Gym is typically packed to the point it's tough to get on equipment, not their fault of course but worth mentioning. Things like the photo posted are just mind boggling to me. How much could new labels cost? It's obviously very minor but is just an example of laziness/not caring. I would never accept this as a business owner/manager, no matter how cheap the rates are. Sauna, I used only twice because it just wasn't hot enough. Everything else is fine, nothing special.

We are charter members of this gym, but pretty much fed up and ready to go elsewhere. During the pandemic there was a lot of deferred maintenance which was understandable, but now there is no excuse. There are constantly broken items and gym equipment that sits for long periods of time without being fixed. Treadmill TVs are almost all broken (maybe 1 out of 3 work) even though the treadmills are not very old. About 8-9 months ago this place got REALLY busy and is constantly crowded now, regardless of the time of day you go. Not sure what happened but it was never like this before and it is very difficult to get a workout in. But the kicker is that the locker room showers have been idle for 2 months now. They originally ripped up the shower room and it was to be down for 3 weeks to be redone. Well, it was ripped out in one day (late July) and since then, not one minute of work has been done on it. It's almost October! EDIT: Almost November now and still zero activity in shower area. Almost 3 months now! Really unacceptable, not sure when work will resume but I'm sure it will be several months more.

What was supposed to be a good gym experience turned into a nightmare, came in for a regular membership but the sales rep falsely advertised the trainer plan saying it could be canceled at any time. After i was unable to come in to training due to an emergency relocation because family troubles i thought the manager would care and be reasonable but after trying to speak to the manager they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. They are charging my account multiple times. I did the wrong thing by trusting the person helping me out so please make sure to read all the documents that you are signing, someone in the reviews said these people are just looting money with out telling the actual truth and they’re 100% right! horrible experience. I also think it’s wrong how you sign people up before doing the walk through (this is what happened in my case)you should show people the reality of how it is before them committing to making this their gym.

Update: It took EOS a month to reply me while I was still paying the membership fee, and refused to refund me. Frauds! Be careful to sign up with this gym. For example, Grey membership includes a lot of misleading info. When you sign it up online or meet with an unprofessional employee, they would not tell you that you have to pay upfront almost 100 dollars for the "cheapest" grey membership including an annual membership fee of $50 and also start-up fee, another $50 dollars. Meanwhile, once they get your email, they starts to send you promotions to trick you like "30 days free", but they still charged you that $100 after you sign up with grey membership, and refuse a refund. I was told that the email promotion did not include grey membership, however, on the email, it would not tell you which memberships would be applied. Once you sign it up and give them credit card info, it's already too late. The sheep of Durango dr.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this gym unless it is for convenience. The sauna is very small, doesn't get hot enough, and very dirty. Showers are absolutely horrible water barely comes out, water backs up from the drain and temperature consistency is all over the place. No matter what time of the day you come it is always packed can barely find a place to stretch on the turf. I would never come to this gym but others are to far away for a early morning workout...

3 years ago I left a 5 star review. I wanted to update my review to let EOS they are doing a great job. I’m a member of the EOS on 7070 S Durango Dr in Las Vegas, NV. They continue to deserve a 5 star review. I’m so happy to be a member of EOS. I’ve been a member since 2019 and it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The trainers really take an interest in you and want you to improve. The training sessions are a bit pricy, but well worth. My trainer Ryan Wright is a great trainer. I’m stronger and lost 10 lbs in a month. The staff is so friendly and give you a sense of belonging. I’d highly recommend

I usually work out here at around 5 or 6 in the morning, but it starts getting way too crowded after that. Lots of equipment. Jared, Stan, most others at the front desk and most of the regulars are cool. Giving the place two stars right now because I've been going to various gyms for almost 20 years and have never seen one this ill-maintained. 1. The showers were supposed to be closed temporarily over the summer but now seem to be down indefinitely with no reopening date. The sauna is one of the main reasons I signed up and it's part of the gym's own rules to take a shower before going in. (Not like they ever kicked out people for entering in full gym cloths/shoes.) I've seen entire gyms gutted and remodeled faster than the showers have been closed here. 2. When machines break, they might be down weeks/months before getting fixed. I understand stuff will be down from time to time, but again...way too long. 3. Now in the mornings, the entire male locker room will be temporarily closed because they only have a female janitor available. She's a nice lady, but how about hiring a male janitor as well? This gym chain has been rapidly expanding and is owned by a private equity group that's worth over a billion (BRS). How about putting some of the money into keeping the place not perfectly, but at least reasonably maintained? The employee turnover is crazy too. I'm sure most of them deserve more pay than they're receiving. This gym can still be a good value if you lock in the appropriate contract, but between the upkeep lately and the hassles I had with getting billing paused during the pandemic, I can't strongly recommended it to others at this time.

