I grew up in the 90’s and this was my families go-to hotel when we went on summer vacations. Fast forward 20 years and everything is completely run down. The rooms are disgusting. We arrived and the room was miserably hot. I called the front desk, it took 2 hours to get a maintenance person to show up and when he changed the filter it looked as if it had not been changed in 10 years. It helped a little but definitely did not cool to the point the thermostat was set at. When I asked for a fan, they said they did not have any available. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months and there was not a coffee maker in the room. The hallway I don’t think has seen a vacuum since I last left (25 years ago), of the 6 elevators in the North tower, 3 of them “work”. They seem like they are on their last leg. Getting to your room is a complete cluster and be careful if you are with your kids because a few fights broke out because of it. The cement railings that overlook the beach area are broken and held together with duck tape. If you are wanting to visit the beach area “that you pay for” every inch of shade is monopolized so you will pay to get shade. You can not bring your own. I wanted to give my kids the same experience I had as a kid but unfortunately with how run down everything is it will take a miracle for us to return here. I would rather camp at Lake Mohave next time then pay to stay here. From other reviews they say they “acknowledge” and will pass to management but but either “management doesn’t care”, or, “they don’t have the means to make the necessary repairs to bring it back to standards”

Rooms weren't as bright as they were in the pictures on their website. Not as clean as I thought it would have been as we found cigarette butts behind the TV and rappers underneath dressers, clearly visible. The floor was sticky in one area. Gaming was fun and the slots were a give and take. Room service was very very fast and efficient!!! I wish they would have more restaurants to choose from. The convenience store wasn't located at the top of the hill . Very inconvenient. There was an empty space where the convenience store must have been located previously in central tower. Doesn't seem cost-effective.

The hotel is in a great location and everything around looks beautiful and well kept. However, they need to freshen up their interior designs, it looks a little dated. I have been there several times in previous years, this time I found that they closed off the access to the beach at night time, and that used to be one of the best highlights of that hotel because they have a beautiful beach. It was so nice to sit at the shore of the river to have a drink or share a romantic moment. That was disappointing!

I highly advise not staying here until they fix their elevator situation. This has been an ongoing thing and no management has not addressed it. Waiting for an elevator for 30 minutes is a safety issue and not acceptable for the entire stay. There was literally a line wrapped all the way to smashburger. If you want to take the stairs going down you are unable to get off on the casino floor...which is a code violation. What happens if there is a fire? Machines are notoriously tight, I am a diamond member no casino host to speak to nothing. The old days are gone 😪

Pump the brakes on this one. Air conditioning has been a problem as well as elevators. Neither has been addressed properly. How would you like waiting 20 minutes to get your room because 3 of the five are inoperable, only to get to your room and there is not adequate air conditioning. Sounds like great way to spend your day. No? Neither did I.

Great get-away! We took the charter down and had a very enjoyable time. Our room was on 6th floor of the South Tower - The room had chaise lounge, table and chair and a king bed, coffee maker, mini fridge and it looked like it was recently updated, everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and the casino does have a non smoking section. The mattress was very firm but we adjusted. The is a shuttle that takes you to the Tropicana which is walking distance to the other casinos. The only negative was the lack of food choices and shopping. We will definitely go back!

Overall, a good place to stay. I was quite satisfied. I was "comped" (complimentary/ free) due to my dad being a frequent gambler there. So, all I had to pay was the resort fee (under about $20 per night). P.S. The craps dealers were kind & helpful to a newbie craps player like me.

Good location. The riverside beach was great. Some rooms smell like cigarettes. Had to change rooms. We had our 5 year old son with us. Hotel is not child friendly. Family pool was freezing while adults pool was warm. Kids arcade was closed.

