Located I'm Clarendon so there's some street parking snd somewhere parking garages around. I had called ahead to order ab10 inch cheesecake and a Happy Birthday chocolate plaque to pick up. Thay interaction was a little strange as she asked me if I wanted my sour cream for the cheesecake on top or on the side. I thought she had meant whipped crean but she insisted it was sour cream and then also forgot to take my name until I mentioned if she needed addition information for me to pick it up. We came here for dinner and sat down in addition to picking up the cake. The dinner was great and service was amazing. I ordered a skinny mojito and my boyfriend ordered the Bourbon and Honey. Both were great. For our appetizers, we ordered the Korean Fried Cauliflower and the Chicken Taquitos. The Cauliflower was really good but took some time to make. I ordered the taquitos probably 15 min after when we were putting in our entrees and it still came out first. It was airtight, good flavor but actually a little cold inside. For dinner I ordered the Grilled Steak Medallions and my boyfriend ordered the Truffle Honey Chicken. The steak Medallions were good. They were well cooked and the mashed potatoes and shiitake mushrooms were good too. The truffle Honey chicken was a little disappointing. Not too much flavor but it was a decent fried chicken. Service was great. Our server was attentive and helped us grab the cheesecake that we ordered. It did come with sour cream which to me is still very strange.

I had the Cajun Jambalaya and it was delicious. I didn't know what to expect but glad I choose it because I always order the Meatball and Spaghetti. Went back again tonight Desmond did a wonderful job.

It’s usually difficult to write a review for a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and here is why: the dishes are delicious (same menu every where, maybe pre-made dishes?), the setting / ambiance is cozy but the service is medium or even mediocre. This one was no exception: the service was medium minus. The waitress made a couple of mistakes and we had to ask for refills for drinks many times. But the dishes were those we love in these restaurants… So I guess we can say the whole experience was average.

This is one if my favorite places to dine in when ever I visit USA. It always change my mood to a very positive day The staff are great, food is delicious Thank you!!

Oh yes! Someone found me worthy enough to take me on a date and I am glad they did. I didn't eat much this time because I'm watching my figure but next time I will explore more of their options. I had the calamari which was excellent. It was light and crispy. Perfect! I also had the salted caramel cheesecake. Yum yum! It was a rich and smooth slice of heaven. The service was very delightful and I caught some of the game. I was fully satisfied from this visit.

TCF Arlington was hopping but we got our table for five by walking right in. Tanae provided attentive service. Food was excellent and was served hot and perfectly prepared. Dessert was yummy and we had to take with us because we also had started with avocado egg rolls so were so full! Chicken Madeira and steak Diane with buttered Parmesan noodles, ribeye, herb crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, French dip burger, fettuccini Alfredo all so delicious! Caramel Royale Macchiato perfect. Easy street parking all around. Coming here was a pleasure!

Today, we had a group of 16. Excessive, but they were about to accommodate us by splitting our group in half. Which was fine with us. Everything was fine until a mishap where two of our orders didn't get placed. A manager was promptly called, and accommodations were made to rectify the mistake. Though we were not able to eat dinner with the group and had to take our meals home, the staff was super willing to make an offer for soup and salad while we waited for our entrees. Our group was ready to leave by the time our meals came. They promptly packaged them to go and gave us a small discount without us asking for it. Great customer service! We shall return.

I was super excited to visit this place ever since I finished watching the big bang theory. But after eating a cheesecake here, I have become a fan of their cheesecake flavours. There are a lot of varieties of cheesecakes to choose from. The other dishes in their main course are unique and very tasty.

Slow service. The place wasn't busy..but no bread for almost 35 minutes. The server came by several times to say the bread was in the oven while we watched at least 3 parties that arrived well after us recieve bread. It became the joke of the table as we watched servers continously walk by with BREAD. The bread eventually came along with the appetizers about 35 minutes later. The food was good... it usually is. The new street corn appetizer is a must try!

Waiter was awesome. Couldn’t find much chicken in my salad: Had stomach issues 5 hours later. The salad was beautiful even though it had little protein & most likely gave me diarrhea …. severe diarrhea. in a way i’m happy —- keeps me from going back. i do love the cheesecake !!!

