WOW! Amazing place, very clean and organized. If you're in the county take some time to visit.

I went to see the Jake DeVries Natural Heritage Exhibit opening, it was really fantastic! I'd highly recommend this place! I didn't have much time to see the other buildings but I sure will be back.

What an amazing (and accidental) find! This is undoubtedly one of the best small-ish heritage villages I've encountered! Wonderfully put together and curated; extensive, but not expansive -- all buildings are in close proximity and quite accessible. The $4 admission was a bargain for the breadth and depth of artefacts and information on display.

Truly a great experience visiting this outdoor pioneer village. It was not commercialized, entrance was free, and there were plenty of volunteers providing interesting and relevant historical background. Very nice displays of equipment, household goods and furniture allowing one to have a fairly good impression what life in early rural Ameliasburgh was like.

This is a great little village to stop and visit. My boys enjoyed the ability to tour around to each building at their leisure. They especially enjoyed the animal display.

A thoroughly pleasant experience and an illuminating glimpse into life in Upper Canada at the end of the 19th century. A lot of love clearly clearly went into the curation. I loved the whole 'village' but highlights were the steam engine, the schoolhouse and the taxidermy museum.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exhibit. Elementary aged kids in our group were skeptical when we drove up but they ended up really liking it

Had an excellent time at the museum. My children learned a lot about the area and about historical day to day life. Had a lovely time at their berry social.

Great place to take the kids. A bit of local history and lots to see. Close to the park and Roblin Lake, perfect place for. Picnic and a swim afterwards.