Nice place but only 2 of 5 elevators were working in North Tower I did like Harrah and the casino was fun. But I had two major issues. Once these issues are fixed would be a 4of5 but this really affected our stay. 1. We were in the North Tower and only 2 of 5 elevator were working the entire weekend. Long waits every afternoon and then at on check out time on Sunday could not get off your floor as elevators was full every time it got to your floor. Very frustrating! I could understand one, maybe two, not working but for the majority of your elevators not to work was not acceptable to me. 2. Family pool is ignored. In the morning there were no towels, and in the afternoon, there was just an empty towel bin. Never any hotel staff in the area other than when someone opened the gate in the morning. They should have towels available and pay a little attention to the area during the day. Again, there were my issues on THIS stay, I would stay here again in spite of this as the beach area is fun and the casino at night was a good time. I hope that they will address these issues.

This hotel is pretty bad the outside looks nice but the second you enter it smells like throw up and is filled with rude guests. Just a bad vibe in general. The valet was blunt and not friendly. Our room was given to another group even though we had already paid. The rooms do not match with the price and felt musty. No parking available to paying guests. The bar people are rude and missing teeth. Don’t come here and save ur money for somewhere better. Also overall just dirty and duct taped together :)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Literally stay anywhere else. I am only writing two stars because they refunded us everything and they have decent food options. None of that means anything if you don’t feel comfortable in your room. We got in the parking garage and the elevators do not work properly. First red flag. Then we check in and pay the $20 “early check in”, had we waited 20 min we wouldn’t have had to pay that. That was fine. Then we get our room, which was absolutely disgusting. It smelled, the carpets were filthy and my husband found bugs in the restroom. We decided we couldn’t stay so we went right back downstairs and told the front desk. They offered to upgrade us but we declined since we decided to just stay at the Tropicana. We are getting our money back and will not return to stay the night.

Arrived during an extreme heat warning while riding motorcycles. Asked if we could leave them parked under the covered entry (there were a lot of cars there but still some space) it’s Tuesday in September the place is pretty empty. They say no, so we go to the parking garage which is all blocked off except the roof and one floor below. Room was fine, clean enough. We were told to stay here because out of the various hotels this one had good restaurants. Unfortunately they have all the restaurants closed on Tuesdays except the “Beach Cafe” which was very basic. The waitress was awesome however so we tipped her well. For the cost of the room and the resort fees I would expect to have a couple options for dining.

Horrible experience!! Wish I could give a negative. Extremely disappointed in a Caesar hotel property. This place used to be so nice it is a dump now. Elevators do not work. Having to wait in a long time all the way down the food court to get on the elevator. Spoke with Dylan a "manager" claims yes the elevators are old it will take time. Asked to be moved into another tower all the sudden no rooms available. When not even 5 minutes prior to that the front counter check in lady offered us other options. Just a joke. Poor poor management. There were other towers they could of moved us too. Or better yet fix the issues. Rooms are old outdated and not even clean. The bathroom was dirty and zero water pressure out of the shower. The a/c was minimal never reached the level that we put the set the temp on. I was very very disappointed.

Rooms are old and dirty. Elevators are not working and you could wait almost 20 mins to make it to your room. Slots are so tight compared to their sister location Tropicana. Our room had the smallest TV with all the wires exposed. Shower tub was dirty and grimy. Would suggest another location if rooms are important to you. . The location and private beach are very cool. Playing slots requires you to have a higher players card to be able to order Perrier water or premium liquor.

WOW the staff here makes our stays so pleasant. Dylan at the front desk has such a good attitude & has been super helpful every interaction we have with him. Andrew, Samantha, Anthony, Jeremy, Tammy & Dina at the bars have excellent customer service. They're so friendly & remember our drink order. The staff at Beach Club & The Range always get our to go orders correct, I suggest the French Dip. Some of the rooms could us an update but over all the rooms are clean. The gym is decent & the hot tub is open in the winter months. Location is a little removed from the main drag but a walk down the hill are the other casinos. The shuttle also runs to the Tropicana. Free parking is another perk!! The sunsets are beautiful, sometimes the mountains to the east turn pink during sunset. Very relaxing watching the birds hunting for fish in the clear blue water of the Colorado River.