Hard to find a reasonable parking spot even at 6 am. After 3 pm, there are too many high-school kids. Showers are a joke. Drains back up quickly so you're standing in about an inch of water. Water pressure drops every time someone flushes, and the water temp drops also. You have to search for a sink basin to find one with hot water. I canceled my membership about 3 weeks ago, and they are still trying to charge my account.

2-years ago I left this gym not because it was a bad gym, but because the trainer I was trying to work with kept trying to sell me on working for him while he built his own gym. How can you get in a workout with that going on? Needless to say, I left. Fast forward 2-years, I've rejoined and all was well until last month. I had to put my membership on hold because of a medical issue, I gave them notice on 2 Feb, they didn't process until 15 Feb so I got charged for my membership. So far, I've called for a refund 4 total times and yet no one can manage to get things taken care of. "We've just changed management..." "We have all new people..." "We've just cleaned house so we're getting things in order..." Needless to say it looks like I'll be cancelling again. If they can't get one simply thing done in 6-weeks I don't imagine they care anymore about me now than they did 2-years ago. There are other gyms and other pools. I think this is the last time I will make an effort with EoS.

Not so good. Too much money for a small gym. I was there around 2pm and gym was pretty much crowed already. Hate to see it around 6am and 6pm(before and after work out time)

I wanted to make sure I was enjoying this gym, so I waited for over a month to make this review. The minute I started going to this gym I realized that Ulvao and Keith (management) was very honest with me when I joined. I have a trainer "Otis" he's absolutely AMAZING!! He comes in with this beautiful positive attitude... he has a way of making you want to do more. He talks to me about my nutrition and what I'm doing when I'm not with him. He makes me feel comfortable while he's working the hell out of me.. 😊 I know for a fact I will see results.. great trainer, great gym can't ask for more.....

I've been coming to this GYM for 4 years now with no issues, on 10/21/23 around 9:30 a.m. I was working out on a weight machine and was approached by two female staff member and a lady that tried to jump on a machine I was using and my stuff was there clearly on the floor and she tried to put her stuff there, the two female staff that approach me did not approach me friendly at all, they approach me, saying that the woman said I aggressively told her I was using the machine, and wanted me to apologize to the woman. A lot of people in the gym to see what was going on and it was very embarrassing, the female staff that approached me, interrogating me like I did something wrong, they said there is no saving equipment here, they should've been asking me what happened and no automatically took a side, I've been coming to this gym five days six days a week. I mind my business here do my work out and leave. Any regular here that I seen me here will vouch for me and there's a lot of regulars here that they can ask that I wait me turn for equipment and don't jump on other people stuff. I've been using the gym for over 20 years now, and I have never had an issue like this. I don't know how staff are trained here to deal with situations like this but these two staff were not trained to deal with this situation and should ve seen that. The lady was an emotionally all there in the first place when they talk to her that was not hard to miss. This is the closest ESO to my house and I'm on a real tight schedule with my kids and there's nothing closer so I have to continue to come here.

Great place and awesome to work at but don't fall in with their one time fees. I don't know about the other EOS gym, but this one is a scam. They charged me prices that was actually a 1 time fee. So in the end I had to cancel my membership. Just because they lied too. If they didn't I may have continued.

I love the EOS fitness off of Durango and Arby! Jared is always friendly & welcoming when I come in. The gym is always clean, organized and even when it’s busy, there seems to be enough equipment for me to get my workout done!

  • 5/5 Jeremy G. 8 months ago on Google
EoS is great! The prices are fair and there's plenty of equipment, even when it's busy. What sets them apart is definitely the people. They have helped me make progress towards my fitness goals in a short time and they're all professional and friendly. I'd like to give a shout out to a few who have gone out of their way to ensure that I have the best experience everytime: Shawn, Ross, Keri, Tony, thank you for everything! You all are awesome and I have no reservations about referring everyone I know.

the fact that there is 5-6 employees sitting around, doing absolutely nothing, when all the soap dispensers are empty in the male washrooms is enough of a reason why no one should bother paying for a membership. Disgusting

Absolutely amazing gym and very nice staff! Elizabeth in the kids club was very helpful on giving me information on bringing my kid with me next time I go. The equipment is some of the best I've used and a much bigger selection than other places I've gone.

