Love this casino and hotel!!! Wonderful service and kind employees! We love the pools (be there early or come around lunch to snag a spot) and the restaurants. Yard house had great food! We had coffee every morning brought to our room and it was tasty. Our room had a couch that was the perfect 3rd bed option for our teenager. Highly recommend coming here. Very clean!

I didn't realize this hotel has been there over 15 years - everything looks new and has been refreshed. Great location with awesome views. Each time I went to the front desk, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Casino cashiers were super friendly as well. The staff seem to be happy to work there, which says a lot. Rooms are good, nice size with great features. Mine had both a tub and shower, double sinks, which are always appreciated. You don't have to go through the casino to get to the hotel rooms, which was a plus. The restaurants are awesome. Casino is fun and clean. The pool was awesome - lots of places to just relax or use the main pool, which was funky with the levels and center fountain, so fun. There is a movie theater, bowling, kids arcade/games on-site! You can walk across the street to the mall for shopping and even more restaurants. So much to do - you don't have to ever leave!

They closed the buffet. took away the $2 Margaritas. and $1 dollar beers during games. No more specials at the cafe. The prices at the restaurants have increased dramatically. The bowling special for seniors went from $6 to $9. A beer at the bowling bar is $9.50. Went to Yard house Restaurant. Waited 15 minutes for the waiter. Grilled cheese sandwich and ice tea $25. Said thank you to the waiter 5 times and he never said your welcome. We said hi to a employee at the bowling alley with no response. Asked her a question no response. Was she death...no She was wearing ear plugs. Went to the restroom and the stall was filthy. Pee and trash covered the floor and toilet. Only one paper dispenser to dry your hands had paper. The other 3 empty. Witnessed 4 people walking in the casino with PJ's on at 1pm! After the lock downs everything turned to s$%#. Such a beautiful resort. What a shame. It's a ultra high line resort now. Chasing away the huge senior population that surround it. Your average family cant afford it. The worst part is they charge way over for everything you'd think the employees would treat customers better and the bathrooms would be spotless. I want the old Red Rock back. Who are the people in charge? People who want to make money over customer satisfaction that's who.

This place has been making me angry ever since I got here. The primary reason being that I feel constantly manipulated and prodded to spend more money. For example: There are mini fridges, but you cant put personal items in them without weighted electronic sensors knowing. Brought home leftovers from dinner, had to throw them out. Bought some drinks at the grocery store, cant keep them cold in my room. Cant bring drinks the (warm cause of no mini fridge) water I bought to the pool, so I'm forced to pay their jacked up prices to buy their drinks inside. We are paying around $300 / night. We are buying their extremely overpriced food in their in-house restaurants. And then they reward us for choosing this hotel to spend our money, by trying to squeeze more every time i turn around. Then just as a matter of personal preference, I find the ambience and vibe unapealling. Trying too hard to be modern and cool. This is the grossest den of consumerism and materialism. Definitely to be expected because it is a Vegas casino, but its helping me to share how much I found it distasteful.

Good selection of restaurants, bars, and fun events. Plenty of slot machines and g as gambling. It's away from the strip and situated near some great shopping and a ballpark. Rooms are nice and I love this place as a local to hang out, buy some drinks and eat. Lucille's BBQ and Smokehouse and 8 Noodle are very good. I want to try the Thai place next.

A beautiful resort. The pool area is fantastic. The hotel reception is separate from the casino so your arrival feels relaxed and luxurious without the binging and ringing of the slots. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. With great views of the mountains or the strip you feel like you are a world away from the hustle and bustle of the strip and Fremont Street. You are still close enough (15 minutes) to hit your favorite restaurant on the strip. Bonus, it is located right next to Summerlin downtown and some great shopping. The casino is also elegant. With all of the games and machines you want to see. It presents an upscale version of what you expect from a Vegas casino.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. The rooms are NOT clean and the customer service is awful. I am six months pregnant and have not been sleeping well at home, so my husband sent me here as a treat to enjoy the nice bathtub as seen in their room photos and to have a good night's sleep and this entire gift was ruined by literally everything from the disgusting and dirty rooms to the absolutely terrible customer service. The first night I stayed I noticed that the room was dirty, it looked like the only thing housekeeping did was change the sheets (if that). No surfaces were wiped down, there were cup and fluid stains on the tables and in the bathroom...it was disgusting. The bathtub had so much rust on it that I couldn't even enjoy a bath, it looked so disgusting that I didn't want to get in. They offered to send housekeeping up, however, that is not acceptable enough. These things should be taken care of and the room should be properly cleaned BEFORE a guest arrives. They moved me to a different room for the next night, and the next room was ALSO DIRTY. Again, stains and residue on the bathroom countertops were not wiped down, the bathtub was still gross, and there were white marks all on the walls, in the bathroom, and on the closet door. Again, they offered to send housekeeping up and barely seemed concerned that two rooms now have been disgusting, what a waste. Then I went to bed that night and the door was bolted on crooked to my room so I had a huge draft of air that was coming in from the hallway the entire night. It was so drying that I had to drink 1.5L of water that night just to keep hydrated from all of the excess air coming in to the room. I woke up with a bloody nose because the room was so dry. After not being able to sleep all night and having two dirty rooms, the only thing they wanted to offer me as compensation was to waive the resort fee. How pathetic. The customer service was the WORST I have ever experienced, they do not care about the customers and have no sympathy for dirty rooms or discomfort in their poorly constructed hotel. I even showed them photos and videos of the dirty room and the air draft coming in from the door and they didn't seem to care one bit. I basically had to beg them for a refund or else they wouldn't give it to me. Don't be fooled, DO NOT COME HERE. Oh also...they serve their room service drinks in plastic kiddie cups. If you call down to room service to send up the drink in a glass cup they will tell you that customers have broken all of their glasses to so they have to send up kiddie cups full of plastic. What a laughable joke this hotel is.

