The entire staff was excellent. I came into the dentist facility with the most excruciating pain I have ever felt (worse than child birth). The staff got me in to see the dentist and hygienist immediately. Quickly they determined I needed a root canal, and took care of a terrible situation. They had to correct someone else’s mistake, and never made reference to it, they just took care of business. The dental hygienist was extremely compassionate and empathetic. The Dentist was fantastic and very empathetic. He knew his profession well and knew exactly what to do. Both took X-rays to ensure the area was rectified with the work performed. By the time I left, it felt like the three of us were a team and best friends. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their care. I would recommend everyone to use their services. I am forever grateful. Thank you very much.

I was experiencing extreme pain due to a broken tooth, and they were able fit me in same day. My anxiety was through the roof because I knew I’d need an extraction done, but the staff especially the dental assistants, Mark and Ruby, and Dr. Duffie quickly put me at ease. They were nice, personable, and the tooth extraction went off with a hitch. I highly recommend this dental office for your dental needs. Update: I had a post-extraction appointment two weeks after my extraction and I still stand by my previous review. The front office were very personable. Dr. Duffie is amazing! Such a caring dental provider. I also had a dental cleaning during this visit and the dental hygienist, Desiree, was so wonderful. She was nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. We talked about the importance of flossing. Of course we all know why we should floss, but she provided additional information I've never heard before at any of my previous dental offices. I left feeling good, and I hate dental offices lol. I recommend this office, not just for emergency needs, but for your normal dental needs as well. I will be returning.

Nothing but great things to say. Needed an emergency root canal and was in a lot of pain. They got me in quickly on a Saturday, explained my options, and were overall super awesome. The staff was amazing, caring, and super at making me feel calm. Very grateful!!

Called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I Came in for a wisdom tooth that’s been putting me through a ringer. Took a few X-rays, then the lovely part where the assistant Des came to chat with me about post op. Which then I told her I was a bit nervous, she went ahead and proceeded to speak to me to calm me down. WOW she was fantastic, really a caring nature in her voice. Not to mention the doctor was fantastic, my tooth that I had worked my nerves was out no time. Thank you thank you! Highly recommended!

Went in for the first time yesterday for a toothache and I was very pleased with how nice everyone was. Dr. Kenneth Duffie was extremely informative, patient, and kind. I needed my wisdom teeth removed ASAP & was in a LOT of pain. I don’t have insurance, & after calling around all Las Vegas for about an hour & over 6 different offices trying to get me to only come in to get a referral! Or they could see me in 1-2 weeks. Thank god someone told me about Emergency Dental of Las Vegas! They got me in the next day after work. Everyone from the front desk, to the dentist themselves were top notch in customer service & actual service & price. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I was compelled to write this review because the people who work here or absolutely amazing!!!! The receptionists were so kind and helped me with all of my needs. Desiree and Dr. Skelton were so professional. They’re the dream team!!! I had the consult and extractions done in the same day. I felt so comfortable here and forgot I was even at the dental office. The place is so nice and in a great part of town. I highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed!!!!

I hardly ever post reviews, but this one was long overdue. Been here twice. Once for an emergency extraction of an impacted tooth that was causing extreme pain. Second time was for a routine cleaning. Both times the staff were accommodating, understanding, and polite. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I'm a bit late to post this review but I really want to show my appreciation for the help and sincerity they showed to my brother when we went to see them. Everyone there is very welcoming and attentive to you, and despite our unfortunate financial situation, we didn't feel judged and they were immediately ready to work with whatever we could afford. This is one of the few places that has left a lasting good impression in how professionally they handle themselves and the genuine care they show when they are taking care of your needs. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I'm a new patient and Nancy helped me through the paperwork and checked me in quickly. Marc is an excellent hygienist. He has light hands and he is very thorough. Dr. Duffie was excellent and so are all the staff in the office. They are highly recommended!

This place is it. My recent visit was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. I am terrified of the dentist, but not here. Got me in same day, fixed up quick and held my hand through it all. I asked a million questions and each one was answered thoughtfully and empathetically. I loved literally every single person I interacted with.

I went in on a Sunday with a broken tooth to get an emergency extraction. From the moment I walked in, everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor were friendly and helpful. They were quick, efficient, very gentle, and explained everything they were doing. Then throughout the week before my follow-up appointment, I got several messages asking me about my experience, checking up on me, and reminding me of my next appointment. Going back in the next week for my post-op and a cleaning, I was in and out in 30 minutes, again with everyone incredibly friendly and gentle. They are all the way across town from my house, but I would definitely be willing to trek down there and make them my regular dental clinic. I thought they were absolutely wonderful and would be worth it.

