They saved my cat's life when other vets told me that I should put him to sleep and that's because I didn't want to pay the $3,000 bill they wanted to give me for testing to see what even had not only did lake Mead animal hospital perform those tests give him life-saving medications and kept him for several days to make sure that he was responding well to treatment even after all of that it was still under $500. . I even had one minute tell me that by taking him home and waiting to see another vet the next day that I was being cruel and not thinking of his quality of life. . . Others wouldn't even see me because he wasn't a patient. Lake Mead animal hospital took me in immediately the vet was thorough he explained everything was very clear on what he was going to be doing with my pet and thankfully he's still here today

The parking lot was a little small but they do what they can. However there staff is always helpful, they always answer the phone, and the seperate entrances for cat and dog, not overly enforced is nice. (Meaning i got cats nails trimmed and they did not say anything about me having my dog in that side and trimmed him right there too.) In fact Shannon is the women whom took care of my babies all nail trims, a few times. She is confident, relaxed, efficient, and you can tell she loves fur babies. She is clear with her schedule and gave extra love to my kitty with a small sprain in the ankle. Also the nail clips were 5 bucks. So that is very reasonable. Overall great experience good staff.

House of Angel's. Love this place. My Golden Retriever had swollen gums and a bump on her nose. After taking her to Banfield because she is on their wellness plan which costs $680 a year, they did Xrays & needed biopsy for possible cancer on nose costing $890 extra and they told me a tooth most likely needed extraction. Took her back for extraction & biopsy and they said pulled one moler. Said give her antibiotics and pain meds for 5 days and she should recover from the swelling. Luckily the biopsy was negative for cancer. After calling them periodically they just kept saying she needs time to heal. 4 months later, Goldies mouth is still swollen so I take her in for examination. They tell me she needs more Xrays and maybe an extraction. Said she needs teeth cleaning again. I asked why because all but her Large right K9 was sparkling white? They said it's somethings you cant see without getting under gums. WhaT ??? Gave me bill to look over. The total was $860. - 1,182. WoW. And I'm positive I would have to pay even a few hundred more than the 1,182. So, I no longer trust Banfield with anything and so started searching maps for a good veterinarian. After several hours I came across this house of angels. The girl on phone was real nice and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Vet Castro was professional acting and seemed to have a lot of experience. He examined Goldie with me in the room. Said he will do an Xray in morning 🌄. Next morning I drop her off. They let me put her in a cage in back. Wow never thought anyplace was so thoughtful. I was used to the Banfield way which is turn your pet over to them in the waiting room. In the seven years she went there I never met even one veterinarian. After several hours I get a call to pick up Goldie. They extracted the worst tooth which was the right K9 and a moler. Said the lump was just from the tooth infection. Total cost was under $600. and my baby is now recovering. Thank God's for 😇 Angel's. I will be taking Goldie here from now on.

Called this place at 9 told them my dog was having A hard time breathing so they told me they could squeeze me in at 9:30 I got there at 9:15 sat in the waiting room till 945 then I went up to tell the nurse my dogs tongue is turning blue and he can’t breve she shrugged her shoulders at me as if she didn’t care I was bothering her so then she comes out and gets my dog so she notices that he is having a hard time breathing and so she calls the doctor and doctor came in and he says he’s dying he’s choking well all they did they didn’t even try to save him they just kept saying he’s dead already he’s dead already but he kept coming back anyways I feel like this office let me down they didn’t try they saw us in that office knowing he was coming in for an emergency squeezing and they said us out there and then the ladies the nurses especially the white lady with the blonde hair was so rude and no Sympathy whatsoever what me and my family what’s going through and he’s euthanized him without him consulting us . Please do not bring your loved pets to these killers !!!! Worst place ever I just lost a family member today

Front staff is friendly enough. Dr. Caesar needs to retire. Harsh, cold and condescending. This is a job for him and he doesnt love animals.Ended up taking our dog back to our normal vet (which is a far drive) after Caesar did surgery on her ear. We only went here because it was an emergency and our vet was booked...cause they are amazing. Our normal vet was shocked 1) he didn't stitch crucial sections of her ear 2) he didn't send us home with any medication 3) when they called to get the medical records the staff didn't even know what that meant and didn't help them get them. I understand there are plenty of people who go here and have their standards set low. But we enjoy how much our normal vet (every doctor at west flamingo animal hospital) actually loves animals. Accept Dr. Billingsley....she is just like Caesar.

They weren't very sympathetic my sisters dog had a huge kidney stone taking up whole bladder the vet and xray guy both kinda laughed when they told me so we ended finding a better vet to quickly remove seeing as how the dog was no longer eating

Love this vet and staff. This place gets real busy and there is hardly any parking spots so you gotta get there early or plan ahead. The staff knows you and your pets and they’ll try and slip you in when they can. The Doc knows his stuff and your pet so he does what he has to to get you in and out quickly.

About a year and a half ago my dad took his elderly dog to be seen for a couple, he was told it was just allergies and to to give his dog benadryl and no further testing was preformed. His coughing persisted but being on a fixed income he couldn't afford to go back but called and was told again it was just allergies. Fast forward and just yesterday he took his dog to a diffrent vet and was told he had a grade 5 heart murmur and was in heart failure. It could have been caught earlier by the vet at this very office but it wasn't.

Busy office but efficient and affordable. Floors are clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. Just wish he had a partner or twin brother so they would be open more hours...lol....I wish I was rich so I could give them all giant bonuses for Christmas. They truly deserve them. Keep up the great work. Sincerely, Paula with Daphne Barlow

The doctor and the staff are very good. Understanding and helpful. But unfortunately I have to put my puppy down. They give me time to spend few more days before I bring her back.
