    Shouldn’t advertise to be open 24h if the workers are just gonna completely ignore customers from 12-5:30 am. Stood in the drive thru at 5am, along with 4 other cars for over 40 minutes and the person working inside was just filling up the muffins and donuts and completely ignored us. I even went to the window where it was open and where i could see the worker and tried to talk to them and they just went to the back once they realized i was trying to talk to them. Very disappointing but not surprising. Change your hours if you can’t have anyone work properly at night, it’s frustrating for customers trying to stop quickly before work cause i thought that was the whole purpose of a “drive thru”.

    Worst place I’ve ever worked in my life.. working night shift and having to deal with the atrocious morning staff was brutal, completely understaffed and brutalized for putting customers first instead of doing EVERYTHING for morning staff, we used to leave customers waiting or have to completely close drive thru to make sure we got everything done for morning staff cause if we did so little as to not refill straw before they came in omg all hell on earth, it was impossible to be one store front person with 200 cars in two hours and be expected to also do everything for the morning staff but when we would come in for our shift (night staff) (I never understood why we had to do everything for them since they were a staff of 16 to 12 and we were a staff of TWO.) nothing would be done and we did not have the right to complain about it. We had no choice but to put customers last and morning staff first. They were rude, inconsiderate and demanding. We were way to understaffed to be under so much pressure. The management is an absolute disaster and so is that god forbidden morning staff that believes they run the whole store since management made best friends with all of them. If you have not worked there 15 years you do not matter. I remember quitting cause I had enough of the terrible environment and was called “crazy “ for being upset. The night shifts aren’t a thing for a reason now.. please if you could avoid supporting such a toxic work place please do, there’s a reason you don’t see the same faces often.

    Rockland Tim Hortons Staffs changing constantly, always in training. so many mistakes with the orders. Unbelievable slow and orders 7 out of 10 times never done accurately, always missing food or literally something you did not order realizing when is too late Weekends are the worse to come for a simple coffee. I am surprise are still in business thos rockland location.

    Coffee has an odd taste to it. Ordered a peppermint hot beverage, at the bottom of the inside of the cup was a bunch of unknown jelly type flakes. Management was not even certain what it was, and I think they should know. Hopefully, just a one time fluke... #localguide

    Drive-through was extremely slow. They initially screwed up my order of a sausage breakfast wrap. They informed me at the window and apologized for the extra minute wait. Not a problem. Opening my wrap up while on the road, this is what I got...take a look at the images. I would have waited an extra minute for them to remake it instead of getting this wrap I had to throw out. Very bad customer experience.

    Had a long drive and wanted to get a coffee. It said it was open 24 hours yesterday. 1130pm and the drive thru was blocked off the doors locked and a young male staff member was inside just playing music. Would have been okay with it if there was a sign stating they were closed or a reason why the drive-thru was blocked via pylon and one of those ol' milk cartons. But it just appeared as if he didn't want to deal with customers. I wasn't the only person who was there in the 10 minutes I was there. There where a good 5-6 people who went to the drivethru relised it was closed then tried both doors for them to be locked. At least change the hours on Google maps if your gonna be closed.

    The staff are unwelcoming. They constantly forget small things like toasting a bagel, or the bacon I paid extra for. This weekend 75% of the staff was in training, the store front fully served approx 10 customers in the span of 15 minutes, with a lot more waiting their turn. Something needs to change.

    Zero stars. Forgot my dad's food and argued about it to us. Meanwhile, all the little kids "working" there are having conversations about who failed what math test twice. I'm not surprised you failed. They screwed up orders before mine and after. The place was extremely busy, and there they are, ignoring the customers. Then, when they argued about our food being missing, I told them maybe stop talking about school, and focus on what food to make they said I was mean lol. Meanwhile, they argued with us when we simply asked where our order was. Maybe have ONE adult working there or someone over 18 at the very least. Completely incompetent and rude and rude people, i don't care what age you are, get some manners, especially working customer service. I'd be embarrassed if those were my kids. I would fire them if they were employees of mine as well. Go to the other location in rockland if you can.

    Over 30 people waiting in line at lunch time, only one person on cash! Always an issue that they never seem to fix drive through and dine in take over 25 minutes. They know 100% that 11-2 is there busiest lunch rush and they can never seem to have enough staff

    they got my order wrong in the drive thru so i went back in to get them to correct it, and i went back in my car checked my food and they still got it wrong, worst timmis out there!!

    Definitely not a 24 hour Tim's Always close at random times And they can never get the order right A 1/2 hour for 3 cars in the drive-through Or you can go in the other lane and wait at least an hour before they pass you While there's 20 cars going through the other lane

    Absolutely terrible drive thru experience as always. They always wait nearly 5 mins before even taking my order at the speaker. When I got to the window, my single coffee still wasn’t ready, 10 mins later. Let’s remember there’s only 2 cars ahead of me.

    I'm actually impressed with how bad the service is here. The number of times my order has been wrong really makes me think the people working here do not care that customers spend money to be served food. Maybe they should raise the education requirements for this establishment.

