So terrible burgers I have never seen before. So poor quality food. Not fresh at all. Bread was dry and hard. Chicken was so hard like brick. Lettuce and tomato were gross. Bacon was hard to chew. Buy the burger for my kids but garbage food can not eat at all. 8 bucks for the garbage

Edit: since I took the photos, they have made a very good cleanup so my review merits some stars. This is what you see when pulling up to the drive-thru window... no more that 2 feet from our car door. It's an absolute disgrace. It smells and it's disgusting!

Terrible customer service. They gave me a bag with open sauce and it got all over everything in the bag. I went back in and the employees were laughing thinking it was funny even tho I payed for the extra sauce. When I walked away I looked in the bag and they didn’t even give me both sauces I asked for. For a food business you think they would take the time to check the bag before giving it to you. I’m never going back to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Just witnessed an employee screaming at kids eating and throwing them out. Mcdo use to be a place for kids to have fun. The older ladies working here are the worst.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions and mustard and got both onions and mustard, and didn’t get a straw for my drink

The drive thru took so long that drivers started getting road rage and cutting in front of each other to order first or pay first. You could also watch one vehicle pay and get their food before another order was taken. I realize that you need to train your staff.... but the drive thru is NOT the place for it.

Ordered two regular creme egg mcflurries. They couldn't keep orders straight at the window and then gave us the wrong flavours. We went back around the drive thru and received the correct flavours but the cashier dramatically threw the incorrect ice cream into the garbage, didn't say a single word to us and just handed us the new ice cream. Zero customer service at this store and they'll make you feel like you are in the wrong when they made the mistake.

Food is never fresh. Fries taste like they have been sitting for days. Even at rush hour where you would expect fresh or at least hot fries. Often go for breakfast and the hash browns are the same. Almost soggy like. If I had time I’d go to orleans. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s ever

I have been going here for a couple years. Use to be better. Lately I've been having issues with coffee not being stirred or missing ingredients and burgers ingredients all over the wrapper and buns

Walked in and ordered my breakfast on the kiosk. I like it a certain way, and when given my breakfast the cook said, heres your ''special'' order proceeded to say why the hell do we even allow this Also made my food wrong Worst customer service i have ever received

Often do not have fruit Fibre muffin to go with my coffee, thus 4 stars. Staff friendly, eat in part was clean.

There was an unfortunate mix-up with my mobile ordering and the 11 am breakfast cut off for whatever reason when going through the drive-thru. The order had to be canceled and re-written. It was unfortunately wrong. Everything was doubled but no coffees. I sometimes have difficulty speaking due to a medical condition. I just couldn't get my words out. They were SUPER PATIENT and VERY ACCOMMODATING. They fixed the problem. Super staff. I don't know what changed in the past year but that's the best crew I've seen there in years.

Went through the drive through minutes before closing and expected understandably lower quality service/food. Were pleasantly surprise by very upbeat, friendly and efficient staff. The food tasted great also. Kudos to the evening shift!

Cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Hunter at the Rockland location. Her attitude is infectiously positive. She is delightful, polite and offers drive-thru customers a great experience. The world needs more people like Hunter! 5 Stars!

It's a McDonald's. Everything was consistent with what one would expect from any other McDonald's only the lady made me repeat my order 4X. Maybe time to refresh their headsets or speaker box

The place is disgusting. Not only did I get 1/3 of the waffle fries I ordered but they stale. Charged over 4$ for this and the portion is pathetic. This McDonald's is the worst. Employees are ignorant and entitled. Complete trash

Just a quick in and out...but the sausage and egg mcgriddle was good and fresh.

The store was busy which is to show good food. However the service lacked because it took 10 mins to be noticed and there was plenty of staff to be able to take the order. Once order was taken the speed of service was excellent

Well, you probably already know McDonald's. Best fries in the world, better coffee than Tim Hortons... But for a really good burger, go to Harvey's and get their Angus. I wish everyone had the automated order system McDonald's has.

McDonald’s does not have a bacon cheeseburger, they add bacon to a cheese burger. Not every restaurant in the world serves bacon cheeseburgers :)

I ordered a McFlurry and received a nearly half full McFlurry. I addressed it to the manager, he appeared annoyed and proceeded to correct the problem by topping it up like an ice cream cone, ZERO SKOR! We also had to through out 2 large fries as they were beyond stale…. I feel ripped off & disrespected

Every single time I go here the order is messed up. Ex: got a happy meal with only ketchup and mustard on the burger, got home and there was only mayo on it. They didn’t put the fries for my meal in the bag and charged us for an extra chocolate milk. When I go in to get it fixed, half the staff isn’t in uniform and they are just hanging out chatting with each other. Took two minutes to get the attention of a staff member who seemed annoyed. Like I’m sorry to bother you to do your job. If this is the service you want to offer, drop your price because you aren’t worth it. P.S. every time I get the fries here they are the worst. I’ve worked at multiple McDonald’s in the past, it’s really not hard just follow the instructions.