Never had any real issues here except during one stay when a computer glitch put me in a different room but front desk fix it immediately. Rooms in the North and Central tower are a little dated but comfortable to stay in. I always ask to stay in the south tower when possible cause the rooms are more modern and closer to the action down stairs. They do have plenty of food options here which I like and I usually go with the Beach cafe as the prices are still reasonable during this weird year and food have always been a hit for me. The Cocktail Servers are very nice and do bring drinks around in a timely manner. Only had one issue with one server that was standing and talking to another worker while her tray had drinks ready to be served. Beer was already warm when handed to me. I do have some favorite servers and always try to sit in their section cause they always take care of me without issues. overall I'll keep coming back and staying here for work cause staff are always friendly and I feel safe during my visits

Went 4th of July weekend 2022. DO NOT STAY HERE. The elevators do not work. Would have to wait 20 minutes for the elevator. Got to our room there was gum in the shower sand and dirt all over the bathroom floor. Called house keeping three times to remove gum and they never came had to go to the front desk. Room service was horrific. In times of Covid you would think that cleanliness would be a top priority. I wasn’t not excepting much because I know the hotel is old but what we experienced caused us to even cut our long weekend short. None of the staff seems to care. You could deal with the old of the hotel if it was clean and staff was friendly.

This hotel is a dumpster fire. It’s old and tired, with broken railings held together with duct tape, dirty carpets, peeling wallpaper, and A/C that only works half the time. Many of the elevators are out of service and the guests have to wait 15-30 minutes to get to their rooms. Employees have to use the guest elevators and take up a lot of room with their carts. This is definitely not their fault, and I felt bad because they all seemed exhausted and unhappy. We tried the Beach Cafe and the Mexican restaurant and they were extremely mediocre. I plan to never stay here again!

Before I go down the road of why I think this is worthy of only one star, I want to sing praises to the bell staff, the valet team, the cocktail servers, and the front desk team who go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. If these teams were in a facility that was, well, something more 21st century, the rating would be significantly higher. We traveled through this area to stay one night and even that was too much. We booked two rooms and based on the photos of the website, we thought this could be a nice hotel and a fun spot on our road trip but we were quickly disappointed. The first of our two rooms was available at 4pm but the second room wasn’t ready until after 10pm. Both rooms were in the north tower and they made a motor lodge on the Jersey Turnpike seem better. The carpet and walls look as if they were recently cleaned after a crime and the rooms felt dirty. No dresser, no fridge, and only one chair made the room uncomfortable and quite awkward… again, nothing like it appears on their website. For $59 a night, it would be acceptable, but not for over $200 a night. Other challenges: - 3 of the 5 elevators were out of service. - Boat dock was destroyed so no water taxi to other casinos. Given the amount of disrepair of this resort, it makes one wonder if Caesar himself lost a bet to put their name on. Again, if this staff was at a better facility, they could put the competition out of business

Used our Caesar's rewards for the trip. Rooms were okay showing signs of their age. The casino had a nice variety of games. Also had a non smoking area. River taxis were not in operation because the river was too low.

Quick check in, but a 10-15 minute wait in line to go up the elevators is a little crazy. Three of five elevators were broken and all service elevators, so the entire staff with giant housekeeping bins and all guests with their luggage are sharing two elevators. Hotel is clean and not very smokey. By the last day only one of five elevators was working, so had to lug everything up and down 12 stories of stairs unless we wanted to wait 30 minutes+ for an elevator. Don't stay here, it's horribly managed.

It was okay. I stayed 3 nights. After the first night I ran to Walmart and got a mattress pad because I could feel the springs and slept terribly. I also grabbed an air purifier because it smelled like smoke. The AC is not the best, my air purifier helped circulate the air so it did get cold. However, other rooms were very stuffy and warm. I recommend picking up a fan or air purifier. The beach was really nice. For the price, it was okay.

I love Harrah's and have been going there for a very long time. We were there a few weeks ago and I was shocked at how rundown the elevators and rooms have gotten. Our room was in pretty bad shape and we were in the central tower. Next time we go, we will stay in the south tower to get a renovated room. The curtains were torn in our room and the shower faucet was badly corroded. The bed was comfortable though. There were marks all over the walls and it still had that oversized wall unit from nearly 20 years ago. The elevators in the central tower were not in good shape and when you pressed a button, the entire section attached to the wall nearly came open. But like I said, I do love it here. The casino is good and The Beach Cafe is always wonderful. I just wish Caesar's would put some money into this place to return it fully to its former glory. We will be back - we will just try to avoid the dilapidated towers.

