I checked in on 7/21 at 11 pm. Pool was closed 7/22 & 7/23. During our stay, the weather was 120 degrees. I called in hopes of maybe getting a free room comped. The only thing that was offered to me was to take 1 of the resort fees out. Terrible that I paid a ton of money. I was unable to use the pool the entire stay. Only taking off 23 dollars for a resort fee is all that can be done. I am highly disappointed. I grew up spending a lot of time with my grandma at this hotel. (She gave lots of money to the machines). I wanted to be able to pass this tradition onto my children. But it looks like I will have to find another hotel that is willing to treat customers correctly.

I loved it here. Nice place.. wish they had a couple more food options though and our room was nice and clean.. we had one issue and they resolved it very quickly and when we requested help with our luggage they arrived within 10 minutes. Wifi was free for only one day we spent 2 night there. Also with they had better TV quality. They have a mini fridge and coffee maker.. the coffee sucked which explains why another of people ordering their coffee from McDonald's Inside. Still give it a 5 start as those things aren't important or a big deal to me.

I think this hotel has the most to offer, compared. My husband likes to gamble, and he had fun! I don't gamble but there were other thing s for me to do like have cup , of coffee, and knit, or sketch, or look in the gift shop,or listen to the band the first night. Our room was great, we rested well. I felt welcome, and the staff was awesome. Thank you Aquarius Casino!

Stayed here for 2 nights. I figured $80.00 per night as advertised was a great deal. But after all the taxes, I ended up paying $260.00. About $100 more than I expected. Which, what ever. I get it. Still feels like a rug burn. The place had a lot of games, that was a big plus. Not much of an option on food. I mean, I can go to Outback anywhere. The huge disappointment was the smokey smell in the casino and in the room even though it was a no smoking room. The ceiling in the casino is caked with tar around the vents. I showered twice when I got home and I still feel like there's smoke on me and in my sinuses. Also, the shower ceiling in the room... the drywall/plate they had above it was chipping off. There's no ventilator fan in the restroom so the steam has nowhere to go. One of the six elevators in our tower was very loud and scary to ride. I will say, the employees were all very friends and kind. I don't think I'd stay here again unless they added several attractions for the kids. The Riverside has a car museum, bowling alley, theater, laser tag for kids and lots of unique places to eat. They are running the USS Riverside up and down the river. I just liked that location a lot more.

This is difficult to rate. The hotel was a one star in my opinion. Totally outdated. Floors not clean in room and we paid extra for a side view of the river that was unsightly. At least it was super cheap and my mom always says you get what you pay for. Now, the casino, on the other hand, was very good. Still outdated and far from modern but the selection of slots and table games rivals the big Vegas casinos. I haven’t seen this kind of selection in awhile. So the casino gets 5 star plus, especially when the CASINO employees seem to really enjoy their jobs and everyone was super nice that I didn’t care that I didn’t walk away a winner. Had a blast!

Very enjoyable time. Walked river end to end. Saw some skunks waddling around. They were not threatened and a little tame. Great concert. Looking forward to be invited back. The cove serves up awesome pizza and they were generous with the drinks. Had a great time.

The rooms smell like musty wet carpet. Toilet flush was so weak it wouldn't flush a square of paper. Faucet in bathroom drips constantly. Old bathtub style showers. Neighboring rooms smoking pot and fogged out entire floor , called front desk for security and were told "nothing we can do about it". Housekeeping entered our room twice with Do Not Disturb sign out. We ate at the Aquarius Cafe and service and food were so terrible the Manager had to comp our bill. I got violently ill half way through meal and had to run through Casino to restrooms hoping and praying I didn't puke on other guests. Arrive in the restrooms to a filthy toilet. The bottom line is , this place has profited a ton over the years and has reinvested zero back into it's facility. Six dollars for a bottle of beer and Nine dollars for a well drink while you fill their machines with money ? NEVER AGAIN !!! I gave one star rating because zero was not an option.

The woman at check in was sarcastic and rude. I know it was early for check-in because it was just after noon. When I asked if there might be any rooms available she said in a sarcastic tone, "WELL it IS 3 hours until check in time...........(longer than normal pause)....but I guess I can check to see." I was super appreciative because I was so tired and needed to lay down but her attitude put a bit of a damper on my one night stay. The room is nice and the bed is super comfy. I don't want to leave this bed with all the fluffy pillows and comforter. If I could take it with me I would.

We have gambled here a few years ago so they sent us a free two night stay offer. From what we've seen this is the nicest casino in Laughlin. Smoking is allowed on the gaming floor so it is somewhat stinky but high ceilings and good ventilation help keep it fresher than most. We mostly play slots and there are lots of newer games here as well as some old favorites 😍. We were not lucky at gaming but did enjoy eating at a couple of the restaurants. Food and service as expected. Stayed on 10th floor of the California tower, room had a nice view out of the full wall window, was clean, king size bed was comfortable, service was prompt when requested. All in all a good experience!