Beautiful hotel, staff was great and the rooms were nice. Good selection of restaurants in the casino. The only downside is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. It was great for our conference as we really just stayed there and had everything we needed on site. I’ve also been to Vegas many times so traveling to the strip was not part of my plan. But for those that want to see the strip, you’re looking at a good 30-40 minute cab ride just to get there. If being on the strip isn’t important, I’d recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everywhere was clean, rooms didn’t smell like smoke at all. Spa was fantastic and all of our food was so delicious and fresh! We went bowling one night and felt like price wise it was a good deal, especially for such a fun, well kept alley. Free parking was definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Check-in for the Hotel is 3pm and we arrived at 5pm. We were told our room will not be ready for another hour. We explained we were meeting family at 6:30 for dinner and needed to shower and change. The options we were given were downgrade to a smaller room and the $50 resort fee would be waived or upgrade to a larger room for $100 more per night plus $50 resort fee. Not much of an option. Next, the Sheet from the pull-out bed from the sofa had (I hope) just food stains and not blood that it looked like. Housekeeping came to our room at 10pm and changed everything out. Finally, the shower had a significant leak in the seal and flooded the bathroom. Maintenance was called and it was fixed. Rough experience. There are a lot of options in going to Vegas and we picked Red Rock because of a friend’s referral. The resort is beautiful, but the Hotel Staff/Manager at check-in made their fault our issue to resolve. I will say that the Spa is amazing and was the hit of the visit to Red Rock.

Visited this location with my husband for a simple date night. Very quick line and excellent service at the gaming counter. Machines were great, up to date with good payouts. The drinks were strong, flowed freely, and I didn't have to chase anyone down to get them. The facilities were very clean and well kept. After playing the machines we ventured into Leslie's BBQ for an AMAZING dinner... We are from the south send judge BBQ very very harshly and when I say it was good, it was GOOD. Except the Mac n cheese which was absolute trash. We will definitely be back to the casino as well as Leslie's.

Terrible experience with front desk staff. Waited over 2 hours to check in due to lack of initiative and not following standard protocols. No concern or desire to help/problem-solve was shown. The person I stayed with left a key card for me, but the previous shift didn’t note it in the system, so I was told I couldn’t check in until they received verbal confirmation from my friend. They said they called the room and the person but received no answer - which was false because when I finally got into the room, the person said the room phone never rang. Finally, after waiting around for 2 hours, I thought I’d ask if someone from the previous shift may have noted it or placed it elsewhere, to which they said that is highly unlikely, until they finally found the key in a box towards the back of the front desk. Completely ruined my night. How is a guest supposed to know what to do in this situation? The staff should thoroughly check all options before sending me away with no resolution. Nice place that I wish I could’ve enjoyed…

Nice place to spend an afternoon or a week. We've been here several times. The have a bunch of activities aside from gambling. The Red Rock area is breathtaking and the views from the resort are beautiful. Nice areas to walk around, theater, great nice restaurants and even a food court. The pool and other outdoor areas are really nice. Worth the drive 4 sure! 👍🥰😊

Very beautiful hotel/resort outside the strip. Love all the chandeliers and crystals. Friendly service. There is even a bellman at the door to open it when you go in and out. Quite fancy. 😄 If you like a casino that doesn't small like smoke then this is great option. They're area you can smell it and some smell very nice and clean. The spa and pool are lovely as well. The price is also lovely if you know what I mean. 😆

I've visited RR Casino Resort & Spa on several occasions beginning from 2014. Overall, this is a very nice/elegant establishment especially for a Station property. I've tried all the restaurants currently on site to include the ones that are no longer there. This place offers a variety of restaurants for a pseudo-foodie tour, not to mention its luxurious services on site. As a Las Vegas resident, I will say that RR Lanes is probably my favorite bowling alley in the valley. I'll add comments and a rating to their specific Google site. I've never done a staycation here, but I did get to see a room in person. From what I saw, the rooms seem very nice and spacious for a double queen. The one major drawback for me is that every time I play here, I don't feel that the casino host(s), guest services, etc. value their Chairman-level players as much as other Station properties. Also, I never had the opportunity to retrieve the name, but there is a cocktail server that should probably find a different job (something less customer-oriented). And this is not an isolated event either - I brought family and friends after several incidents here to experience it as well to ensure I'm not the one blowing things out of proportion; they all validated my comments. Again, this is only ONE server; the rest of the servers are great! I still highly recommend this place to all visitors and residents; this place is very clean and smells fresh (doesn't smell like wet dog or 80-year old ash trays).