From the initial phone call to the reception, to the assistant and the dentist, I experienced kindness, empathy and truly professional care. The staff is highly trained, focused and the facility has the best and latest equipment. Dr. Ken was extremely thorough. I travel for my job and the hours I keep are random. Make sure to call ahead and you will show up to a fully staffed office after hours when most dental offices are closed. I can't thank the staff enough! You are the best!

The Doctor Duffie and his staff were professional and thorough throughout the visit and procedure. They were a sight for sore eyes as the tooth issue had become unbearable. As a walk-in, the experience was quick, the staff friendly and the facility clean. I would highly recommend. And, I will be making this facility my new dental care home.

I would have paid any amount to make the pain go away in my mouth. They got me in same day and was way cheaper than the other places I called. Got me in and out quickly. Super clean and incredibly nice staff. Highly recommend.

First off, big shoutout to Dr. Lee, Jaz, and the crew. They did an awesome job and deserve 5 Stars *****, This rant isn't about them. But WOW, the folks handling the money and claims part? Total mess. Here's the deal: back in March 2023, I was in for some dental work. They couldn't figure out stuff with my insurance, so they told me to pay the full price and said they'd issue me a refund if insurance covered it. I thought, "Okay, cool." But then, 70 days went by, and guess what? They had not even submitted a claim, so I had to call their corporate office in Omaha to get the claim filed. After another couple of months, I followed up on the claim with my Insurance and was told it was denied because they forgot to include some X-rays. This whole "oops, we forgot" happened not once, but a few times! Now, it's been over half a year, and they're still holding onto my money because they only do refunds once a month, even though they have been paid by me originally and now my insurance company. If I only issued credits to my customers once a month, I'd be out of customers very quick. However, i guess this is how you can act when you profit off others pain. You don't care how much of a pain it is for the client after the fact, because hey, you got yours right, that's all that matters. Oh, and get this - they wanted me to write a google review before they even did anything! Asking for reviews before service reeks of desperation, but I am sure this is a directive from a corporate leader. This whole situation is why i didn't review back then. The in office repair/ dental work is only half of their service. They fixed my tooth pain but gave me a massive headache with their corporate blunders. So, here's the deal: the dental work and employees at this location? Great. The money and paperwork side of things? Total nightmare. If you go here, just be ready for that.

Everyone was very kind and made my experience very comfortable. Going to the dentist is never fun but I will definitely be back especially how I feel now compared to when I first got there.

Probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. Had a fractured molar that went abscess. Dr Duffie was absolutely amazing and didn’t feel anything. The extraction took literally a couple of minutes and then I was good to go! Great overall experience.

Great experience here! All of the staff is super nice. I felt comfortable to be in the office especially knowing I wanted an extraction done. The front staff is wonderful, talked to me to help calm my nerves. And then the Dr. Duffie with his assistant did the extraction flawlessly. No pain at all as it should be. But they listened to me when I asked to take a quick break which I appreciate bc it put me in control of the procedure.

Dr Neil, Nancy and Olivia were the best. Great attitudes, talkative which is good because it distracts you from it's going on in your mouth. I had a molar removed and was a bit nervous. Definitely recommend

My back tooth fractured last night during dinner, I was able to walk in to this amazing place and get it fixed without any hesitation nor hassle!! From the moment you walk in the lady in the front checking you in to going to the back and the guy that takes your x rays and assists to the doctor, WOW!! By far the kindness office I have ever been to!! Absolutely amazing and this office is so honest it’s reassuring knowing they will NOT take advantage of your situation!! Just go here if you need!! They are great all around!!

Dr. T and their team did an excellent job of making me feel calm and relaxed throughout my visit. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which made me feel more comfortable and informed.

Emergency Dental was very helpful when I had an emergency tooth pain. Original workup was quick and easy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor was extremely patient and informative and helped me figure out what the problem was. I would come back again for my dental needs.

Amazing work!! I went in for an emergency root canal from out of town and have to say everything you read is true. Dr.Skelton took me in immediately and spent 3 hours till almost 11 pm for me with absolute kindness and patience. And that is another thing the patient care here is excellent having to come back in for my permanent tooth not only did it match perfectly! I was graciously looked after by Desiree. Highly recommend :)

Alex was incredibly kinda and helpful. Even though they weren’t able to take my insurance she was kind enough to help me find other places that would take me in. On top of that she helped me get a hold of my eligibility so I could take it. She helped ease all of my stress with my situation. If they took my insurance I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and see them!!

I had a painful dental emergency (a cracked tooth); they got me in right away with no trouble. The office is clean, bright and serene. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like a welcome guest. The entire team is very friendly, yet also completely professional. After a brief consultation, the doctor confirmed that my tooth was indeed cracked, explained what he could do to fix it, and what the cost would be, with no subterfuge and no up-selling. They stayed late (10 pm!) to accommodate me. The work was done perfectly, providing immediate pain relief. Three weeks later, I returned for my permanent crown, and again the team was awesome. I feel fortunate that my frantic internet search led me to this office, and I highly recommend this amazing team for all your dental needs. I am beyond grateful.