    The bigger blonde person that served the drive through tonight was rude, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We pulled up to the window only to have it rolled down for over 5 minutes (it’s cold) with no acknowledgement.. we ordered drinks and timbits which is usually a quick order… so I rolled my window back up. When she finally gets to the window she’s scowling at me as she hands me the POS machine. I say thank you as she hands me the drinks and she’s eyeing me down… not sure what her problem is but someone tell her she doesn’t have to work there if she hates it! There’s another Tim’s on the 17, Starbucks at the plaza, I’d advise anyone to avoid the sour experience

    I asked for chai tea latte on drive thru first they didn’t lsiten and they make only chai tea when I ask for latte they said to wait and then at the end they gave me a small cup full of cold milk and they add coffee inside it chai tea bag which tasted like s****. I’ll never go there again.

    The dark roast coffee I ordered tasted like hot water with cream in it. My husband went back in and they gave us a new coffee, but it still tastes like the first one. I’ve never had a dark roast from Tim’s that has ever tasted like this. Usually the coffee is the same no matter which Tim’s you go to, but not here. Very disappointed in the quality.

    If you feel like waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru this is the place for you!! Or if you feel like an early morning coffee and want to be disappointed when you get to a "24hr" coffee place and they are closed then i would recommend this place!

    Wish I could give 0 stars. By far my worst experience going through a drive thru. Waited in line for over 10 minutes. Had a very simple order. 1 large london fog tea, 1 small coffee 1cream, a bacon egg sandwich on an English muffin and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. Get to the cash get a large 1 milk and the london fog. Told them it was a small coffee 1 cream. The gave me the coffee and didn’t reimburse me the difference. I got my bag with the sandwiches and left. Get home I have 2/3 of a cup a coffee with way too much cream and a ham and egg instead of the bacon. Seriously how hard is it to make a simple order? Will never be going back there again.

    hi yesterday i was waiting at the speaker to order just a coffee and i waited for 5 minutes so i thought it was close cause nobody was talking and i move forward at the window but there was only one car at the window and they we're just talking and i was still waiting again but the car left and had their food cause nothing was given to them while i was waiting and when i got to the window i told her why is it taking so long she didn't know what to say so i told her it's not a chatting service 😡and if i had a way out of the the drive thru i would of left NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! It was my first time there but it's my last time to!

    Never open never ready and most of the staff just moops around . It's a management and owner issue . Horrible when your job is to prep coffee and your waiting at 5 am for 10 mins in drive thru for coffees. Every time I might go I'll try them again nope they screw up.. I live in Rocklin and I go to Blair road for a coffee

    Terrible! Just terrible. Walked in with my son to grab a snack and hot beverages. Stood in front of counter for at least 10 min if not more. No one acknowledged our presence. The employees served only drive-through. A couple of other people were waiting behind us too. Finally, I asked if someone would be serving customers inside soon. I was ignored by 2 of three girls there. The other one smirked at me and said: I’m busy. She was clearly not busy by the way. After that, I just thought “were out of here” without buying anything. Ended up going to the Tim’s on Edward. Was in and out in 5 min plus I was greeted with a smile. Never going there again.

    Waited 30 min for my coffee and food , you think they would have the right order after waiting so long , however they still managed to mess it up and give me something I never ordered and on top if that , THEY FORGOT MY COFFEE ?! Horrible establishment , Horrible management, will never be going back and recommend everyone stays away aswell !

    Great donuts and hot chocolate for a cold day or in the morning for a cup-a-coffee basically I would say this is McDonald's rival company but for what Timmy's serves it is far superior to McDonald's

    Slowest drive thru I've ever been in... Took 12 minutes to get from the street to the speaker and another 15 from the speaker to get our coffee... What a joke

    Story of this picture is night staff was extremely overworked and completely taken advantage of. We worked basically for morning staff and if morning staff wasn’t happy we were treated terrible (even tho we did 90% of the work) so much of the work actually that if we didn’t do something it was never done. I came back from my 2 days off and this is what the cold brew looked like. When I complained to management and eventually quit over the environment and quality of food I was called crazy. Am I crazy or is this completely foul? No I won’t be calling your help line :)

    Damn this place was so good not even gonna lie like mhmhmhm it was so delicious. The bagels were so crispy n worm, and in Ottawa they don’t have jelly filled donuts so it was just yum yum

    If I could rate this lower I would. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes and when we got to the window nothing was ready and there were 4 people hovering at the cash. Poor management. Will never be returning to this location.

    Ever since they fired their evening supervisor from last year the only adult on staff Service has been lacking they don't care they're Playing vulgar music and letting the restaurant get filthy. If the owners cared at all about this establishment they would bring her back she was the only reason we continued to go

    So many people leave just negative reviews, I want these employees to be recognized for a positive experience. Today (04/11/23) around noon, a very friendly, upbeat woman took my order through drive through. At the window she was training another woman, they were both so pleasant and friendly. I hope they are recognized by management, especially when so many employees have to deal with so much negativity.

    They almost never have the ingredients available when we order food. The one time I politely expressed this, was met with a very abrupt, dismissive attitude. We have definitely given up on this location.

👍 Friendly service and a good Buffalo chicken wrap. Contents of the wrap were evenly distributed which I appreciate lol. Little but pricey though, $20 for a wrap seems a but much and I came from Vancouver. Fries were generic frozen fries, but not the worst. Had lemonade to drink.