Okay so room is GREAT for the price but we got lucky there. Waiting for the elevator every night sucked. ****Loved loved loved that there was an adult only pool with bar. Drinks are pricey everywhere. Beach was amazing except 118 dollars a day for palapa and 2 sun lounge chairs. Totally worth it but paying for shade because it's 116 seemed excessive... waitress from beach bar earned her tips. She had a hard job!!! She was nice. Won at slots. Our room ran out of toilet paper. That was weird. Slept great. Beds were nice and black out curtains worked great. They are older rooms but okay for what they are. We enjoyed our time despite the little things.

This is a casino, so it is what it is. They want your money and they will give you free drinks. As long as you were playing.. Booking in was very easy through my charter trip.. It is just that it is in the middle of nowhere and you have to take a ride to get anywhere.. Prices of course are outrageous for pops out of their little shops. They have 2 pools, one is a family pool. The other is the adult pool where they have the drinks. It was nice somewhat small, but if you were there early enough to get a chair, it was better. They provided the pool towels which were very big and thick.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this resort. We were just there for 4 days and had a great time. We stayed in the South Tower and our room was clean and cool. The staff was attentive the whole weekend. Cocktails were fast, maybe the ones complaining should try tipping occasionally. The adult pool was fine. The kid pool and the beach looked crazy so we didn't go there. The Range was a great experience. A little pricey but worth it.

Great stay, clean, comfortable minus the bed being hard. Would've gave 5 stars if it weren't for the elevator situation. Only 2 to 3 elevators working for the north tower for hundreds of people! Waiting was 20 to 30 minutes going up and coming down.

When you walk into your hotel room and you're greeted with a used ice bucket full of warm water from the last guest, you hope it goes uphill from there. It didn't☹️ The room hadn't been dusted when cleaned. There was a layer on the dresser, tv etc. Casino is small but the staff is tremendous!! Very nice crew!! Restaurants were clean but definitely overpriced when compared to all the neighbouring casinos and nothing special menu-wise to offer. We had reserved 2 nights but cancelled the second and opted to spend it at the Golden Nugget, a much better choice all around.

Our room was nothing, but terrible. The only good thing was the view. Our beds had broken springs and when you turned over the entire mattress would turn. Almost fell off. The beds were super hard and dirty. We had another friend staying next door and his beds were so much better. They were higher and softer and had more pillows. We had no idea the TV could be pulled out in our room because there is no sign that says that while our friends room had the sign. The service was terrible. No one came by to clean anything up and the mattress had stanes on it. The casino wasn't very good either as it lacked the quantity of certain machines. The windows don't even open to look outside at the beautiful view. The internet is very slow here also. The TV had a limited amount of channels also. Didn't even see brochures for things to do nearby. Prices were beyond ridiculous. Communication was lacking as well. I won't be back at this hotel at all especially with the smell of weed everywhere you walk. Definitely should be given a refund for all of this!!!

Rooms are dated but inexpensive so get what you pay for on that. After checking in we went out to check out the pool, an employee out there told us the pools and beach were closed because of a storm so we never got to use the pools. When I asked about getting the nearly $40 of resort fees waived I was told since it was an act of god I still had to pay however I was still able to enjoy the other amenities such as free local calling and electric vehicle charging! So basically I paid for someone else to charge their car… It’s not a lot of money but it was certainly a missed opportunity by a Cesar’s property to do better. You’ll drive past about a dozen hotels on the way to Harrah’s I would suggest trying one of them.