This is by far one of the best resorts in Las Vegas. Rooms are great(regular & suite's). The casino floor is awesome with a nice bar in the middle. Lots of gaming options(slot & table). The staff is highly professional and helpful and polite. Reasonable prices, good retail and restaurant options. The spa is first class and had me feeling rejuvenated. Love this place, would highly recommend.

Was super disappointed with our stay here. My husband is from Vegas and was recommended here by family. We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and sadly we spent half of our anniversary moving rooms all evening after check in. After getting into our first room I went to sit on the bed and noticed my socks were getting wet by the carpet right by the bed. We called and let them know and they moved us to another room (same style and size) After loading our suitcases into the second room I noticed when putting my suitcase on the cushion on the end of the bed had sticky candy or soda along with crumbs all over. We called the service desk again and I politely asked to be properly accommodated as we have already spent 2 hours just moving rooms. They decided to put us into another room still same style and design and for some reason on a lower floor so not the best view. again the tub was moldy and not clean as we had planned to use the bath. I took pictures of it and we decided to go down to the lobby this time to show them the pictures we had taken. I showed the manger in the lobby and was ensured that he will properly accommodate us and give us a perfect room for us and have their staff check the room over before we moved once again. He ensured it was all “stains” and that everything is wiped down and sanitized. The bell hopper helps us move again and we were explaining to him how we have had to move to 4 rooms now due to the rooms definitely not being cleaned properly. We get to the room which also was the same as the others (so we weren’t properly accommodated) and the bell hopper offers to look around to make sure the room is also clean. What do you know, your own staff found crumbs from food on the coffee table beside the chairs. How embarrassing for a hotel to have to send housekeeping to clean things they missed at 10pm while we are in the room. I’m upset that the manger would lie to our face and ensure all surfaces cleaned and that they even checked Over the room. Our entire first anniversary was ruined by this issue, we spent 3 and a half hours just to settle with another dirty room and all we asked was for our room to be properly cleaned and sanitized especially with Covid. We couldn’t make our dinner reservation and had to cancel our tickets to our show. We were so upset about this hotel and it was definitely not worth it being a 5 star hotel. We also wanted to play a game of bingo but we have never done it before and explained it to the staff. They were extremely snooty and unhelpful and left us confused half of the time of playing. The staff besides the bell hoppers were not professional or even helpful and I’m saddened that our trip was ruined by this hotel.

We stayed in a regular king room. It was large and quiet. Everything about the room was very clean and nice. The only complaint I had was with the distance it was from our room to the elevators. There was only one bank of elevators on the floor and it was a very long walk from any room that isn't right by the elevator. There was a nice selection of restaurants in the resort and lots of places to get a drink, too. The casino was clean and had variety of games and tables. The pool is beautiful, very large and had several pools. Service at the pool was good, too.

Lobby looks nice, rooms are clean and staff are polite. All the "resort" restaurants are part of the casino area so if you don't like the strong smell of smoking, all of this is not usable. Check in is at 4pm and the swimming pool closes at 6pm...which meant 5:30-45 they start kicking people out. Beyond that, there's not much "resort" to this place. Be aware for short stays, the mandatory resort fee is just a back end room rate bump. There isn't much to walk to outside of the hotel. If you want to eat in a smoke free area, you basically have to drive somewhere. All the restaurants are open air into the casino and it's just a wall of strong cigarette and cigar odor throughout. Given a room with a broken, rattly A/C system. They needed to replace the A/C motor (the tech was friendly and apologetic)- and changed rooms, at our insistence. Then, would not even give us a late checkout and had to "speak to the mgr" and that gave us one hour more. We lost more time with the A/C and repacking than that. Absolutely no attempt to compensate for the trouble, and nothing was done proactively. The facility and service are not 4 star level. If you like slots and eating and drinking near the machines, this is your place. Though, I'm sure you would have a better time getting a place near the strip instead.

This is a wonderful casino and hotel. Plenty of good choices for food and many different options for gaming. The decor is warm and welcoming and the people that work here always seem to be happy and friendly. There are some food options for the little ones if you have kids. Movie theater, Kids Quest, bowling alley, arcade, and a food court. The atmosphere is lively but not wild. I highly recommend coming here for a visit or for vacation.

