No stars horrible customer service really rude. If I call to clarify your services and I come in and you say you can't do it then go check and say we can it's an hour wait!!! So you don't want to do your job. Every Care Now are all the same. They speak to you like a child. Kindness doesn't cost a thing!!! Becareful who you wait on you do not know how far a person will go. Your corporate offices will be notified.

Maria Barlaan was absolutely the worst medical professional I’ve ever seen. She came in with “diagnosis” before she even saw me. She had no interest in listening to me or examining me. She basically said there was nothing she could do. And when I said it was a waste of time and useless visit, she told me I should have told them upfront what I was here for. Well duh! I filled out the paperwork. She also refused to give any referrals to where they could help me. What’s the point of her being here at all?

The facility advises that it is a first come first serve basis. There were two people in the lobby awaiting service when I arrived. They were both served, others that were apparently already in the office spaces were served and departed, two people that arrived after I had checked in were called back and departed before I was ever called back. After my service was completed and prior to my departure, I was asked if I had any questions or comments. I spoke up about the long wait time. Instead of an apology I got an excuse. I won’t say that I will never use your facility again as it is very convenient for location wise. If there is another option within a few miles, I will drive those miles if it means that good customer service is provided along with the medical service.

The staff was AMAZING!!!!! A special shout out to Jasmine who was quick, efficient, cool and kind. To the receptionist who is very patient, kind and makes you feel comfortable. The doctor who is chill and patient yet informative about what needs to be done. I truly enjoyed my visit, thanks!

The front desk staff was NOT welcoming at all. For a while, I stood in front of the desk where there were 3 staff members, and neither acknowledged I was right in front of them. I almost walked out feeling upset but I stayed and proceeded to ask if they were taking patients. No word from anybody. One lady nodded her head, I had to ask if that was a yes or no. She answered yes, had me fill out papers and she walked to one of the other two ladies and whispered how she feels about people walking in expecting... I knew she was referring to me, but I just stopped listening. People in customer service, it really only takes a quick acknowledgement, that's all!

Showed up for a DOT physical, outstanding crew from the front desk to my Nurse and Doctor. Even with previous health issues, my Nurse and Dr understood, and were clear and concise. Very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend!

I come here a lot of times when our PCP can’t see us four our random illnesses. I swear PCP’s only do your annual check up but aren’t there for when you’re actually sick. Okay that was off a bit off tangent lol back to Care Now. I love that they allow you to Web Check In and do your patient paperwork online. Today we were sent a text message to say they were ready to accept us at 12p. We drove over and signed in at 12:15p. We finally got into the exam room at 12:57p. We left at 1:15p. If you do web check in, when you arrive you just fill out 1 form for your reason for the visit and then sit and wait for when it’s your turn to be seen. A very convenient option. Today the Medical Assistant Shawna helped us. She made jokes with my teen about not throwing up on her during the strep swab, because then she’ll throw up and it’ll be bad for all of us haha. I appreciate her bedside care and banter. With teens you gotta be a little silly and a lot sarcastic. She gets it. The Nurse Practitioner Davina Andres saw us. She discussed my son’s symptoms and talked about what the causes would be. Strep swab came back negative so she talked about ways to alleviate the symptoms: hydrate, sleep, steamy showers, warm soups. In the years we’ve been living here, we are always given a high level of care with quickness. I will continue to bring my family here for our health needs.

This has been the best experience that I have ever had at an urgent care here in Las Vegas. I am from Portland, Oregon, and the way that these people went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and got me out in a very timely manner was truly incredible. Incredible front staff, incredible doctors an incredible nurses. Thank you so very much.

I love this CareNow Urgent Care. It’s the only one I’ll go to in town. The staff are wonderful and the doctors really take their time and listen. I’m also always in and out pretty quick at this location.

Worst experience ever. The Tropicana location sends me to the Rainbow & Mardon for my drug test because it was going to be an hour wait until Tropicana got a tech to be able to do the drug test. I get to Rainbow and Mardon whee I needed tofill out a bunch of paperwork They take my info and then I sit for another hour because the location didn't have the right custody form to provide the drug test. I was told at the beginning that it would be 10-15 minutes to get the form and it took almost an hour. I would recommend that you don't use Care Now.

Every time I’ve come to this location I’ve had amazing service the staff up front and doctors/nurses in the back are very kind and super efficient. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you so much Brenda C and Divina A for making me feel so comfortable and being so nice.

I had an exceptional experience at Care Now Urgent Care, and I'm pleased to share my positive review. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially Medical Assistant Jasmine Malvar, displayed a level of care and professionalism that put me at ease. Jasmine's warm and friendly demeanor made my visit comfortable. She was attentive to my needs, answered my questions, and ensured I felt informed and cared for throughout my visit. The treating physician at Care Now Urgent Care also deserves commendation. Their expertise and thorough examination left me confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan. They took the time to explain everything, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my visit to Care Now Urgent Care was efficient, and the patient care provided by MA Jasmine Malvar and the treating physician was outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical care.