Rooms are dated but clean. Definitely ask for a lower floor as only two of the six elevators actually work. That being said, I would not advise booking for a holiday weekend. There were literally over 200+ people waiting in line for use of an elevator at one point at check-in time. Had a great time otherwise

We stayed overnight July 22 2022 huge disappointment the room was old and thirty, no microwave, no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no bedspread, extremely dirty carpet, very old furniture my son went to open a nightstand drawer and cut his finger on a nail sticking out of the nightstand, when I went to look it turned out to be five nails sticking out. We stayed at the north tower tenth floor, they have five elevator’s and only two where working, lines where all the way around the good court, just to be able to get in an elevator and it took even longer if you where coming down, every time it stopped on our floor it was already full, the day we checked out after waiting for an elevator for over 30 minutes we opted to walk down the stairs all ten floor with luggage and all it was absolutely ridiculous! We paid over $230 for a one night room and the room was worse than Motel 8 we don’t recommend this hotel at all, you can get a cheaper room at any other hotel and it will so much better. What a waste of money. Not planning on ever staying there again!!!!!!!!

So we received a free 4 day trip and as the saying goes "you get what you pay for!" The 29th we checked in and went up to our room in the central tower. Went in and noticed that the mattress looked and felt like it had been there since day one! The black out curtain had what looked like knife slits in it and there were cobwebs in the corners. Overall it just felt dirty. We went back down to the front desk and the lady there was very apologetic and gave us a room in the south tower. Aside from cobwebs on top of a couple lamp shades it was much nicer. Went to get a $4 soda from the vending machine and it ate my money and got nothing in return. Made me want to go down and play there slots!!! LOL Tuesday we rented a car to drive down to Vegas "never been there before" While we were up in our room getting ready and waiting for our rental without warning the fire alarm goes off! "the speaker was in our room" We went downstairs and asked security what was wrong and he told us they were testing the system but didn't know how long it would last. After about an hour it finally stopped. We went back up to our room to get ready for the day and was never so glad to leave! Had a great time in Vegas and got back to our room and to bed around 4am Wednesday. Got woke up around 8:30 Wednesday morning from a text telling us that the water was going to be shut off around 11 for a couple of hours. So much for sleeping in. We took our showers got in our rental and left to go elsewhere. Came back went to bed and got up Thursday morning and decided to pay for another day on the rental. Headed downstairs to get some donuts and coffee. While walking down the hallway talking about what we were going to do for the day and looking around except at the ground, my fiancee tripped and fell over a hose coming in from outside into Smash Burgers! NICE!! "The only thing hurt was her pride" The truck said septic service on the side so who knows?? We spent the remainder of our last short day patronizing the other casinos because we knew we had to get up at 3am to make sure we would be able to use the bathroom before leaving for our flight. The only positive thing to say is the staff at the hotel were very polite as were the employees for Sun Country!!! Thank you for the computer generated response! Considering that everything I stated could be verified, we expected a little more then your generic response considering what we went through!!

Changed 3 rooms checking in. Try not to be in center tower. Rooms are way out dated, stink, dirty, and the bathrooms are a big wow. Being in service industry i would be embarrassed. Male at front desk was amazing. It is a good thing I don't have 3rd degree burns from the shower that can't be controlled. I was on 2 different floors and same story in the entire tower.

The hotel is at the end of the strip and looks great from the outside. 3 towers on the river front. It's not a straight drive to the hotel from the street. You will meander down the driveway. There are two parking garages and a small open lot. The valet was very helpful. I was "upgraded" to the center tower because one tower was closed for the season. The room was very dated. Carpet was dirty. Tub water barely drained. The sheer window curtain was shredded. The soft chair was shiny dirty. That's my best description, but definitely needed to be set out to pasture and burned. Two stars only because the valet was nice and helpful.

In room. There was No drinking water, microwave or safe in room. The vending machine has bottled water for $4! Needs renovation. The bed was super comfy with four pillows your choice of down or foam. Great river views. Not part of Riverwalk. Great value at 59$ a night mid week, with a 20$ resort fee. You have to drive or shuttle to the other casinos. I prefer something centrally located. But for $79 per night, it was worth it to me.

Went there for a girl's birthday trip to see Willie Nelson. He was amazing! The hotel was okay. Our room had a great view but had not been cleaned thoroughly. After something rolled under it, we found there was a thick layer of dust and some trash under the nightstand. Guy Fieries restaurant was so-so... the Mexican food was bland and Americanized. But, the service was great. Valet was super helpful after I realized I left something in my car. Beach Cafe was okay. I only had a bagel and cream cheese with decaf coffee for an after concert snack. The coffee was gross. But, overall, we were happy and enjoyed ourselves.

