experience
at
Tim
Hortons
in
Rockland
off
the

I
went
there
this
morning
there
was
only
a
few
people
in
drive-thru
because
there
is
a
snowstorm
and
everybody's
taking
their
time
and
it's
understandable
so
I
place
my
order
this
lady
by
the
name
of
cathy
was
operating
the
drive-thru
window
I
place
my
order
and
after
the
end
of
my
order
I
added
an
extra
coffee
but
she
was
probably
the
rudest
I've
ever
been
talked
to
for
no
reason
especially
at
Tim
Hortons
where
they're
supposed
to
make
your
experience
and
your
morning
great
she
destroyed
my
morning
it
just
goes
to
show
that
people
today
there
is
no
more
customer
service
that
I
find
and
people
are
Ruder
now
than
ever
and
as
I
approached
the
window
to
pay
for
my
order
I
asked
the
lady
who
apologized
for
Kathy's
rude
behavior
for
no
apparent
reason
I
asked
for
her
name
and
you
can
hear
her
in
the
background
saying
oh
he
asked
for
my
name
hes
asking
for
my
name
I
hope
no
one
else
experiences
what
I
experienced
this
morning
at
Tim
Horton
me
going
to
Tim
Hortons
should
brighten
my
day
and
put
a
smile
on
my
face
but
one
bad
Apple
ruins
it
for
all.
