    After contacting samsung to repair my s22 ultra in the same day fedex came home to pick it up it was really fast however it took almost 2 weeks to get my phone back after calling them more than 5 times to hear any updates. The phone repair was pricy, but they did a good job repairing it .

    Absolutely above and beyond service by the rep at this store. Nowadays, it's almost impossible to find a combination of friendly, helpful and competent in anywhere you go. This young lady was all 3 and then some. Thank you so so much for your help Sofia. It was very much appreciated.

    Impossible to get anywhere… on my Samsung galaxy chromebook (256gb 8gb ram item core i5) The battery-connector keeps becoming disconnected internally, making it power off, not show a battery light indicator, and only work when plugged in. I've had to send it in what would be 5 times in less then a year of ownership from a brand new device, for the same issue. Now I am out of warranty, and will have to pay for the shipping and repair out of pocket every 1-2 months if I want it to work. Somehow, this is not seen as defective by Samsung's technicians. that means that the device is working as it normally should, so it was designed to or should break on you every couple months?.. Not sure how this isn't illegal. Waited for a call from the refund and exchange department that never came, when that claim was denied because its “not defective” I waited for a call from a manager that never came, and now I am out of warranty. Started this most recent request a month ago and got no where unless I sent it in for service for the 5th time, for the next occurrence to be out of warranty. Unbelievable. I'm a full time student and just need a working device, this has been impossibly hard and I am stuck with an expensive device I purchased as defective.

    (Phone customer service) Like every year I trade-in my phone for a new one but this year they decide my phone has some defect. I took pictures of it and they sent me pictures of it and it's in pristine condition and work, no burned pixel, no scratch. They charge me 74$ off the trade-in for a worth of 56$ Instead of 140$. I have been calling the customer services every week stating that they are evaluating this and that. They do not understand when you try to ask them something or they respond with another answer to another question. When you ask them their employee number they refuse to give it or if you ask to speak with a supervisor they lie, they cut you when you speak and become rude and come back with trying to fix the problem or pretend they are the supervisor. Why are they so afraid to even give you their employee number? Are you going to whip them or put them in the street Samsung? Why after 2 weeks no one answer back yet and keep pressuring me to accept the 56$ every 2 days by email? Well I accepted because your employee at the customer service told me I will get the 140$ and you know what? It seem I wont so this is the last time I'm buying from you Samsung Canada. I'm done. Here are the pictures of the apparently defect, scratch or function not working phone I sent them. I even sent it with the box and accessories in mint condition.

    I had a cracked screen. Its only option is walking if you want to go there. They wanted me to leave my cell phone there for 2 days just to assess how long to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous; unacceptable.

    This review is for the management of the store and not the lady who served me she was very nice and polite. As a professional who knows about technology is my line of work I didn't have a good experience here. I also own a zflip 3, z fold 3 and iPhone 14 ProMax. So here is the story. They called me after two months waiting for a screen replacement protector for my ZFlip 3. They told me it will just take few minutes to apply. Well guess what? They said it will take 5 hours after I arrived at the store (from very far away mind you). Is unheard of to wait 5 hours to put a protector on a phone. Who believes that. Also they wanted my pin for the phone which I wasn't happy about it. Anyways service is awful. Samsung obviously doesn't care about its customers. Awful experience at this store stay away. Very very disappointed after spending thousands on their products. Never again.

    Super nice staff. Clean modern store. Very quick and easy to drop off device for repair. No waiting. 1 week later got the phone back with many components changed under warranty. Works way better than when it was new. Recommended as a service center for all Samsung products.

    I was served by Hoda at this store, and what a gem. She presents herself professionally and had great communication skills, but if you catch her good side she's absolutely hilarious, she had me laughing for 10 minutes after we had "issues" with my code pattern. I felt comfortable with her and she was very kind and sweet, a perfect example of a perfect worker! The service was fast and done well, fantastic job by the staff that took care of my phone!

