purpose, joyful countenance etc etc etc are some of the many “side effects” of such retreats. I attend several shorter silent retreat in a year but the “taste” of a 10 day silent retreat in beyond imagination. It can’t be described, illustrated or talked about. The only way to know what I am talking about it to go and do it. Also this post would be incomplete without mentioning Ami & Aditya, the facilitators for the silent retreats who with their poise, grace & commitment take the experience to another level.

I was at the Ashram for one of the Wisdom series sessions, this time on Karma, Prayer and Meditation. The course was beautifully taught by Swamiji; his teachings about the Wisdom go deep and the accompanying chants and meditations are very powerful and supportive. It is always great to spend time at the Ashram, whether it’s for Seva or any particular course, but this course really took me a step further I feel. The clarity I gained, the sense of purpose, and the increased ability to observe my thoughts and actions is something that will help me live “lighter”. Letting go of judgments of likes and dislikes is truly a relief; as a result you lose that sense of heaviness, and you feel more energized throughout the day, I find. Becoming more balanced and joyful every step of the way is so valuable, it embellishes your life and the lives of everyone around you. These courses are gems, for all of us, to learn from and live happier, lighter. I have been going to the Ashram for quite a few years now and for me it is a beautiful community where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings as well as the sharing of community life, like a larger family. Helping around the property, participating in courses, or the Satsangs in the evenings, you’ll be sure to have a wonderful feeling of personal depth and a lightening of spirit, returning to a deep sense of calm and happiness and love. I stayed off the ashram, but it was so good. It was raining like crazy, but everyone managed the parking and shuttles so well. The food was awesome! it was so nice to be the ashram in the presence of Gurudev. I want to take my mother and visit again. i also want to come for a silence course and stay on campus! thank you for the excellent work and service. It is also so beautiful with 2-3 lakes surrounding, it was magnificent!

Beautiful place for a retreat. It was very cold during 29 Dec to 1Jan. The silence course was what was needed for the soul to rejuvenate and get some calm and relaxation. It was a beautiful experience. Thanks to everyone who contributed to making the course so beautiful and the food so nourishing. Everyone was cooperative and silence was golden. I will visit the ashram in spring/ summer to enjoy the outdoors. Strongly recommend doing an. in-person silence course at the Ashram.

I visited for one day on 25th December, this place has its own vibes so much positive and energetic. Good road connectivity and beautiful surroundings. Also, the hospitality and food is cherry on the cake. Must visit while you are in Quebec.

An absolutely beautiful and calming retreat center, so inviting and very appropriate for anything spiritual. One feels so close to nature, as this serene land is laced with lakes and woods, worth visiting in any season. An Ayurveda center definitely adds to the charm. Being a regular visitor there, since the last 15 years , for me it's a home away from home.