The hotel room was beautiful and the view was amazing! The hotel room check in staff was friendly, and very nice. The hotel atmosphere is really cool. The restaurants and their food are good. The issue I have with this hotel is the following. One time, I wanted one of their services, I called and they gave me a price (at the Spa) and after arriving to the Spa, they changed the prices (higher amount was going to be charged for the same services I originally booked). Then, unfortunately, another similar issue happened, but now was at the pool. I booked my room and I also reserved a cabana. Originally, they gave me a price, then I received an email stating that was going to be a different price (higher than stated before), the same email stated that unlimited water, sparkling water and non alcoholic drinks were included as well as a fruit platter. I asked if I was able to bring a tray with cheeses and crackers and some decoration, they said yes. The day of the pool the person at check in said that I had to wait for someone else to check me in and that he had to check my bag. I said ok. Then, he said that I was not allowed to bring the tray In the cabana and no decorations were allowed in the cabana. The decoration was just a banner and a few Photo props. So, I had to go back to the room to drop it off and go back downstairs to get my cabana. In addition their idea of “unlimited water, sparkling water and other non alcoholic beverages are included” is 4- 16.9 oz of bottles of waters, 2- 16.9 oz of coconut water, 1- 8.4 oz of regular Red Bull and 1- 8.4 oz sugar free Red Bull. THAT IS NOT UNLIMITED, and sparkling water was NOT included, I had to pay extra to get more water and sparkling water. I don’t like when they keep changing the messages and I end up having a totally different higher price. I have no problem with paying as long as whatever I was promised is included and there are no surprises. It’s just disappointing. I will returned to this hotel and book a room but I will never book again at their Spa or reserve a cabana ever again. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that I couldn’t go anywhere else and it was already to late to cancel the cabana/spa reservations without getting charged any penalties. Not worth the headache with the back and forth. It is like Red Rock Casino will promise you something and definitely will change it when you are face to face, trapped, in their facility. Again, the hotel and the room are superb! Just get the spa and cabana services some place else. *update: clearly by the hotel’s reply… they do not care about customer satisfaction…as they are making money anyways. Disappointing.

My aunt treated us here for 2 nights vacation. Beautiful place and scenery. Has views and ambience of nature especially the Red rock. After spending time at the Strip, it's good to be here as it gives a relaxing feel. Has arcade, movie theaters, bingo, casino, bowling lanes, shopping store. Lots of things to do and also family friendly. Suite room was excellent! Wonderful experience!

Good quality overall but rooms were very expensive in June 2023. The big advantage are the restaurants and stores around the venue. Nice atmosphere inside and out. Fun to watch the casino gambling crowds even though we didn’t indulge in the temptation ourselves.

Building and amenities were nice enough, but I'm not sure how they justify the cost of the resort given the location, lack of restaurants within the resort and any other services. Being out in the middle of nowhere you're that much more reliant on anything else, so it doesn't feel like the value is there for the price they're asking other than, "it's a nice room and view, and the pool is great!" Sure, there's a few different activities on-site, but they also cost money, so it's just that much more expensive to stay there. Not awful, not amazing; just middling. Everything in Vegas has gotten more expensive, which is sad because it sounded like a really fun destination prior to the Pandemic. Guess this is the justification for the price increases/decreased ROI across the board. Makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

I came here and a local trying to have a fun Saturday night with my husband, my daughter and some friends. We came bowling and has a great experience. The food court out side the bowling alley is really good, the food court inside the bowling alley is great as well. We got mozzarella sticks and fries and a couple pitchers of soda that lasted us out whole game. I enjoyed my self so did my friend and family.

I love this hotel! It smells so good you can smell it in the parking lot. Does not smell smoke at all. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They clean the rooms every day. The swimming pools are very clean, beautiful, and so many of them! There's arcade at Kids Quest, bowling alley, great restaurant options, and movie theater. We love the steakhouse, excellent service, and prices are not outrageous. This will be our new Vegas destination!!!

I recently visited(as a Vegas local) and signed up for a casino marker. All went well for most of the evening, i flitted from machine to machine, and if i owed on my marker, it paid the marker before it paid myself. That's fine. However, at one point in the night, I went to go cash out MORE than I owed on my marker, and the money disappeared. After two hours at the cage surrounded by security and managers from different departments, they let me keep approximately ⅓ of my winnings and gave me a $50 comp at the Lucky Penny. Don't get me wrong, the location is absolutely astoundingly stunning. It's absolutely breath taking, and one of the chandeliers spurred some tears out me. The service is impeccable from the restaurants, to the slot staff, all the way to the bar. I just feel cheated... the one time i went to go cash out more than i owed on my marker, there just so happened to be an issue, and they only let me keep ⅓of the winnings. Didn't even pay off the marker. Just make sure you log off your machines people. Please.

Looking for something not so peopley and beautiful enjoy finding what I experienced, a home away from home. The pool area is so beautiful and they offer a 21 and over spot... thank you. Nothing against kids but not being splashed by them and hearing the screaming was a blessing. Your employees are amazing, you can tell you have happy staff, willing to go above and beyond and so fast and reliable. Didn't spend as much as I thought I would. Next time I go I definitely want to try the spa and bowling alley. Me and my husband found our yearly vacation spot hands down. Vegas vibe done right. Thank you

If you're looking for a great place to stay away from the strip then Red Rock Casino Resort is the place for you. The resort is truly a 5 Star location. The rooms were roomy with the most comfortable beds. The bathroom included a deep tub to soak in and a separate shower. The casino offered everything you could imagine, gambling, a movie theater, a bowling alley and BINGO! There were a wide range of dining options from fast and easy to sit down and fancy. If you need to escape the resort for a bit then you could walk right across the street to the Downtown Summerlin outdoor shopping plaza. Great stores for shopping and a large selection of dining options. After 4 days at the resort I didn't want to leave!