I had a membership couple years ago and just recently rejoined. Always liked this location, but its just too busy with my old schedule. Now I’ve been coming in between early in the am and it’s not so crowded. Shout out to Sarhai for such a great customer service and being so friendly. Since I’m not really a “new member” anymore I asked if I could still get a shirt. Sarhai was very nice to give me one. Thanks again for the shirt Sarhai!!🤙🏾

Tony, the manager at this store , went above and beyond with his customer service to me in his store today. By all means, keep this man at all costs.! And give him a raise! With customer service like this, I wouldn't go to another gym in this area, even if it was for free!

I love this place! Most of the staff is awesome! However it is beyond frustrating when I am a guest member, I come in to workout everyday no issue at all, but for some reason, a certain employee has a problem with a guest coming in by themselves. No one ever says a word to me, except for one employee. This has happened twice and it is always the same employee. How is that fair? I come to work out everyday by myself not ever an issue but only one employee has to have an issue? I understand rules are rules but have some consistency please. Very frustrating when you want to go workout and they don’t let you because you don’t have someone with a membership with you, yet you have been coming in everyday by yourself.

Great gym with plenty of equipment. The price is hard to beat but the availability of machines is slim. Essentially from 5am to 10-11pm it’s generally packed. If you work out later this might be the prefect gym.

I would love to have checked out this gym vs the PF I can go to on Blue Diamond Rd BUT there wasn’t ONE parking space available anywhere- the parking lot is so small. And the gym looks small from the outside and it was SUPER busy. This was 2 pm on a Saturday. Too bad!

Worst I mean WORST experience of my life of gyms. Signed up back in June with some guy named Autumn. Sold the place but I didn't like the fact that it was small. Very limited on machines and you feel like your elbow to elbow working out with people next to you. ( Durango/ warm springs Location) He told me & my husband we had 30 DAYS TO CANCEL. We came in a week later to cancel and they told us it was only 5 days to cancel. I was upset because they make you pay a bigger fine upfront for a year then its $10 a month. So I lost my money, and 7 months later I'm still fighting and calling them because they still charge me $10 monthly each for me and my husband for something I canceled & don't use! Best part when I call the employees give out fake names when I ask who I'm speaking with. Way to go EOs! .. Don't waste time with this gym, you'll lose your money!

I have loved this app for a long time. I’m looking forward to changing this rating to five stars once the g-fit portion of the app restores the ability to add a booked class to google calendar. That was by FAR the thing I loved most about the app, and I’m hoping it’s absence in this new version is just an oversight that will be remedied shortly.

I asked Damien if he could tell me about membership options. He said he could not talk pricing over the phone. I asked if the yoga classes were included in the week trial. He said no. I asked if I could pay a day rate to try yoga prior to joining. He said no, but I could (get this) stand outside the door and watch. He insisted I needed to come into the gym and pay for a membership to try any classes. So, I went online and paid for a membership. Now, after speaking to someone else, I learned I could have tried yoga with the week pass. Luckily, I enjoyed it and would have joined anyway. But lying to coerce me into buying a membership was unprofessional and low. The condescending way he spoke to me was even worse.

Typical budget friendly gym, well equipped, but is lacking basic levels of cleanliness in almost all areas. Giving a 3 star due to Abby’s excellent customer service as she gave me a tour of the facility and was genuinely helpful on my first visit.

Decent however it's inconvenient to go during the pandemic. I'm heavily breathing my breath back into my face wearing a mask while sweating. However, every time someone takes a swig of water (all the time) they take the masks off anyways. Why would I pay for this? People don't realize that the forced vaccine doesn't work enough to prevent a maskless environment. This is not temporary, it's compliance, it's long-term.

So far I am happy with EOS! I received a membership for Mother's Day and love the classes that are offered at all the Las Vegas locations! With all that my membership offers I have no excuses for not getting healthier and stronger! So far the staff that I have encountered have been friendly and helpful! I would recommend EOS for your fitness program and journey!

I work with Gianni as my personal trainer and she is definitely the best person I have ever worked out with. She is amazing, supportive, patient, helpful, and she knows how to push me without making me feel like I’m doing something wrong. If you are looking for the extra help to lose that weight, tone, build muscle she is definitely the perfect person to go to!