Went to go celebrate 21 year anniversary with my husband. The room was dusty. It smelled musty like and old smell. Stains on carpet, ac didn't work has well. Only 2 elevators worked, the lines to get on elevator was long as if you are purchasing a lotto ticket. The elevator from the parking lot didn't work. Majority of the flooring was in such terrible condition. I'm surprised no one has hurt themselves. The stairs are not leveled. Terrible experience.

"No smoking" casino in same room as smoking, North tower rooms shabby with small holes in black out curtains, dust on walls, holes and hooks where pictures once were . . . Few sanitizing stations, $14 for a GLASS of poor wine at Guy Fieris restaurant and the red booths are all torn up. Only good thing in the whole facility was the staff. Very helpful and friendly but not enough as service was slow. But they, at least, seemed to care.

The hotel is away from "the strip", so no walk along the river to see the other hotels. I spoke to a guest that told me the hotel has gone way down hill the last few months. The room was dusty and entertainment/dresser was pulled away from the wall. The room was warm. Downstairs was very smokey. The Cafe was packed, but food was not all that, and we waited a very long time to even order like 20-25 minutes and another long wait to get our Lukewarm food. They had a card they pushed out with about the food for 3 or 4 tables.

Well what can I say. Room rate were very cheap. Thats being said the rooms are out dated the casino floor is not too bad and the location is right on the river. If your coming here with family then its a good spot. There is an adult pool area and a family pool. Also has a small beach on the river where kids will definitely appreciate it in a hot day. There is an arcade area which is really nice with newer games. Definitely kid friendly.

It's an older resort, from what I could tell, mostly locals. The rooms where OK, clean but nothing exciting. But we had a great view of the Colorado. Which was the main reason we came. To show our visitor the river and swim in it. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And FYI, gas is $2 cheaper in Bullhead city.

Esteban, Jerry, Juan, Phil, Randy, Enrique and Lisa all make the table games so fun. Room was clean and comfortable. Tory the cocktail server is so nice. Their juices for adult beverages especially the cranberry was off..Not sure what brand they were using, but wouldn't ever drink it again. The Range was also fabulous..Nick and our server Cory are always incredible. Great food..my prime rib was delicious and the crab cakes didn't dissapoint. The Alabama concert was truly amazing...What a great time!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Harrah’s. Upon arrival we were met by the bell desk staff and they helped us take our luggage to our room, which was great because we had a lot of luggage (2 families worth of luggage). They have an easy to use check in/out kiosk which I used to check out. I would have used it to check in, however, I had to make a last minute change to one of our rooms (changed it from a king master bedroom to a double bed standard room), which they were able to accommodate. Once we arrived to our room, the tub was dirty so housekeeping came to clean it, however, she said she would have to put in a maintenance order to get it fixed, which they came within the hour to fix, we were good for the rest of our stay. The food options are great here: Starbucks, Cinnabon, hamburgers, pizza, Mexican, steak, and the Beach Cafe. They have a couple of convenience stores. We stayed in the North Tower because we had our teenage daughters with us (I want to say only families with children stay in this tower). Makes sense because the arcade, family pool, and the little restaurants are on the same side of the North Tower. There is an adults only pool (21 and over) and the private beach area. They have music, you can order food and drinks from the menu or at the bars. You are not allowed to take your own alcohol to the pools or the private beach areas. They also have a shuttle service that takes you to the other casinos. At check out, I ordered bell service for our luggage (again, really great service) and used the kiosk to check out. We’ll be staying here again.

Comfy beds & pillows. No mini fridge, tiniest TVs I've ever seen at a resort hotel, it was like I taped my tablet to the wall. Wish they'd bring back the buffet, used to be wonderful. I like it as a getaway from Vegas every so often

Came to Laughlin for a few days for water fun. It reached 119⁰ PERFECT for jet ski rentals. The rooms leave much to be desired but they weren't bad. Pet friendly, great staff, hated dog park, arcade for the kids and even a smoke free gambling section! Great family weekend trip