I really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately the only positive thing was the amazing stuff from check-in to the bellhop to the pool attendants. They were all amazing!!! Once we checked in, to a non smoking room...as soon as we existed the elevator it reaked of marijuana, then we get into the room and they definitely need to be remodeled but I think the sheets are supposed to be white and not full of dust ... luckily I always bring extra blankets. We decided to escape to the pool which again the woman who does all the food/ beverage service was GREAT, but when our burgers arrived the toppings were all moldy. Definitely an older hotel that I would never recommend but the staff again were truly the only bright part.

enjoyed the time I spent there 😀 staff were ALWAYS willing to go beyond the call of duty to help me. Good choice for food... either dine in or take it to go and enjoy sitting outside enjoying the Colorado River.

We had a great time this weekend. The service is always wonderful and the Majestic Suite was wonderful with a large living space and a comfortable queen bed. The view was also spectacular, especially at sunrise! Our wonderful host Tracy Pearson provided us a nice bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday. We always enjoy the Aquarius!

I go to the Aquarius once a year. My experience it is usually a fun place to gamble. Not this time. Pretty much every slot machine I played was tight. I was there for 5 nights. Played for 4 day's. Not one slot paid anything. Very disappointed. Happy to leave there even or slightly under. But there is no winning....I'm sure I will be getting free rooms again. But the next time I will try my luck somewhere else....On a good note. River Walk Pizza & Pasta restaurant was absolutely delicious....

***DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL*** Had this place booked for over 5 months and they called us two days before our arrival day to tell us our room was “Flooded and there was water damage to the room.” We were very understanding and tried to work with their accommodations. HOWEVER, we then found out by the front desk staff they overbooked and we were initially lied to by hotel manager, Michelle Perez. We called back and attempted to speak to her again. We were then unfortunately differed to hotel assistant manager, Nichole who was extremely unprofessional and rude. From the moment she answered the phone she was implying that we were looking for something for free. We didn’t want to be compensated for anything. We were not asking for anything extra. We just wanted our room that we had ALREADY PRE-PAID FOR! We will never unfortunately book at this hotel again, or any hotel in their system because of this incident and their lack of professionalism. We have been loyal customers for years, visiting multiple times a year, that bring large groups with us at a time. Every group for this weekend will now be cancelling, never returning, and writing negative reviews to follow. I wouldn’t give this hotel a single star, unfortunately Google requires at least one.

The pool staff is excellent and professional. The pool could use more attributes like music and better food. The hotel is one of the best hotels in Laughlin. The security staff are under trained. A lady fell in the casino and was bleeding. The security staff wanted to poor alcohol on her (alcohol is a bleed thinner) and rub the wound with gauze. When I mentioned that was not proper first aid, the security told me to mind my own business and asked me to leave. Disappointing. I would recommend this hotel

I've always enjoyed going to the Aquarius Casino in Laughlin. They have all of the table games and plenty of slots. They have a pretty large non-smoking area of the casino, as well as a non-smoking bar and restaurant. The people are friendly. Bartenders, Valet, Bell and room service people do a great job. I recently had some family members out for the weekend to celebrate the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. We had rooms and a suite where we all met for drinks and gift exchange. It was perfect. I especially want to thank two people who really stood out for exhibiting exemplary customer service. The first is my Casino Host, Dawn Rice. The second is Jaime Noel. She was at the front desk when I went to turn in our free night coupons and approved my request for a late checkout on all our rooms.

Hotel needs some major upgrades. Our bed had broken springs and sheets not even tucked all the way in at the bottom exposing mattress pad and mattress 🤮 Bathtub was completely backed up, I wouldn't even use it. Also pool was closed due to wind (understand) but they still charged resort fees. Casino was decent.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. Very enjoyable time. Walked river end to end. Saw some skunks waddling around. They were not threatened and a little tame. Great concert. Looking forward to be invited back. I like this Hotel/Casino a lot - especially the river bar at the back as it has good views, bartenders, and poker machines. More often than not, I breakeven or make money while I drink and relax while watching the river activities...

We didn't rent a room here so neutral on that. We swung through on a whim while on a weekend trip. Had a great time. The machines were fairly loose when we were there. The casino was exceptionally clean despite there being a lot of people. Masks were optional and encouraged but not required. Really enjoyed wondering around and checking out the games. Shopping was available at the casino as well as restaurants. Great place when you want to kill a few hours 🙂. I'm certain we will be back again.

Nice two-day stay. Cost was reasonable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are older but clean with plenty of space with a refrigerator and coffee pot. Some rooms have a lovely view of the river. Plenty of places to eat inside the casino including Outback Steakhouse, McDonald's, Panda Express, a pizza place, and Cafe Aquarius, an outstanding place for breakfast. Lots of slot machines and table games. We'll return!

We stopped in on Saturday night, rooms were so much more in Vegas on Saturday. We enjoyed poker at the bar then roulette the rest of the night. McDonald's made a great midnight snack and fast breakfast.

The room had not been cleaned for a long time, evidenced by the amount of dust I found on the phone. It is supposed to be a 3.5 star hotel! The carpet on the gaming floor is filthy. I do recommend the Cafe, however, the food was good and reasonably priced. We were told not to shower between 8am-11am or risk running out of hot water!