I've been coming here for the past two months for my back pain and I can honestly say Dr. David Linton has treated my case with much patience and care. He is doing everything he can to ensure I am back to 100% and is doing a great job in doing so, being that I am feeling much better than I was before. Both Dr. Linton and Jaz have been very considerate and especially kind towards me which always makes me look forward to coming back.

Front desk was great. The medical assistants and doctor were complaining about me to each other instead of providing my daughter with care. I stood in the hallway and listened. Just not cool after waiting an hour and a half with a child at 103 temp. I don't like to have to get upset to get a sense of urgency. You can at least wait until we leave to complain.

Siri impressed with the doctors that care now urgent care. Very fast and convenient at the doctor know my medical history. Lots of doctors come into the clinic room don’t even look at your file. But the Dr Hugh knew pretty much everything about it was helpful with helping me with my medical problems but also went beyond that for general medical health and care advice for my situation. Very much appreciated having this office of my Debra hoodie even though I have a family doctor

In my opinion carenow urgent care was very professional the woman at the front desk check in was very nice and helpful I had to do a check in on my phone which I was not to familia with which she was most helpful and patient with me ! The nurse who took my my vitals was very sweet, very kind and very polite! The Nurse practitioners who I was seen by was very nice very thorough. she did not rush my evaluation and it was very helpful giving me information of her findings on my with my culture! Thou inconclusive will have to be sent out for more testing I will wait to hear my results in 3 days . I have been to this urgent care facility before and I am very satisfied with my visits I truly give this urgent care 5 stars

Hi there I just wanted to thank Urgent Care for it’s great service.. Let me tell you I’m the biggest cry baby when it come to seeing Needles but this nurse I can’t remember her name because I was having a moment lol She made it to were I didn’t feel any pain she talked to me and kept a conversation going then she said all done.. I want to thank that nurse from the bottom of my heart. I recommend you to visit this place because if it wasn’t for that nurse I probably would’ve left running out that door

Shaquita was so nice. This location is conveniently located to me and the last few times I have come in, she’s always the nicest even with customers that were impatient and not feeling well. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs and I’d recommend this location because of her.

AMAZING! LOVE THIS PLACE! I had a hang nail that got infected and these people solved it in 2 minutes. To the front desk girls to the assistant to the doctor they were just absolutely amazing! Shawna and Nancy at the front made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked in and Jasmine held my hand through everything! Divine the doctor made me feel so at ease and helped me so efficiently! I would recommend this location 1000 times. At the end of it all we were laughing and having a great time while I was waiting for my paperwork! THANK YOU GIRLS!

Going to Urgent Care is never fun, but the staff here was fantastic. The team, the nurse, the Dr. Just all super nice and easy to work with. There are two other Urgents Cares around me, but I will drive to this one for the bedside manner. Thank, its been a few days and that ointment is helping...🤣. Its for an infection on my hand. Not that kinda ointment. Nurse Brenda rocks, so sweet.

Very quick and efficient. Signed up online they texted me in 20 minutes. I drove down to the office and the gave me a mask as I am sick and took me back in 5 minutes. I saw the NP and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was nice and helpful

Sweet experience. No bad smells, and they took really good care of me. I can’t remember the last time a provider showed this much concern or took their time and explained what was happening to me. . It was really nice.

I came here after a volleyball game, because I hurt my wrist and Tai was absolutely amazing. She helped me fill out my paperwork. She was such a sweetheart. Made me my pain feel a little less with her outstanding customer service and care.

Josh at the front desk was the best. Commanded the waiting room efficiently. Told me empathetically that there were a few people ahead of me so that I would know it would be a bit of a wait. Very nice guy.

Excellent facility. I love this place. The provider was truly exceptional and caring, The staff are very professional and friendly. I scheduled a web check in at 8 am and was in and out in an hour. I will be back because their service was excellent and I was impressed.

I scheduled a place holder online at they knew I was coming in to see the doctor. It was really fast and user friendly. They sent me some links of the paperwork they would need for the visit. I filled it out on my phone and actually go a message saying they were ready for me to come on in before I even got the paperwork done. So I finished the small amount of paper work and when right over. The nurse at the desk that checked me in was so so nice. Maybe less then 5min and another nurse brought me back to a exam room. The building was very pretty new. It was very clean! Very well lit. The exam room was very spacious. The nurse took my vitals and listened very well on why felt I needed an urgent care doctor. She seemed as if she genuinely cared about was I was feeling. Almost immediately after she left the physician assistant came in the room. She had got a brief run down from the nurse and to my surprise she was more interested in what I had to say then the nurse. The PA listened and asked questions. She made me feel as if nothing else was more important then how I was feeling. She even cared about getting a brief history so she could know how to treat me. The PA even talked to me about what she wanted to do to treat me and where I made a suggestion she might want to do instead because of my history. She said you know your body so that sounds like a fine idea. Everyone made me feel as if my health was important and they really cared. This was one of the best doctor visits I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this location and PA!