Great membership deals, look for Trevor he’s a good guy to sign up with. Kids clue is $15 extra in total we paid $44.97 per month (we have the black membership which allows us to do everything and more) excellent group of workers. I should know I used to work in a gym as well and I gotta hand it to them for their price and open 24/7 (not kids clue time varies per day) we absolutely love it. Family time is definitely spent here :)

Went to this gym to check out their membership and get a tour of the facility. They gave us a 7 day free trial pass to see if we liked the vibe. Overall nice gym. Was crowded between 4 and 7 pm, but still was able to get to the machines needed. Nice pool and sauna area. Plenty of parking. Signed up for a membership, so I can go to this location or the one on Blue Diamond and Decatur.

This gym was my first ever serious membership. I Enjoyed all the machines and equipment kept here. The attendees were also very friendly and everyone cleaned up after themselves. I never attended the classed but I would occasionally watch them exit the room with faces full of accomplishment. I truly will miss this gym and it's members. Good bye.

Nice gym with all the equipment that you need. The bonus was they had the jacobs ladder not to many gyms have that. Nikolaus the sales agent had excellent customer service he gave me a week to try out the gym zero pressure and he explained all the different options. I've worked in the fitness industry and I know how shady some sales agents are this young man was awesome. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Convenient location with parking. The fitness center is well maintained, clean, and modern. Their membership is reasonable and their staff is knowledgeable. The personal trainer I was paired with is the best! He's compassionate and is very knowledgeable as a fitness trainer.

Uluano that I dealt with was too notch. I ran Gym Sales for years and he was solid. Gym itself had what was advertised and the pool was clean. 4 shows were out of order, and no water pressure in the two I tried was disappointing. I paid 1.00 for a towel, however it was a hand wash cloth. The guy at the desk made up for it by giving me 4 but it was ridiculous to dry off after a swim with 4 hand cloths. Overall the gym had an aggressive feel to it. I was in for the day but would not join if I lived there. 20.00 for a drop in was reasonable for what I got. 60 minutes on a spin bike and a 40 minute swim.

Gym is always super packed, to the point of not getting your workout in 🤦‍♂️ And it is the gyms fault. They need to have a cap on the amount of people can be in the gym at once. You cant have every machine taken and people sitting all over the place doing free weight workouts. Also, the people that go to this gym seem to be rude.

  • 4/5 Joselyn T. 1 year ago on Google
The gym is way smaller than my home gym and often very packed. The equipment is a little dated and often missing labels. But despite this gym was consistently getting cleaned by the staff, broken equipment was rare, but addressed within 24hrs, and the staff was always friendly! Despite the typical classes like Zumba, Cycling etc., they have a big variety of group classes to choose from. Like Barre, three different Yoga class styles, and Tabata training. And their trainers are legit in what they know. While on vacation I went every day for 3 weeks, at different times of the day and the quality of the gym never diminished. Overall the gym was great!

This place is always packed out ,it’s freezing inside which doesn’t make any sense. The theater room doubles as a sauna if you are into that kinda thing. The squat rack and benches are for the most part always busy and if they are empty you have to look for clips all across the gym. All & all explore more options (ps the body fat machine is really inconsistent)

Overcrowded and poor management. I joined for just two weeks, paid the annual rate in full, and quickly became unhappy. I was fine paying my monthly fee, and even the cancellation fee, but the annual fee? They could have easily made it right, but specifically chose not to. Unhappy customers leads to negative word of mouth, which is far more damaging. Business 101.

I want to say i absolutely have always loved this gym and i feel like the staff is always super awesome and friendly until recently, i had an encounter with Cameron ,she is absolutely rude and has zero customer service skill. I asked a few questions and never got actual answers all i got was attitude and was brushed off as if i was not important. When i waslked away her and a couple others began laughing and it felt weird, the entire exchange. She seems newer to me i had not seen her before anytime i see her at the gym now she gives me nasty looks and i think thats super unprofessional ,i am thinking about cancelling my membership at this location.

Staff is amazing. Front desk, trainers, class instructors are top notch. No shower at the pool. No jacuzzi at this location. Equipment needs repairs too often imo.

Sales rep falsely advertise the trainer plan could be cancel at any given time. After trying half way into the plan, didn't really see much value out of it overall. Try to talk to the manager there, the manager was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. The staff there will only assist you if they can upsell more stuff you don't need. Any reasonable time to workout, the gym is always pack and so is the parking lot. Be prepare to park on the side street. Been here for 3 months, cleaning supplies for the machine are either broken or out of stock. Constant scavenger hunt for available machine and cleaning supplies