Enjoyed our visit to Cheesecake factory today. My son loved the avocado rolls, I loved my lettuce.wraps (removed chicken), tried the Thai shrimp - they were great , but my daughter really missed the dynamite shrimp previously on the menu- they were much crunchier. Bread was burned and stale- only criticism. Overall a great experience. Kenneth was a great server and attentive to my kids needs❤️

Parking for here is always a challenge. It’s street parking in a busy area so plan ahead. We had reservations so seating was easy. Service was good. The setting is like every Cheesecake Factory so I won’t speak to it. Our meals were good and filling for everyone. I had the chicken Madeira, wife chicken costoletta, and son chicken bellagio. Everything was delicious, and quite a bit of leftovers. Good food but be forewarned parking is a challenge; there's not a lot of street parking and it's not free. Staff and service is generally good, while the atmosphere is what you'll find in any Cheesecake Factory. We've found that we like eating a bunch of appetizers so we all enjoy different things. This time we had Tex Mex egg rolls (always good), beet and avocado salad, sweet corn cakes (delicious), buffalo blasts (solid), and Korean fried cauliflower (one of my favorites). Overall not a bad experience. The service was great and the setting is very comfortable and relaxing. Parking is street parking and can be hard to find at times but still worth it. We took the kids and decided to just have a bunch of appetizers and enjoy many flavors. We had spinach artichoke dip, buffalo blasts, nachos, and Korean cauliflower. We left satisfied and stuffed.

Trying to get to all the famous American chain restaurants, and tonight's choice was The Cheesecake Factory. They promise big flavours with huge servings and they most certainly deliver on that promise, though the biggest flavour through every meal was sweetness. Got a steak, make it sweet, got a Thai chicken salad, make it sweet. Don't get me wrong all the rest of the flavours are there and delicious, but the sweetness can take over at times. Staff was amazing, decor was the best of 80's /90's kitsch, and the place was packed.

Came for a birthday gathering. The wait was a little longer than expected because of the party size we had. I had the pizza but the bottom of the pizza was still soft, so the toppings came off trying to pick it up

My inaugural visit to this Cheesecake Factory was a tasty affair. With a 6:30 reservation, we were promptly seated, and our server was initially attentive. The cheesecake selection on the way out was irresistible, ensuring a sweet ending to our evening. A tip for future diners: arriving earlier might help avoid potential crowds. Overall, a positive experience with a diverse menu and a desire to return for more.

To spend over 00 bucks for food this was a waste the egg was over cooked the potatoes fried to a crisp (burnt) the chicken was over cook and the crust was burnt 🥵 just overall poor quality. This why I do not eat out and just cook at home

This was our birthday weekend. We hadn't been there in a while. It felt good to be there and sat near the front with a great view and cool temperature from the front door. When I say all the food was good, it was from the bread to the entrées. The cheesecakes were awesome. At the end, when paying, I mentioned it was my birthday, and we each received a cup of ice cream and a candle. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. It was a very good dinner and time. Many thanks to our waitress and others who took care of us.

Never seen Cheesecake Factory like this. Service was not good and server was so rude. She was like not giving us face value was so wack. I can’t believe that’s how they have this server with so bad service and rude customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone else. We paid too money and had big family trying to have a good time, but she didn’t have the opportunity to give us good customer service. Worst worst worst!

First time ever going there the menu is a mini book lol so much to choose from, it get better as you go along will definitely be going back many times. Didn't get pics of my food but my drinks yessss.

I ordered the peanut butter cheesecake and when I received it, half of the cookie crust was missing. I ordered thru Door Dash and so now I am waiting to find out if I will receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. They do not care about quality if you order take out.

I found the service at this cheesecake factory to be the best I've had at any factory. But, at the end of the day, it's a fancy Applebee's and the food is just OK while being overpriced. The Korean fried chicken was edible, it was OK. The kimchi it came with surprisingly tasted like kimchi. As a Korean, you never know what kind of kimchi you'll get at a non-Korean restaurant, a chain no less. The factory burrito was very meh. I actually didn't like the plain cheesecake. Did it change? Or did I? I don't know but I don't plan to order food from The Cheesecake Factory enterprise in the future.

