This could be a great Mall. It has large halls, very clean, open and well kept. From the outside it looks uninviting but once inside Wow, what a surprise. There is room for other stores and it would be a delight to have more options. The stores that are there are high end at awesome prices. There is the Levi store, Carters, Maidenform, boot barn, Chocolate factor, a hat shop, Pendeltons high end clothing, Bath and Body, ect. The theater looks nice too but unfortunately is is still closed. Maybe if they had some events there, people will come back to see all that it has to offer. It a nice place to just do some Mall walking too!

Not bad for the middle of the desert. Everyone working there I ran into was very friendly except for the security guard. Boot Barn had everything my kids wanted.. security guards you can smell the alcohol on their breath and they'll kick you off the property if your children sit on a brick wall... He just drives around on his three-wheel motor trike bike thinking his s***'s don't stink not even doing his job securing the place but has enough time to stop and call children stupid and their parents ignorant.... It's a disappointment let's stay away.

We ate at the Hawaiian restaurant Island Style in the food court. Holly cow this was the absolute BEST Hawaiian food we have had in the states since we were in Hawaii. So sad they are in the mall but it is soooo worth stopping by and eating here. Kahlua pork was totally authentic and the Katsuya chicken was amazing. Now I like their sweet chile sauce with my chicken but their Katsu sauce is great. You have to try this place if you want a taste of Hawaii.

Really nice little set of shops. You can find everything from trinkets and memorabilia to last minute items you may have forgotten. Walking distance from about every hotel and casino. Plenty of parking even under ground for the hot months. Lots of wheelchair accessible parking and the entrance also.

I love to go to the Boys and Girls Club Thrift Store located in the Laughlin Outlet Center. This place is amazing. They have a little bit of everything there. Women's/Men's/children clothes, shoes and p.j.'s. Curtains, bed sheets, Holloween items, Christmas items, and crafts. Way to many things to list. Best of all there is constantly new stuff being put out daily. It's like a treasure hunt everytime I go there. The prices are what a thrift stores price should be. Unlike a lot of other thrift stores that charge department store prices. I love the staff, they are so kind and funny. I have a blast whenever I go. Can't say enough good things about this place. It's definitely worth it, I will go back time and time again.

Watched "Top Gun 2" tonight!!!!!! WOW. Great movie!!! And YET, the staff were, by far, much better. The few we saw tonight, including the manager, were kind, humorous, and respectful... They also subscribed to my YouTube by typing in: "Scott Hesch" and that subscribe button ;) Thank you. SO much...

I would have given this a four star out of five if the escalator didn't make so much noise to sound unsafe like somebody's banging it with a sledgehammer. More than 50% of the businesses in this mall is closed.

Famous Footwear and Rue21 for The Teen Twins. Both Stores had Excellent Customer Service. I Was Greeted at Both Stores Upon Entry. Awesome Quality and Prices.

This place is looking remarkably like the average visitor to Laughlin, old..... I admit to being in my 60s, but this mall is clearly an afterthought by the towns chamber of commerce, and I don't see it being around very much longer with its huge vacancy rate, at least not in this format. There were no bathrooms, and only two places were open in the food court. Kinda sad, actually....

If you want a drink, go to the bars that face the street. If you want to shop, skip it. Only a couple stores that are still open in the whole mall. It's a ghost town. Most of the food court is close. Everything is dirty, the escalators are not working properly. It's depressing. The Few people with vendor carts are aggressive.

We love the individual stores there such as Famous Footwear and Bath & Body Works, but the owners of the mall seem to be letting it go. Stores, restaurants, and the theater are closing, the restrooms are not kept up and it feels like a ghost town. It's very sad and it's probably not good for the city of Laughlin to have a dying, dark, and crumbling Mall near its Center or at least near the casinos. If the owners are unable to maintain their property and offer tenants reasonable rents, they should just knock it down and start over with something else that could draw people from far and wide.