This is NOT a five star hotel. I have stayed in two star hotels that were better than this. I am not usually one to complain. This is actually the first negative review I have ever written on google in my life (you can see my review history). Not only were the rooms awful, their customer service was a billion times even worse than that. At first I thought it was just the night shift person having a hard day or something so I let it go, but when I went to ask the morning shift people to help us sort out some of the issues, they acted exactly the same way. I'm non-confrontational, so it took a lot of problems for me to even go talk to them in the first place; they were very rude; I thanked them for their time and then went back to the hotel room and cried my eyes out for like an hour, they were so rude. They charged us an $800 nightly rate (plus an additional couple hundred for taxes and fees) for a cramped room with two queen beds and a view of the parking garage, no mountains, no strip. Their website is a lie. I am never staying here again, and I am in talks with my husband's company about changing their policy of putting people up here. Oh, and they don't even have basic amenities in their rooms that even two star hotels have, like a coffee maker, or a mini-fridge, or a microwave. And they'll charge you through the nose to buy your own coffee from their restaurant or for room service. Also the drinks and snacks that they have for purchase up in the room are on a weighted platform so that if you even just pick it up to look at it, it will automatically charge you for it. Beware! Also just as a cherry on top, they charge fees that are illegal according to both Federal and Nevada state laws. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The company who put us up here offered to get me a free spa pass to make up for the bad experience, but then it turns out their hot tub is broken, most other amenities are closed, and you have to pay ridiculous prices in addition to the pass to actually get any services done at the spa. So basically a free spa pass is just a way to try to put you in a position of shilling out even more cash for overpriced services that I can go elsewhere and pay an honest company a reasonable price to do for me just down the street. Do NOT book here. I have no idea where all their good reviews are coming from, but at this point I strongly suspect most of them are fake. There are airbnbs that are luxury mansions for a lower price just blocks down the street if you want to go to the casino here. Do that instead, or better yet, avoid Red Rock all together. I'm stuck here for another couple days, since they won't let me cancel at this point. I will update this review if it gets better, but I'm not holding my breath.

Visited our daughter over the Thanksgiving Holiday '23 and again RR it didn't disappoint us. Love this place, my daughter loves it and we'll definitely be back. Tables were generous and roulette was hitting! The slots were even doing good by us. The only down side or disappointment was the waitresses not coming around often and when they did, they were a little rude outside of a good time. Hopefully, next time it'll be a great time I'm sure. We may stay here when visiting our daughter, would like to experience the rooms...

Everything you could possibly want in one place. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was kind and inviting. All the staff and employees were wonderful. The rooms are fantastic and the views are to kill for. They have the prettiest pool I've ever seen and the cabana with personal pool and servers that were very nice and tended to all our needs. We look forward to going again soon.

Absolutely a 4 star hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Not too soft or hard. The sheets were very nice. Not itchy. I did not break out. Customer service was all over this place. From the front desk to the operators. All first rate.

Nice place, nice rooms and restaurants. T-Bones has probably one of the best Old Fashions I have ever had. The Lucky Penny had good food and drinks like the Old Fashion at very reasonable rates. Their dessert counter looked amazing! It was a bit of a drive to the strip if you are interested, but the sunrises and sunsets were amazing.

Have to say our first time going here I didn’t expect so much flamboyance. Palms trees, water flowing the architecture is amazing and the inside is super clean. We went to regal theatre to watch sing 2. Great movie by the way! There’s so much to do food court has a lot of options. Definitely a nice place for family to go. Was recommended to check out the pool area which we will next time.

Stayed here for the first time and to celebrate Christmas! Clean and friendly atmosphere. Casino is great. Many restaurants to choose from. We love the tranquility. Easy parking and free. Easy access to casino from parking. We went to the strip to see other things and come back to Red Rock to really relax and have fun at the bowling and casino. A wonderful experience.

First of all the parking is convenient and free. This resort offers a magnitude of options. There are movies and a huge bowling alley, not to mention an immense casino floor. The overall look of the casino is very modern and clean. It is conveniently located to downtown Summerlin and the Las Vegas ballpark.

We stayed at the Red Rock for a business meeting. Immediately upon arriving the resort entrance was very inviting. Once inside the smell of the hotel was amazing. We thought it was going to smell like a "Vegas" hotel smoke. It didn't what a welcome surprise. The resort was beautiful and had things to do for all ages. We went bowling and saw a movie. Dining options were plentiful. Please keep in mind it is about 15/20 minutes from the strip. The cost of a taxi is very expense to visit the strip. It would be our pleasure to stay at this resort again.

They offer local discounts at the spa. My massage was extra great due to all the little details they put into it. The facility has an awesome sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, cold pool, unlimited bottles of water, fruits, and snacks. Women's locker room is clean and secure. I'm definitely going back

This is a gorgeous casino, hotel and event space. Beautiful grounds around, the pool is breathtaking. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from. It has it's own bowling alley, movie theater & bingo hall inside along with all the table games, slot machines The people were very attentive at all levels. The views from this hotel room were incredible!