Atmosphere nice contemporary jazz playing in background. Clean , neat & pleasant staff. Food was awesome for everything but soup which was cold and food took a little longer to be served than we be expected. My sister and I took our oldest sister out for her birthday and the server brought ice cream in dish with whipped cream and a candle as well at end of our meal. Serving size was huge and price of meal reasonable.

We came for brunch on Sunday and it was so great! We have never had a bad experience at a cheesecake factory, but this was our first time here for brunch. The breakfast burrito 🌯 was delicious and the Monte Cristo was great as well. The home fries were perfectly crispy. The peach 🍑 Bellini was straight perfection! The Carmel macchiato ☕ was super sweet. Obviously the cheesecake factory never disappoints.

Always a wonderful time at The Cheesecake Factory, but this particular visit on the 20th of April was special. As I sat down to browse the almost encyclopedia-like menu, I felt as though I had been transported to a culinary wonderland. Every dish description had my taste buds dancing with delight and anticipation. It was probably the hardest choice of my young life, but finally I decided on combining some chicken and steak Diane. And boy oh boy what a combo it was, the flavors combined into a glorious explosion down my gullet, mmm mmm. But the true star of tonight’s show? The caramel pecan turtle cheesecake. I’m a big chocolate man, and this dessert was so decadent and rich that I was swooning with every bite. The caramel and pecan flavors were expertly balanced with the creaminess in the middle, and the layer of brownie provided a solid base for this magnificent creation. (No picture because Siri cried at the sight of this beautiful cheesecake, blurred up the camera). Service was okay, but with this menu the server could quite literally bring back memories of my childhood trauma and I would still enjoy my dining at this establishment. Will be returning to try more of their magical menu selection.

All we went here for was the 🍨 🥧 🍦. The cheesecakes are super sweet and giant. You have to really be hungry to finish one of these. The servr was super nice and helpful. It's not a go to all the time type of place. I would save it for birthdays or special occasions. You don't want to get bored of sweets but it's so rich you will be stuffed amd feel drunk off sugar easil.

It's very rare I have an okay experience with Cheesecake Factory. I called ahead and was told the was a whole wheat option. When I arrived to oder my beyond d burger with fires, the waitress specifically said that she would bring me whole wheat toast. She was very kind to ensure that I did not receive the sauce because it's not Plant-based. I received my burger cold and on white bread and the fries were cold.😔 The Avocado 🥑 is always on point and no different at this location. Definitely was delicious. There was on street parking for a fee and a parking garage near.

I have tried many locations across the world, pretty much all have been excellent. Yet, this branch has a very poor quality when it comes to delivering the best service and food. I have included a picture of how certain orders are inedible and unpresentable. I have kindly brought it to the server but his response was we are under staffed on Sundays, so that’s why we can’t check all orders and deliver the best service! I am very disappointed in the service and the quality of the food! I highly suggest not going to this particular branch.

I've visited this location only once so far, and only The Cheesecake Factory locations very few times, however was not disappointed. Despite reviews, we did not encounter any subpar service, but simply satisfactory. The location was nice, large open areas, and seemingly clean. There were some very loud patrons watching soccer at the bar. Very loud. The building was also positioned in a way that during my visit at dinner, the light shines through the store fascia and reflects off of various surfaces causing tons of glare. As for the menu and food, there are a ton of options. I had the club sandwich and coconut cheesecake. Both were generously portioned although the prices were satisfactory. Of the options, it was hard to decide but I believe you can't go wrong. Don't come here if you're looking to diet, although there are diet-friendly options.

I don't know how anyone can ever get tired of eating here. The food tastes delicious and the variety is plenty. The only downside are the dimly lit lights.

Our waiter was excellent however we had a long wait they gave our table to someone who had a large party by himself which was okay but to receive small bite size pieces of dynamite shrimp was unacceptable I come to this location several time and this was the first and I was told by the manger that this is how they come now. We will not be back if they are cutting down on the food we are receiving.

Service was amazing. There was a wait but the hostess sat us as soon as possible and the waiter was amazing. Prompt, courteous, friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal in presentation and flavor. Wow! Can't remember a time I've had such an amazing experience anywhere else. Definitely plan to return.
