What a fun place! We got there early so there really wasn't a big crowd. They have a great selection of ice cream flavors, fresh cheese curds and some baked goods. There are a lot of activities that are family friendly, from wagon rides, corn maze and feeding goats. Overall a fun place! They also have a driving range as well (I didn't check it out but it definitely seemed to be a popular spot). There is plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and plenty of seating for everyone. It appears that they do have different events happening in the weekend.

My wife and I came here last weekend for a work event. This was the first time I had been to this place in a number of years. It has certainly grown. The food was phenomenal, the service was out of this world, and a whole redesign of the restaurant is absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back soon.

Young's Jersey Dairy is a fun-filled, nostalgic place to be!!! I first came myself in the early 90s & loved it! Later in, I brought my son who loved it just like I did! I reconnected with the love of my life & we returned on a date!!! So, Young's is truly a part of the family! It has changed a lot over the years, but it will always be a special place to us! By the way... the Sweet Potato Bread Sundae... DIVINE!!!!!

I just don't know how anyone could rank this place lower than five stars. It has been a fantastic establishment for all the years it has been around. We have watched it grow over the years in many different ways that demonstrates their high commitment to high quality food, desserts, fun activities, etc. The service has always been amazing with tons of staff ready to help at any time. That is true again since our last visit before the pandemic. If you're in the Springfield area, you must do yourself a favor and stop in.

This is a perfect place if you are trying to find something for couple of hours depending on the crowd size. If it is just one family then the options you have is farm, petting/feeding animals, walking around to take pictures, maybe games depending on your interest and end up with a good treat...they have great ice cream collections and wide menu. I loved their fried cheese curds..peaches and cream was my favorite along with white cream with chocolate and Raspberry. I get to try their garlic and dill flavor (yes ice cream), for me it tasted like frozen garlic butter. If you are visiting this with few families then you can spend 4+ hours including all fun games....would recommend this place.

My first time to the new building of Young's Jersey Dairy restaurant. Lots of seating options including a HUGE family table. There is a line for ice cream and a line for food/drink. And the lines go very fast. You place your order and they give you a device to let you know when your order is up at the Grill. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger with no bun (because of GF issues), the cheese curds and hot apple cider. My burger was alright, not hot at all, but edible. The cheese curds came with 3 sauces and those curds are delicious! There is a cute gift shop that includes breads, pies, jams and candy.

Very clean store that sells lots of varieties of ice cream either at the counter or in bulk containers. A few different kinds of cheese. Ice cream and cheese tasted really good and fresh. A deli area is at the right rear. Also a few food items and novelty items are sold.

♻️ As an Agro establishment, I'm surprised they use single use plastic spoons and plastic cups. With hundreds of visitors every day, they could do better ! 🍦🧀 Large selection of food to consume on the premise. While you enter the queue you can go around to see the ice cream flavours and get tasters. Number of staff available at tills to help with your order. The fried cheese curd was good although a bit salty 🧂 to my liking. Ice cream is delicious. Large seating area available indoor and some picnic style outdoors as well. 🛍️ Some baked items, local honey, ice cream tubs and others are available to go. 👩‍🍳 Overall staff are helpful, ready to get and see lot of young generation at work. ❌ Children food combo does not come with plain water or a fruit juice drink. Milk in a cup is available as an alternative. 🐄🐐 You can go around and feed the goats. Need quarters to get the feed from dispenser. Cows are either in shed or outdoor to be seen from far. Some small goats and a couple of pigs in the indoor area. 🛝 On the playground side, small play area for children (chargeable $10) to spend couple of hours, a height restricted slide and some small fun rides. Netted automated baseball area. Adults golf section and mini golf section are available too. Overall, a good place to spend half a day with family and enjoy some of their local produce. The milkshakes we got were great!! We had cheeseburgers and cheese curds and they were both good. A little pricey $38 for 2 drinks, 2 milkshakes, 2 cheese curds and 2 cheesburgers. We got to see super cute animals!!! The baby goats were so soft and adorable!

Young's Jersey Dairy is a family-owned and operated farm and ice cream shop located in Yellow Springs, Ohio. It has been in business since 1942 and is a popular tourist destination. The farm offers a variety of activities, including: * A petting zoo * A miniature golf course * Batting cages * A restaurant * An ice cream shop The food at Young's Jersey Dairy is made with fresh, local ingredients. The restaurant serves burgers, hot dogs, fries, and other classic American fare. The ice cream shop offers a variety of flavors, including chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and a variety of specialty flavors. The family-friendly atmosphere and the variety of activities available. The food is also generally well-liked, with the ice cream being the most popular item. If you're looking for a fun and family-friendly place to visit in Ohio, Young's Jersey Dairy is a great option. Just be prepared for crowds, especially on weekends. Here are some tips for visiting Young's Jersey Dairy: * Go during the week if you can to avoid the crowds. * Be prepared to wait in line, especially for the ice cream. * Bring cash, as some of the activities and food vendors do not accept credit cards. * Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be doing a lot of walking. I hope this helps!

Picturesque place in the middle of Yellowsprings Ohio. You have just got to visit this place if you're around the area! It feels like it's a cattle farm that's been turned into a restaurant that fully utilizes everything that their cows have to offer! (Burgers, Milks, Cheese, icecreams!). You can also pet and feed the animals in a barn inside the compound! Cute goats lol. The icecream was really good - real thick and feels like a gelato with pretty much no air and very condensed volume wise. Must visit!

Decided on a nice bike ride on the Little Miami. Met the grandkids and stopped at Young’s for breakfast (Saturday/Sunday only)! Their breakfast is almost like homemade and is served on real China. A fun place for the entire family and the ice cream is delectable

Always a great place to take the kids and do fun activities. Even with it being super busy today, we received our food and ice cream fairly quickly. This year there's a playground in the corn maze which was super fun and the pumpkins at the pumpkin patch are perfect! I always love coming to Young's.