Local's places have always been a thing for me and Red Rock Casino properties rate among the best. This property is likely their top spot. Wonderfully designed and laid out with a huge selection of fantastic restaurants, bars and shopping is a very upscale but not terribly expensive price point. Every I interacted with from dealers to hostess, management and room staff were amazing knowledgeable and willing to help. The rooms are a bit pricey for the location, but the amenities out weigh the cost. Make sure you check it out!!

Several staff members hovered around our table as they kept trying to remove dishes as we were still eating. There were several open tables and no waiting guests so I was not sure of the urgency. The portions compared to the prices were skimpy. I had the ricotta gnocchi, the flavor was fine and the presentation was great however the portion was skimpy for the price. I did enjoy the tempura seafood dish. Personally I would not return.

The property is stunning! You will find nice restaurants, a food court, and lots of fun for families. The pool is beautiful. We are definitely staying here on our next trip to Nevada.

Enjoyed the casino. It's a bit of a drive west of the strip. Loved it being super close to a giant shopping center. Nice and quiet area. The rooms were clean but nothing fancy. The casino has new and older slots. A poker room and sports betting area. The table games are on the more expensive end. We were there on the weekend, and the lowest denom was $25. The place has a bowling alley and a movie theater. A huge food court with multiple options. It truly has it all. The hotel was roughly about $1000 for the weekend. That was with discounts.

Loved spending time at the resort pool and eating at the noodle bar in the casino! Everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind and attentive. The Starbucks inside is worth an honorable mention too 😉 There is also an outdoor mall within walking distance with great shopping and very good food.

The Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa was the location of a conference I attended and I can definitely say that I'm happy it was! The whole resort was very nice and the service throughout was very good. There were one or two incidents that would stop me from calling it amazing (and both of them took place within the Lucky Penny restaurant). Aside from this though, the resort had everything one would need; a sprawling food court with 2 Starbucks, the casino, an absolutely amazing pool deck and a top class spa. Unfortunately I was not able to partake in everything due to my conference schedule but the things I did do, I thoroughly enjoyed. My only caveat would be to ask for a room closer to 001 on whichever floor you're on. I had the "good fortune" to be placed in 058 and came to find out on the first night that it was the room at the end of the block. Don't get me wrong, it had a wonderful view and the room itself was quite nice but it was quite a walk from the elevators. At least it helped me get in my steps! Overall, the resort was really, really, really good and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat if I could.

  • 4/5 Jeremy H. 7 months ago on Google
Place is really nice and Family friendly. We originally went there when it opened because the room prices were really nice for what you got even though it was really far from the strip. But maybe 5ish years ago we stopped going because their room prices went way up close to the premium hotels on the strip like the Wynn. If I am going to pay premium prices and everything is equal except location. I’d of course rather stay on the strip at a Wynn or Caesars Palace level hotel.

  • 5/5 James G. 6 months ago on Google
Rooms are top notch and service that caters to your every need. The designers did a good job of placing the spa next to the elevators, so that oh so good smell draws you in, and guess what, the spa is fantastic! The property has everything so you don't really need to leave. I haven't bowled in ages, so I did and I still got it!

This casino sucks. Security is awful and treat you poorly. A male claimed he left his ticket in the machine, which he did not, but my 62 year old wife was treated poorly and questioned on it. They the looked at the machine and determine the amount he said was never in the machine. I asked them how they were going to compensate us and they said we're not. Security never looked at video to determine if this male was on that machine. This was embarrassing and a crowd was standing around watching. We cashed out and left. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY STATIONS CASINO.

We didn't stay in the hotel. We've attended many movies and gone bowling several times. Always fun and clean. Never had an issue with other guests. People are respectful and friendly. Several restaurants in the Casino. Ran into Carrot Top at the Yardhouse Restaurant inside this casino. He was down to earth and gracious toward everyone. Other famous people have been seen here too. Pool and hotel grounds look amazing but can't rate them from personal experience. Although, I expect them to be just as great as everything else I've experienced there. Highly recommend a visit...many visits!

Love staying here and driving to the strip if I need to go there. It has a very laid back vibe with a touch of upscale ambiance. Maybe this feels more like the over 30 crowd?? It's fun but not crazy.

I was there only to play in the casino as my friend took me there. So I didn't rent a room or stay there long. The casino was clean and looks nice, the thing I was not a fan of was all the smoking as there we many people there do it. I know it is allowed in Vegas so that is the norm but I am not a fan of sitting next to someone who is smoking while I am playing at a table.