Went to this location several days ago to ask for an itemized receipt. Turns out I was at the wrong location, but unlike the CareNow on Blue Diamond, they helped me very promptly and even went so far as to explain what had happened to me. I really appreciate Lisa for helping me out and for being compassionate. 5 stars just for my interaction with her alone.

I had a really pleasant experience when I went here. It was near closing time and this one is open later than the others and when i got here they heard me out about all my symptoms and how I’ve been feeling lately and tested everything and did all they could, they didn’t rush because of the time or be dismissive or anything and when i got my results the doctor was empathetic. I really appreciated this care and was quite surprised. I went in once i had a fever at home to see if i had bronchitis or something and they didn’t treat me like most of the nurses and doctors out here so once you have any symptoms of Covid and kind of judge you they really were 5 stars, and I’m happy to leave this review. Very friendly, very little wait time. There online check in process was easy and convenient. Received a text when I could head in. Nurses and Doctor were friendly. I was seen within a few minutes and was treated and sent home all in 30 minutes. This has been one of the best experiences I have received from an Urgent Care office! Thank you 😊

Myself and my daughter has been to this CareNow a handful of times and they have always taken great care of us. Staff is friendly and Dr. Divina is great! If your looking for a place to get medical assistance quickly you should come here.

They were awesome! I went to one and there was a wait time so the lady checked me into another facility and got me in on allott less time. The doctor was very nice and understanding as well. I'll definitely be using CareNow in the future.

I came in not knowing too much due to this being my first time using medical insurance but the front desk she was too kind. Also I had a nurse I believe, her name was Jessica . She was the sweetest person ever!!! I love the service and how amazing they are. Recommend them absolutely and didn’t have to wait long either. I lost all taste and smell. I have the worst cough and they tested me immediately for covid and the flu. I told her my cough is hurting me and I'm wheezing and she already sent meds to my pharmacy as I'm still here waiting for results. She wants me to feel better. Hands down best quick care visit I've ever been to. And the lady at the front desk was nice and so was the one who took my vitals. Amazing staff & provider! Will come here for now on.

Provider Ms Divina Andres, NP-C tended my issues with care and kindness. She is knowledgeable in her field. She made me comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend CareNow on S. Rainbow & Mardon. In addition for the staff being cognizant of patients’ concerns and being in pain, they took time to ease their pain by letting them know that they’re next with compassion. The ladies up front are always so kind and friendly. The care providers seem to really care and are very professional. I went to the new Blue Diamond location to check it out since it’s closer to me but the atmosphere is the complete opposite over there and I know I can always count on this location to take good care of me! Thank you receptionists for being so kind.

This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had going to an urgent care center and I only waited maybe 10mins in the lobby before I was escorted to the exam room. The online check-in system is incredibly efficient. I hate seeing a doctor or going to urgent care/hospitals because I feel I’m never really listened to or taken seriously, but after having a week long sinus infection I couldn’t take it anymore. The doctor who saw me at this location was extremely empathetic and I felt she actually cared about me and my health. They sent my prescription to my pharmacy and my meds were ready by the time I went to pick them up. 10/10 experience all around!

Thank you very much for getting me in and out quickly. I checked in online @ 2 a.m. and they sent me a message to come in 10 minutes before they open. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Every staff in the clinic were very nice.

My only criticism was the wait time. The waiting room was empty when I first arrived but shortly after another patient arrived. Waited almost 30 minutes until I was called to the back. Other than the it was great. Friendly staff and clean facility. The treatment I received was painless, effective, and I left feeling much better! Thank you!

The absolute best service I have ever received in my entire life! They listen to you and address your concerns before their diagnosis! They don't leave you sitting for hours! I was checked in,seen, diagnosed and prescribed medication all in 30 mins! Georgia doctor's offices and urgent care don't even compare in the slightest bit!

Had a very bad sore throat, they Did my vitals. Nurse came in explained results then issued medicine to pick up. All were very personable out in less than one hour. Great service.

I walked in and got checked in super quick. No wait as well. Dr. Wong reassured me of my sickness and prescribed me the appropriate meds as well. She treated me effectively and time efficiently. Recommended!

Sadly this was a terrible experience. I came in, spoke to the dr. Not only were the wrong tests ran; but I was never contacted about my results leading to further complications that another Dr needed to treat. My current Dr. along with myself reached out multiple times, left voice messages to try and get clarification on the tests & treatment plan. Dr. Maria Baarlan never contacted myself or my doctor and the front desk receptionist hung up on us multiple times all while my condition worsened. This location was beyond unprofessional and very careless.

My experience was faster than I expected it to be. Time of day and foot traffic I guess but the actual process once I was in the room with the noisy paper was fast and pleasant. The staff had personality and made good use of it professionally.

I love that I can Check in online and be sent a text when it’s time to come in. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes when I checked in at the front desk and sat in the waiting room before being called back. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the NP was kind and helpful.