    Ordered a laptop online and still not shipped 3 days later. Go figure when Amazon delivers next day - same product. Contacted customer service 2 days in a row and was advised both times that the order would ship the same day. That was allegedly also the reason why they could not cancel and refund the order as it was ready to ship... I would have to wait for delivery and refuse it. There seems to be a serious lack of training and transparency. Very disappointing !

    Lousy service, both service girls were no help at all.I was extremely disappointed. I had to take time off from work. I went to visit the service center on Decarie .and they had no replacement loaner phones available. Also the service center smelled like cigarettes. I had a bell service number and clerk did not even bother to help. She repeated same thing over and over to me as if I was a child. I got home called Bell Mobility and they will send me a temp phone. Then I will send my warranty phone to Bell for repair.

    Well I decided to skim through some of the other reviews and saw that some were bad and why. I guess it really depends on who you get. Well today, their service was great, more than great actually. I've been here a few times and I've always gotten good service, and their star rating seems to reflect that. So as far as I'm concerned, they give good customer service.

    Service was perfect . Manager Felicia of this office was so rude , impolite she doesn't know how to work with costumers. I hove owner will see this comments . She was really so bad not only with me . she was taking with other costumers at same manner, so bad attitude. Poor you Falicia. 😢

    Wow what great service I received here! Samsung Flip 4 hinge popped off on one side with a bit of the screen. I called them, left a voice mail, they called back within 10 mins. I brought the phone in and they had it fixed within about 4 hours and it was covered in the warranty. Would definitely come back, huge stress when a phone breaks but they were super fast, friendly, and knowledgeable

    After 6 months of use my Z Flip 4 has had a screen blackout due to malfunctioning hinge mechanism and a screen unglueing, so I went to this service center for a repair. The two ladies at the front desk has quickly taken my phone while explaining the process of how and when my phone will be repaired (it is covered under the warranty). They said it will be ready within 24-48 hours, but I have received an email that it is ready after only 20 hours! Very impressive! A big shout-out to the front desk girls and everyone who has taken the time to get my Flip back in working condition. Thanks to you all!!

    Thank you, Samsung sales representative and service center manager at Jockey Road for your help fixing a big problem 5 stars for both . There were no stars for the representative who received me first hand. Has to be retrained to communicate with in coming customers .

    I have to say that Gabriel and Jenna are really the best ! They both took care of me more than I needed. They are honest and really try to see what is best for the client. The both work extremely well together snd are sooo kind. If you ever have an issue, go see one of them. They will definitely help you and make sure you walk out very happy ! THANK U GUYS AGAIN ! Always going the extra mile for me !

    the customer service was good but i went 8 times in 2 month to fix my phone and it still doesnt fuction properly.I went there the lady checked my phone for any damges when she saw there was none she took it few days later i get a call that said tht my screen was broken and I had to pay even tho i didnt break it.They said thta i broke it when i didnt, it doesnt make any sense cause the lady checjed and said that my phone was good.And if they fixed it the first time i wouldnt have went there 8 times.They are trying to gaslight me into thinking that i broke the phone when they broke it.tf

    Very deceiving customer service. The woman called Felicia, was very rude, lack of communication skill and provoking the customer with a nasty attitude. They made me come 2 times (45km one way) for the pieces that they cofirmed that they received it. When you arrived, she told me no piece available, nothing we can do. Call customer service, no apologies for these wasting time experiences. Samsung should wake up on the customer's relation skills. As I love to support my native country's product, but because of these multiple bad experiences, im starting to think twice now. Formal complaint has been submitted

    Bought a brand new samsung dryer, completely stopped working after 6 months, have now been waiting 3 months for it to be fixed, everytime they send technician they say they don't have the right parts need to order and never hear from them, samsung washes their hands of the issue and just expects me to continue waiting in vain and keep taking techinician apts and days off work with no resolution. Wont provide compensation or a replacement dryer. ***In response to your answer below I've called they don't care. Im just supposed to continue waiting after a repair company they hired that is not doing their job.***

    Everytime I went with a Samsung Phone. It took at most 24 hours to get it back. I just wish they were more locations ! My repairs went from simple S-Pen replacement to whole screen replacement. Everytime, you wouldn't know it was repaired. Great service. Highly recommend for any Samsung owners!