  • 1/5 Chris S. 5 months ago on Google
We are locals here in Summerlin. This casino is excellent, EXCEPT, food court is always dirty when we come. Every time. It will be half full and all the other tables are filthy. Can't find staff to clean the tables either. This is not just once in a while, it's EVERY time we come. That department is the only reason for the low scores. Otherwise this place is top notch. Maybe you need to retrain the staff(and monitor them) or fire their leader and get some who cares leader § Add photos Done

This casino outright scams people with their machines. They have video poker machines that actually say they pay back 99.8% of the money you put in with optimal play. That means in the long run, if you put $1000 in the machine, you'll be losing $2. This is demonstrably false as soon as you start playing. They just steal all of your money and give none of it back. You can lose $500 playing dime machines. That's not 99%. And I know how to play. I've studied the mathematically optimal strategies for these games. Even if I was playing horribly, how can you justify the machine taking hundreds when it's supposed to take only 0.2% of your money? It's a joke. And every time I or anyone else I know has played those machines, it's been the same result. it's also worse when you go up in the limits. It's much easier to get decent hands with dimes than it is on 50c and $1. The real payout on dimes is about 25%, but the payout on the higher denominations is more like 5-10%. You barely win a hand. This is totally illegal. You're not allowed to manipulate the play itself. You're only allowed to manipulate the paytables. And you're also not allowed to lie about the payouts. The Gaming Control Board obviously allows it, probably being paid off in one way or another, but regardless, it's criminal.

Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful resort. I was celebrating my birthday and I could not have imagined a more wonderful place for my celebration. I love Red Rock and cannot wait to go back again soon. The surroundings are stunning. Great casino and fantastic restaurants. I live in Canada and have stayed at a couple of hotels on the strip over the past several years.. On this trip because I am a senior I wanted to be surrounded by luxury, class and peace and quiet. Red Rock you are the best!!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and casino its location away from the strip makes coming and going a breeze, modern clean rooms feel very high end, It is very well kept and spotless anywhere you go. It has a comfortable environment throughout the entire resort very easy on the eyes. Slots are give and take which adds to the enjoyment at this place. Food is wonderful at every restaurant, many choices throughout the casino. This is our go to Casino and hotel every time we come to Vegas. Don’t forget to try Lucille’s BBQ located in casino you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel. Attended a conference at the Red Rock and really enjoyed our stay there. Don't skip on the restaurants. They were delicious! The entire facility is like a mall, with a food court, multiple shops and restaurants, and, of course, a very large casino. Be careful with the in room mini bar. It's digital, and if you take something off for too long, it will charge you. It was easy enough to explain to the staff that we didn't actually use any items, though. While in the area, be sure to visit Red Rock Canyons. Smoking is allowed on the casino floor, but that seems pretty standard for all the casinos. We did not have a chance to use the spa, but every time you walk by, it smells wonderful. The hotel is LARGE. So be prepared to do some walking. Thank you for a great time!

Hello... I wanted to mention something about the Bartenders at the Red Rock Casino. I especially want to mention the girls in the High Limit area bar by the cafe. Every time I go into this area, the girls are very kind and acknowledge me right away. Even though it is High limit , I can see they greet each guest with the utmost respect. I really appreciate how I always feel welcome. That is why I keep coming back! Thank you.!!

Class act all the way around. I got so tired from all the amenities, good food, pleasant people, tvs, and non stop bar action that I didn't even gamble. This place was new in 04... now after 20 years it's legendary in my book. A home run. Gambler or not, single or leader of a family there is something for everyone here and it's beautiful. Elevated. Worth every penny even if u have to pay 200 a night.

Red Rock Casino and Resort is a beautiful place to spend your time when you are in Las Vegas. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom area is very large and comfortable. I choose to stay away from the strip because of the craziness. There's plenty of places to eat as well as a large Casino. They have live bingo and Keno as well. The pools looked fantastic with lots of options to choose from. We couldn't use the pool because it was December. I'll stay at Red Rock the next time I visit Las Vegas. We really enjoyed our vacation at Red Rock.

It was a great experience to attend our Company’s Trainings at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, this hotel is luxurious and very beautiful, I had the opportunity to really enjoy my stay here. Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa have a great and friendly staff, great new renovated rooms, the pool area is amazing, the food served was very delicious. They have Spa and Casino, Lounge Bar, small shops and restaurants that we really enjoyed. This Resort is amazing. I thought that many people in the same place would create a problem, but everyone was polite, staff always responded to our needs and it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa.

We absolutely love Red Rock! As locals this is a frequent place of interest as the resort is like "The strip away from the strip". There is pretty much anything you might need. The last time we had a cabana at the pool and it was great. The whole pool area is just amazing. The service is good also. Great for adult and kids!

I have never actually stayed off strip, and I was a pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this trip. The pool area was gorgeous. Bars were great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel itself was very nice. Loved the oversized tub and shower. I would honestly consider staying here instead of the strip for family trips in the future.

We got married down the street from Red Rock, and decided it'd be easy to stay there for the weekend. We paid for a suite with a view, and when we checked in they had given all the rooms away. We had a room on the 3rd floor with the last door in the hallway that looked at the parking garage our wedding weekend. Our wedding night we were at the lucky bar in our wedding attire, with our wedding party, and got passed for drinks so many times we actually caught a manager before a cocktail server or bar tender. To pay this much, I'd rather just stay on the Strip. The Cosmo has better food, rooms, services and they treat locals better.

Really a great time! It's a local spot for sure. Went for NYE and it wasn't crazy busy! Which works for locals like us (live in Summerlin) lots of older slots, not many video ones. (wheel of fortune, James bond, Charlie and the chocolate factory: you know. All those kind) clean, smelled good, and it was fun though! ❤️

We had a company Christmas party at the Red Rock Lanes inside the casino. First time I had ever bowled there. It was an absolute blast. I need to do that more often. The bowling center was great, they had everything we needed, the equipment was all new and top notch. The food was also very good. I will be going back!