My boyfriend & I were visiting Las Vegas and he ended up cracking one of his teeth on the first day of our vacation. I called numerous “emergency” dentists and this place was the only one that could get us in same day- let alone within the hour that I called. The staff was absolutely amazing and they went above & beyond to help treat my boyfriends tooth. They ended up staying an hour late to make sure he got the proper care he needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Great service, employees all positive and smiling! The doctor is very nice and efficient. They were able to make an appointment within the same hour for a painful wisdom tooth. I was waiting for the doc to remove my wisdom tooth when they told me they had ready removed it. There was no pain, and surprisingly fast. A huge thanks to doctor Lin and his assistant Gladys. I went to Emergency Dental of Las Vegas today because my front tooth veneer fell off on a Friday night.. ugh. I didn't get my doctor's name, but he was fantastic. He was very professional and was able to secure my veneer in no time. His support staff was very nice, professional, and supportive to my plight. I wasn't aware of this group before, but necessity lead me to them and I am glad it did. I will definitely use their service again if the need arises and will consider them for full care if something doesn't work out with my established dentist. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile so quickly.

The doctor and staff here are the best! They treat you like you're one of them and know how to make you feel comfortable even in a dentist office. I had to get a treatment done that is usually split between 3-4 days all in one, even with other patients being helped in the meantime. Dr. Lee is really all about his craft and it shows, he also likes to be sure his patients are okay before going any further with his procedures. Des, Nancy, and Mark were on top of everything and made sure everyone was set up for success. They made my dentist experiencing memorable in a good way which is why I'm leaving this review! I had a wonderful experience with them tonight! I was having a major dental emergency that was causing severe pain. Not only did they fix the issue, but they put me down a better path to save my tooth. All the workers there were phenomenal! They all helped turn my bad night into a fun night full of laughs and jokes. All my questions were answered thoroughly and everything was explained very clear. If I could give them a 10 star if I could! Looking forward to my appointment in the future.

This place is AWESOME! Jasmine in the front was so welcoming and walked me through the process of being a new patient. I am deathly afraid of the dentist, ever since I had the most horrifying experience getting my wisdom teeth out at another dentist in town and haven't been to a dentist in probably over 10 years! This office made me feel so comfortable from the get-go. Jasmine told me not to be scared and that they would take care of me. She was right! Ali was the dental assistant and she was so extremely sweet and comforting. She was so gentle taking x-rays and educated me on the process of any procedures that may need to be done. Dr. Duffie is so pleasant and really takes his time explaining what he saw from x-rays and pictures. He was also very thorough and honest when doing his examination. Mark was another dental assistant who was so accommodating and he went over the estimate of services that needed to be done and even went through to see if I qualify for payment plans and give me a rough idea of how much I could pay, which gave me such piece of mind. Nancy the Director was there as well and she was extremely kind and talked about the great culture they have at the office. She explained the hours and gave me their direct line so I didn't have to go through the call center. You can tell that all the staff not only love what they do, but they care about their patients, even new ones like me! I appreciated their hospitality and I feel like I now won't ever be afraid of the dentist as long as I can come here. To be completely honest, I haven't been to the dentist in almost 10 years. It terrifies me and gives me anxiety but the time has come where I can no longer just ignore and put it to the side. I came home from work the other night with a throbbing pain from a really bad cavity. I've never experienced a pain like that before and usually i can get temporary relief from Tylenol but this time it just kept getting worse. I ended up not being able to sleep that night and finally made the decision to go to the dentist. I stumbled upon Emergency Dentist and was able to make an appointment same day. Alex helped me get all my documents signed, which was pretty straightforward and easy through my phone. She was also super helpful in breaking down the financial aspect of everything for me which allowed me to figure out what was best for me since I don't have dental insurance. Really quickly I met with Gladys who got down the guise of what was going on with me and took my X-rays. She was really kind and nonjudgmental when I expressed to her how embarrassed I was of my cavities. Miguel then took over and explained the results of the X-rays thoroughly while making me laugh. It helped distract me from the pain and eased my anxiety. We ended up starting my root canal on the tooth that was bothering me which was led/done by Dr. T. Every step of the way he informed me of what was being done and also rooting me on. I basically cried the whole time I was there but no one ever made me feel bad for it and I felt the determination of the whole staff to helping me relieve that pain. I let them know I had work in a couple hours and they wasted no time in getting me started. The communication through the whole process with me and each other was the best part down to their kindness! I appreciate them so much and wouldn't have made it through the rest of the day without their help.
