Edit:
Needless
to
say,
the
owner's
response
is
not
what
actually
happened,
it's
his
guide's
version
of
events.
The
guide
would
say
that,
wouldn't
he?
The
guide
was
unwilling
to
point
out
a
pharmacy,
we
had
to
find
one
ourselves
on
Google
maps,
which
unfortunately
was
shut
on
a
weekday.
We
didn't
hold
up
the
tour
for
more
than
a
few
minutes
and
we
(and
other
participants)
were
surprised
at
the
guide's
inflexible,
grouchy
and
uncompassionate
attitude.
Make
of
it
what
you
will!
Review:
We
went
on
a
guided
ride
with
Ça
Roule
and
kept
the
bikes
for
the
rest
of
the
day.
The
shop
staff
were
very
helpful,
the
bikes
suitable
for
our
needs
and
it
was
a
great
way
to
see
Montreal.
Our
guide,
Nicolas
was
very
knowledgeable
and
enthusiastic
about
the
history
of
the
city
but
could
do
with
working
on
his
people
skills.
He
became
tetchy
when
I
needed
to
find
a
pharmacy
on
the
route
(which
would
have
taken
a
few
minutes)
and
irritable
when
he
thought
the
group
weren't
listening
intently
enough
to
his
very
detailed
history
lecture
on
a
very
hot
day.
Another
ride
participant
was
taken
aback
by
this
attitude,
it
wasn't
just
my
perception.
I'm
sure
other
guides
would
be
great
and
we
still
had
an
enjoyable
day
out,
going
to
the
Olympic
Park
in
the
afternoon
with
helpful
route
instructions
from
Ça
Roule's
owner.