I spent two nights here. I very much enjoyed it. My bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Nice robe, good shower. The casino was large. Many food choices and other entertainment like a movies and bingo and bowling and an arcade. Really. My only complaint was that there were so many kids in the pools and I don't know if that's a regular thing. And also the fragrance throughout the property was just overwhelming. I wish hotels would not do this through these "signature scents" into the air, just get some clothes and if you're at all sensitive it's just completely unpleasant.

Wonderful hotel, even better service! I stayed at Red Rock for 3 nights and was really taken aback by the attention to detail and overall service from the team. I was traveling on business, having previously lived in Vegas, and chose to stay here as prices around other west Vegas hotels were astronomical. From room service, to the food, to every employee I interacted with I was thoroughly impressed with how much they cared. The room was extremely comfortable, modern and clean. A side note, my AirPods fell out of my bag when leaving and I only noticed when boarding a plane back home. The security and house keeping teams went out of their way to reunite me with the lost items and it further goes to show the level of attention to every detail here. This may well have just become my go to for all future off-strip Las Vegas stays. Really appreciate you all!

The resort was kept clean. The room was nice. There are plenty of food options. The bowling alley was really cool, the kids enjoyed it. There's even a movie theater if you need a relaxing activity. I love that they enforce masking, it added a sense of well-being to my vacation. The staff was so friendly, especially our housekeeper Suzan. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy.

My wife and I went on our mini moon here for labor day weekend. They had rented out their entire pool on Sunday for a wedding with little to no notice of the closure. They didn’t care, the staff lied to you saying it was closed for pool maintenance when we could see them setting up the wedding from our room window. Place was an absolute joke the entire weekend. Two out of the three days we weren’t able to use the pool. The staff didn’t care, front desk and management didn’t care. We were treated like peasants. Unless we were the millionaire who bought out the pool, we didn’t matter to them. We stay here because it’s close to our family but id rather stay somewhere else and use all the wasted money we spent at Red Rock and just take rides to our family. Pathetic hotel, spineless staff, careless management and just money grubbing hotel. If you want a good experience in Vegas, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. They will lie to your face, show you zero remorse for their wrong doings and then offer you a $44 resort fee refund after you spent $300 a night on the place. Unless you are renting out the entire place, you will be treated poorly and not cared about. Your just a regular peasant guest to them.

Hotel room and facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to any request. The pool is wonderful, I recommend getting a cabana if your with a group. The pool area was never crowded. The restaurants were nice and the food was delicious. The Lucky Penny is great for breakfast. The bowling alley is very modern and clean. The check and check out was fast and easy and parking is ample and free. Yes there are resort fees but that is the norm for Las Vegas hotels.

Like Red Rock Casino very much! It's a ways from the strip but I felt this is a very fine place with a good variety of restaurants. Most of all, I enjoyed playing the slot machines. They seem to be programmed to give players a fair chance of winning. You get to win some and lose some that makes one have a fun & entertaining experience. It's very much unlike the feeling of regret almost like being "robbed" one can almost surely have with the other casinos located along or near the strip. Our party of 7 left the place happy. I will definitely spend time at Red Rock every time I'm in Vegas. 5 stars!

This is a great casino to go to if you’re over the crazyness of the strip but you still want the ritzy feeling casino experience. Always clean and luxurious. It’s got everything as far as gaming goes including multiple restaurants and even a movie theater. Its also got a hotel which seems very nice however I’ve never stayed in it so I can’t honestly review that.

Our favorite Vegas resort. Great casino atmosphere with a beautiful spa and pool area. Rooms are nice size with views of Red Rock Canyon or Vegas Strip. Plenty of restaurants and food court options for all ages. Multi-screen theater and bowling alley are a plus for families. We loved Lotus of Siam for dinner.

After 13 years of patronage we were very disappointed with our stay this past Thursday. We miss the Feast, which was one our favorite eateries, but with COVID I get that. However the spa policy I didn't get. We've always been able to pay a fee to use the steam room. For 13 years. Friday morning before check out we went down for a spa visit and we told we could only use a day pass Tues Wed Thurs. Do to the fact they are so busy. So we were turned away. I guess we'll have to find another anniversary destination.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa. I made use of the spa services which included all day use of great locker room amenities including a steam room, sauna, hot and cold tubs. A nice selection of restaurants on site can provide you with variety over a multi night stay. Bowling alley and movie theatre on site was convenient, I saw Cocaine Bear and Cabin in the Woods during my stay in early March 2023. I would recommend this property for business or pleasure, even for a family with children.

I was surprised by the quality of the hotel - Clean and spacious guestrooms gave me 3 comfortable nights stay during the conference I was attending. One can fine the kind of food one likes on the hotel proper. There is even a full core featuring Fat burger and Panda Express. although this hotel is far from the Strip I find peace and quiet when stepping out of the hotel for a walk. That pleases me more than tons of casinos can. Too bad didn't get a chance too use the resort style pool. I'll be back.
