Really disappointed, I ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust and got about 10 pieces of pepperoni and really really really thin and stiff pizza. But the Tuscani pasta I ordered was good.

This review is about my most recent expirience with this store and their rude manager. I shceduled a delivery as the app lets you only to have the incorrect order deliverd. I called and asked for the manager and the lady said ya, that's me. So I continue to let her know our pizza arrived made incorrectly and was upset as I had scheduled this to arrive at the time my kids eat dinner. I was told I had 2 options, keep the incorrect pizza and receive a $5 discount, or they can remake it but they don't know when they would be able to deliver it, might take another 45 minutes. I said as I received the incorrect pizza I would like what I ordered and compensation for the mistake. the so called manager didn't even appoligize for the mistake and said well those are your only options. The only person that appologized was the driver when he brought the replacement COLD pizza. This is horrible customer service. if you risk ordering from this store, make sure you double check your order, or else you'll be left with cold replacement food and not even a discount to come back for their mistake.

Came to get a pizza but nobody came to counter to help so I waited for 10 min and nobody help me so I decided to leave but all employees were outside smoking

Ordered through doordash paid $54 just to get a large pepperoni pizza that said extra pepperoni with little pepperoni paid $21 for that then personals missing ingredients and asked for them to toss my wings in a good amount of buffalo sauce and nothing!

The pizza was horrible there was no crust no cheese no sauce. It tasted like eating a piece of cardboard with pepperoni on it

The food was terrible, not hot, the cooking was gross. I ONLY ate it because I was starving. I'd rather go to dominoes and dominoes is SALTY.

Is there no training here? Also, using small dough as a large pie, than not even put the correct amount of toppings...

They've become an expensive basic pizza. Like the "PizzaPizza" guy

Always frustrated...When I order Pan for the $9.99 large deal it never comes out fully pan even though I pay for pan. If I'm paying for pan I should get pan! But when I order the deal pizza 3- topping Large Pan it comes out how pan should be. It seems unfair to have to pay more to get it right. Also I only get pepperoni so I don't understand the difference of why they don't make it right when I get the large 1-topping.

THESE WINGS were bust the best wings in Vegas hands town. The store manager was top tier customer service was overall one of the best experiences I’ve had for such a busy location. I will be back everyday Friday and I will wait however long they need because this place is over the top for the price 🫶🏻 thanks pizza hut

The delivery driver was extremely rude! I couldn't believe the attitude he had and how he spoke to my husband when he noticed we were 58 cents short, my husband run back home to get the cents and he gave it to the driver then the driver proceeded to talk all kinds of stupid things to my husband! Horrible person!

Could put a little more pepperoni on but other than that tasted good 👍

I'm sorry, but it's just getting too expensive for regular pizza. I got the stuffed crust pepperoni, the stuffed crust. Yeah, it looked like cheese but had no taste to it at all. No complaints on the employees. Their fair and square. The product and price just aren't worth it👉🤪💨

Not the best pizza, nor the best prices but good enough for a quick meal anytime. Quick and easy and usually ready in 15 minutes.

I won't be visiting this particular location again. There seemed to be some miscommunication and I ended up paying $18 for bad pizza even though i was told $15. There was literally no sauce on the pizza and barely any pepperoni. The wings were ok even though I was never asked if I wanted bone in or out. I'll visit another location next time.

Zero Stars !!!!!! I stopped ordering from them thinking it would get better and it keeps getting worst. We order pizza because it’s SUPPOSED to be fast & convenient for days such as today when I work late and rushing to get the kids. We place order at 6:57pm it said out for delivery at 7:09pm it’s 8:23pm and still no pizza. My kids are here waiting for pizza not only have I wasted time & money now they have to wait even longer for something alternative. When I called to see what’s the hold up I was told the pizza was already delivered. The driver so backed up that he’s delivering pizza to the wrong address ? What does that tell you? It’s 9:46pm and now they are saying the driver left the pizza by the wall. I definitely regret wasting my time with this location I figured it’s been a few months they should have gotten things together but I was wrong this location should just close down. It’s going on three hours & at this point I just want my refund, they keep putting me on hold and I bet they will keep me on hold until they close in 45 more minutes. This is RIDICULOUS , DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Ordered online and received my food relatively quick compared to other pizza places, pizza came perfectly and the service was good too. They also still take cash for delivery which is great!

The 2 pizzas order was fresh and hot but did not taste like the delicious pizza hut that I usually get from other locations

Not only was it not your company hired delivery driver this door dash delivery person had thee audacity to belittle and degrade me by arguing out loud in my apartment complex about how I did not provide him a building number or apartment number when clearly it was on the Pizza Hut app so——not only was I arguing for my delivery food this person literally set it on the ground (when I put it in the notes that I wanted delivered to my door—to which he didn’t even knock.) and was about to leave when my ring door camera notified me of movement outside my home. Please do not send me a door dash delivery driver again. Thank you. The food was cold asf’ and the drinks were warm as hell. Not only that the drinks were shaken soooo bad that me and my daughter opened a pop each and it immediately fizzed to the top and it caused a mess by spilling everywhere on the table on top of the food.

Today was my child’s birthday, 12/10/22. I placed a order at this location, And I a confirmation that my food was delivered, However I did not receive my food, nor did I receive a phone call or confirmation that my foot was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver name Robert did not even bother to inform me that my order was delivered to the wrong address. It is very unprofessional, And you have lost me as a customer. Pizza Hut needs to be more diligent when it comes to delivering customers orders!!!!!

My pizza was done on time. The ingredients were fresh. The pizza was hot and ready to eat. I got pan crust it was soft just how I like it. It took less than 2 minutes to have someone come out with my pizzas for curbside pickup. Overall, everything was great.

I ordered from here I got the big dinner box with boneless wings and it got here I ate it and then 20 minutes later I was sick and I was throwing up and it was just hell and when I finally called to talk to someone the manager was rude like I was lying or something

Customer service is good but could be better the only reason I'd say 3 stars was because the pizza I got was really greasy other than that it was okay.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in quite some time. With that being said, I was dissapointed with the quality of the food and the portion sized for the money spent. For 2 "Detroit style" pizzas and 12 wings it was $58! $22 for the wings alone! Then they were wingettes that seemed to be microwaved. I remember why I don't eat at Pizza Hut. On top of that, the cashier was extreemely agitated it seemed. His responses taking the order was very terse and he was unwilling to answer any questions without a frown. We'll pass next time.

This was my second time ordering carry out online at the Sahara location. I usually have my orders delivered. Both times my order was ready and hot by the time I arrived. Staff is always friendly and greets me when I arrive. I have no complaints.

I get Pizza Hut because it used to be better pizza then others. Not anymore. Hand tossed pie was under cooked and still doughy, and not very cheesy. Thin crust had way too much sauce on it, and had a weird taste to it. On a good note employees were great, very nice and professional.