    Drove 30 minutes to get here. Arrived at 11am to locked door. No customers visible inside. Met, but not invited into store. No customers, so it's not a covid precaution. I came with scratched zflip screen. You know the one Samsung said can't be scratched? Yeah. Scratches from swiping screen no less. 5 months. So standing outside store I'm told vague and incorrect information. $1000 to replace screen...sell it as is! Told her it's under warranty. Well then it's $200 plus tax. No consult with a technician...just the attitude of get out of here so I can lock the door again (which she did). Called Samsung Canada from parking lot. Some "sympathy" but $159 plus tax to repair. Hmm...defective product they said can't be scratched and they sold it like that; and I should pay more??? Like going to a bakery and buying burnt bread. "OK, I can burn it more and it will cost you extra". Lol, Samsung. Probably spent 30k on products over the years and that's the treatment I get.

    Wonderful experience with this service center! I had an issue with my new s21 ultra and my buds and they replaced my buds and defective parts in my phone . Super fast service with smiling faces i would suggest anyone to go there if you have an issue with your phone

    Incredible quality and super fast service here. I broke my phone screen for the first time and I went here on a whim to get it fixed quickly. The representative, Jenna T, helped me so well and was very positive and professional answering all my questions. They did the repair in under 3 hours which is incredible to me as other companies would require you to ship and wait ages to get it back. Good job Samsung, very good service offered here. I couldn't even tell the screen was different because it was put on so well.

    Had to wait 30 minutes outside because the shop closes from 12:30 to 13:30. Not ideal!! Repair service was excellent though. Had the phone ready even if the messaging system from Samsung is confusing, i.e. ticket completed doesn't mean repair is ready.. still need to wait for a phone call.

    Re visit September 17,2022 Amazing customer service! I got the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G in February 2022. I had issues with the device. At first I went to the downtown Montreal Eaton Center store , which was a very bad choice on my behalf. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever had where an employee because it was five to six closed the door in my face, and this is on top of me calling him from my taxi to tell him that I was on my way he couldn't care less So I decided to go to the store and what an amazing decision that was I've been there a few times and each time the service just gets better and better but they understood the fact that I have a very expensive advice and actually gave me a brand new loaner in the meantime and did everything for me with absolute pleasure I believe this store should be the model of your company!     Hell expensive! And, if you go to any other " Samsung qualified" repair center, they won't warrant the previous job. They fail to mention that completely! So, if you ever need anything, the only place is here, not any other repair center. Went to a third party and did an amazing compared to Samsung service!

    Won't fix my cracked screen of my Note 10+ even if I want to pay for it, because its an "international" model. I called other repair center and they charges me 250$ for a screen repair of my phone now worth 500$... Now I know why Apple is bigger!

    If I can put -1 star I’d do it. My Samsung washer still under first year of warranty broker down twice in August. First time it started working again by miracle after I spent 1.5h on the phone with the useless customer service and hung up as I was late for a meeting. Came back a few hours later and it started working. Second time the door doesn’t close (this was on the second week of august and we’re now the 15th of September). She said she’ll send someone. 5 weeks later I get a technician to come fix it and apparently it’s a mechanical problem, needs to order the piece and then will hopefully get a technician before another 5 weeks. Piece of advice to anyone contemplating purchasing their washing machine DONT unless you’re ready to not use it for months on end within the first year of purchase. I wonder what kind of service I’ll be getting after the warranty runs out. Absolutely disgrace!

    Really satisfied with the service. Very fast, brought the phone Friday at noon and was ready Saturday morning. Screen change no data deleted. Also thanks to Sophia, really courteous service. Highly recommended.