TBH it looked like a large pop-up tent and that had me worried but once Foghat hit the stage, the sound system was great and the acoustics worked. We sat in row C and when crazies from the back tried to crash the stage and block the view, they were sent back. Weird chick with the cut off shorts and baseball cap that did some weird dance for Starship, if you need a better view buy better tickets. I didn't spend extra money to see your tik tok dance skills and have my view blocked by you. Overall, I will definitely go back. +nice big seats +lots of room +lots of security +reasonably priced alcohol

Upon entering, the food court smelled like sewage. The up escalator was broken, and we had to wait in line for the elevator. It was very hot inside the elevator and it was very slow. 3/4 of the shops are closed. It's an empty store ghost town. Lane Bryant, Pendleton, etc. all gone. It still advertises businesses that are gone.

Not much in the Outlet mall to shop at, the movie price is great, but they are older movie that are already out of the big theaters, most people have already seen them. They need to remove the signs of the stores they no longer have in the Outlet mall. I went there to shop at a couple stores and they are no longer there. I feel that they keep the signs up just so people will go into the mall. I was disappointed in finding out that the store were gone, and I wasted my time going into the mall to look.

Very few stores but the Storrs they do have are awesome and we were able to find things that we havnt been able to find like glasses for my dog :) I also got a new cashmere sweater from the boys and girls club store for $5!!! I saw a brand new $100+ pair of Tommie Hillfigure boots for $15 too, they were just a tad small so I couldn't get them!

Many of the stores are closed. I go here to the Bath and Body works (almost always having a sale), the Hanes/Maidenform (excellent selection/prices), Burke's (huge selection of every kind of clothing) and The Boot Barn (great selection and service!). They are my favorite stores at this mall with limited stores. They do still have Famous Footwear inside. The escalator going upstairs doesn't work so you'll have to take the elevator or park in the very back of the mall like I do.

11/15/23 Visited yesterday after reading a negative review. It is what it is. I dont understand why this mall is dead. 08/28/23 Something good is happening in this mall. The climate control has improved dramatically. New kiosks. I hope this works, i really do. I like coming here. Sad to see all the empty stores. I like the place still. Friendly people. I go there a few times a week.

It's a sad little outlet center where most of the stores are out of business, like a ghost town of malls. 😢 The boot barn has found a way to survive along with a few other stores. It is a good spot to walk around and stay out of the heat, maybe even watch a movie at the theater.

Not all the stores are open, but the ones that are have good deals and are fully stocked. I usually stop here on my visits to laughlin. The cinema is always open, Levi's, bath and body works as well. The food court usually has 1 to 2 open places to eat, but with some many places around, it doesn't really matter too much. Also, there's a family dollar next door in case you forgot to pack any essentials.

Love the Boys & Girls Club Thrift Shop in the Outlet Center...Great Deals! (Was closed for a while because Air Conditioning Problems) New Favorite Spot to shop when in Laughlin!!! Like that the Movie Theater is open back up again! Always seems to have escalator issues and waiting on the elevator to go to upper level or coming down is a hassle since the elevator is small and slow!

It's so bare in there. It use to be a popping place to shop. Watch a movie..and finally get some good snacking food. Now it's so empty shops are bare And spread out so far you gotta walk and look at nothing. It will boom again I am sure.

There's a few stores in the mall, movie theater & small food court. Some stores close early, come before 5pm. Bath & Bodyworks staff was super kind, helpful & had great energy. This is a hidden gem location for Bath & Bodyworks. Levies store is a great stop too. Hopefully will come back for a $7 movie!!

Stopped by on our vacation threw town, great little shopping mall, there is a little bit of everything. It was clean, they also were running the heater which was great because it was so cold outside! Great place to find some items for anyone.

I was so very saddened by the many, many stores that were closed. People Laughlin Nevada is a mini Casino town with many amenities. Please visit this community and support their businesses before they die out completely 🙏

These poor little mall needs some love. It is in a great location but doesn't look like it has had any maintenance in years. I hope it gets fixed up because it has potential.