Lots of neat ice cream flavors, but the ice cream isn’t out of this world. The cheese curds are, however! So many good baked goods too. Sadly we weren’t able to stay around long enough to participate in the fun activities.

An excellent place to get a sweet treat after a long day! The buckeye milkshake is so good and well worth the price. I am also very impressed with the new building. You can now hold events there at a modest price, such as corporate get togethers and birthday parties. I'm glad Young's is still in business. It's brought back memories of getting ice cream with grandpa after bike rides.

What a cool place and the treats were delicious but the line was long and the time we had to wait to get ice cream felt like I was at a Michelin star restaurant. (They only had 2 people at the registers) Lots of fun things for the kids to do.

We met some of the family at Young's for a treat before they had to head back home out of state. We have eaten here several times but only once before at the new building and tables. There was a really nice shaded area under the porch to eat your treat. Today we got the straw berry short cake with the vanilla ice cream. The whip cream on top is a nice touch. The cake wasn't really pound cake but really just like regular cake. Also the ice cream seemed really sweet more than creamy. The strawberries were nice and fresh and delicious. I probably wouldn't order it again but would stick to the strawberry ice cream. It has always been great.

You have to get the fried cheese curds! Excellent burgers and chicken sandwiches as well. Stock up on baked goods, ice cream, cheese curds and more. I recommend a weekday visit. It's crazy on weekends!

Homemade ice cream is without a doubt the best flavor. The sandwiches and onion rings take a little longer to serve, but they are also very tasty and should be eaten. There is a cattle barn just around the corner, which can be visited freely, and is recommended for visitors with children.

Have never experienced a dairy which is functioning at such a large scale. An hour drive from Cincinnati it is perfect for a summer weekend. The ice cream here is so rich and creamy and is a must have They also have different sandwiches and burgers on their menu. You can also feed animals in their petting area. Expect the lines to be huge but the waiting time runs around 20-25 mins.

Such an awesome place for family fun! We had lunch and their homemade ice cream and both were amazing! I love all the activities they have to offer. We went to their petting zoo, played miniature golf, and went on their giant slide. It was a great place to spend our Saturday together!

Always a great place to visit with family. Ate lunch here and the food was excellent. Walked around to see and pet the animals. They have putt putt golf, a driving range, slide for the kids, and other things to enjoy. Fall is my favorite time of the year to visit for the pumpkin patch and hayrides.

This place is phenomenal!! We came for mini putt (udders and putters, are you kidding me?! Genius!) and stayed for baby goats, baby cows, kittens and delicious food. There's an app to pre-order your food and then you head over and pick it up to skip the line, absolutely a time saver. 10/10 would recommend, the 17th hole of mini putt is about the appropriate timing to order, finish your game, meander over, and then everything is ready. We had zero children with us and had an incredible time as adults, definitely a kid-friendly place, but tons of activities for those of us young at heart as well.

Stopped by on our way out of town to pick up some cheese curds and sweet potato bread. Everyone was extremely kind here, and our cashier recommended her favorite blend of vanilla latte, coffee, and creamer that really hit the spot. This place is worth the stop!

I spent about 20 minutes looking around inside at the cheese for sale that sounded awesome and at the gift shop and outside in the barn. The goats were bahhing. It was cute. Petted a little cow. They have hand cleanser stations for after you pet the animals or let them eat feed from your palm. You can buy a little container of goat feed inside for $1.75 or outside by the goats they have 4 gumball type dispensers with feed ..a small handful for $.25.

The food and ice cream at this place is amazing. It's so good. We came twice. We didn't have time to experience anything else but there is a lot to offer here. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area

Nice fram to visit not the best a little over price for the food that you. Who pays $8 just for a sandwich with no or a drink but they're known for their ice cream so. And the cheese curds great 👍

Delicious hamburgers. I had the barnbuster. Double cheeseburger with all the trimmings. Very reasonable pricing. Add fries and a drink for a combo. They can handle large orders. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is very organized. They also sell ice cream and cheese. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich that was delicious also.

Such a good wholesome family place. This dairy farm has been around for over 100 years. Love the fresh waffle cones! My favorite time a year to go is the fall when they have the pumpkin patch and it’s crisp and cool outside.

Such a cute place to visit. They do a great job entertaining the kids with having the goats and cows available for viewing and petting. There are a few things to walk around and do. There ice cream there is really good I have never been a fan of their food but others must be because it is always busy. Great family place.

There is so much to see and do! We have so much fun. However, we had to wait in line a lot, there was a pretty large crowd, even for a weekday.. but the food and ice cream are worth the wait! Everything else is just a bonus!

My kids love this place. We usually go about twice a year. Always a lot to see and do. I recommend going during the summer for the carnival or fall when they have the pumpkin patch. Sometimes I wish it was cheaper but overall it can be as cheap or expensive as you want it to be.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and now I take my children here. I’ve watched this place grow and expand repeatedly over time. They are constantly making changes to make things more organized and have less wait times. I love it. I love the animals, the ice cream and all the active outdoor activities.

I took my family there with my boyfriend for the first time and we had a blast! My nephew had fun feeding the goats for the first time, exploring and seeing all the animals (goats, cows, pigs), climbing in tractors, and exploring the play area made especially for kids his age filled with tons of age appropriate activities which was free for him and he’s under the age of 2. We also got food and ice cream here and it was all delicious! Both came out in a timely manner. They also have a cute little gift shop section you can shop from. Absolutely loved sharing a Young’s Dairy experience with my family that I grew up loving!