Room was clean, elevators worked great and they were very clean in the Az tower. Bed was a little too hard for me. Ate at the restaurant where they serve a lot of food. My friend and I started to split our meals. Friendly servers, check-in people and great bartenders. We will be back! Fun place to watch the playoff games too!

The casino seems to be kept up well on the casino floor. As well as the bathrooms on the casino floor. I love that it doesn't smell like cigarette smoke in there. The gift shop has a variety of different things in it and fun to look at. They have great discounts. up to 70 percent off some great quality clothing.

They charge you almost 30 dollars per day as a "resort fee". Other than that we enjoyed our quick, one night stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff seemed annoyed that we were a late check in, but that's kinda fair because it was 1AM by the time we arrived. I had my child with me and felt safe with him there. Thank you for a good night of sleep before continuing our travels!

It was amazingly clean and welcoming. The employee's that they did have were nice to us. They are having problems with staffing, so I had to keep walking to the bar to get tiny bottles of water. It made it difficult to play much, but luckily, I had family with me to watch my machine.

Out of all the casinos this the best clean environment. Room was great and awesome view with large windows. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Rowdy Country Band was fantastic. This casino I would come to every time. It's nice when you walk in and it's inviting and live with excitement.

Where do I begin with such an amazing place? First off, the service here was amazing. Checked in, and we were told in a calm and clear manner that we were allowed to park in the valet area to unload our things, and it all went so well! When I got into my room, the view was magnificent. You could see the river, and part of Bullhead City across the way. Also, the casino is big, but there are a lot of friendly people there, so it's just good vibes all around. However, if you're lucky enough to get a room in with a view of the lake and you get up early enough, you get an amazing view of the sunrise. To be honest, this was only my first time here (stayed at the Colorado Belle my very first time in Laughlin, and the Tropicana the second time), I'd easily come back here again. It was so amazing. 5 stars isn't enough for this place. 10/10 on coming back and on recommending it to friends.

  • 3/5 Dan A. 6 months ago on Google
No signing to tell you where to park to register, finally got directed to "boat" parking. The check-in representative was a bit rude. We were given a handicap room and I cut my arm on the extremely low towel hanger when shutting the door. Shower was meant for people sitting down and I kept hitting my head on the extra showerhead. Neighbors were extremely loud, we thought the wall might come down. Screaming children. Casino was extremely smoky. Not a good experience at all, probably giving them too good of a rating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Aquarius, relishing in our superb experience watching the talented band, Rock 702! It was a delightful surprise, as these accomplished artists showcased their superior musical skills and the lead singer's vocals rivaled none other than Whitney Houston's. In fact, we were so impressed that we've made it a point to extend our stay for a few more days, just so we can catch another performance tonight and dance the night away once again. This first-class rock band is truly a treat!

Just stayed at the Aquarius and was very happy with my experience. People often rate the casino, restaurants...but I want to applaud the housekeeping staff. The staff that I interacted with were friendly, and hardworking. Secondly, the restaurant where we got pizza was OUTSTANDING! Overall, a very nice experience.

  • 5/5 Robert P. 5 months ago on Google
Over all we were happy. Our only complaint was the house keeping. They did a lazy job in our room. They didn't make the bed right. They didn't vacuum the floor because there were toe nail clippings on the floor. They didn't replace the soap that we used. They didn't replace all the towels just a couple of them. Other than that every thing else was great

  • 5/5 Leon B. 5 months ago on Google
I could elaborate on the negative things I've seen with the hotel. However, overall it was a good place to stay a good night's rest. Good restaurant and good machines. Their housekeeping and maintenance department are superb. If you call and need anything they are right on it almost as soon as you put the phone down.

Nice staff, clean and kid friendly. Our room was nice and clean, the bathroom was clean, the AC works very well as it was 108-110° outside and we had our AC blasting. The casino doesn't smell bad like cigarette smoke, though people are smoking in there it's not overwhelming. The rooms just smell clean, you can tell the area where we stood at the house keeper takes pride in her job, you can actually smell the cleanliness. We were impressed! We will be staying there again.

Love that they have already, the day after Thanksgiving, had the Christmas decorations up. We stayed the same time last year at Harrah's and there was no sign of Christmas anywhere. The Christmas trees set up for bidding were spectacular. Everyone is very nice and seems to enjoy their jobs at the casino.

The best Hotel Casino in Laughlin! Beautiful and up to date rooms and casino, great choice of restaurants such as fast food or fine dining. The casino games are plentiful as are the table games. Aquarius is and always be my go to destination.

We all loved the food. The waiter was extremely nice. The best country fried chicken steak with gravy. It cut so smoothly. The pancakes were so yummy. Every time we visit that state, we go there. It is our go to place.

Just came up to the room after playing $1 slots. Same as in previous nights, we had no luck whatsoever. The slots are super tight. The cocktail service was non-existent. We saw one cocktail girl the entire evening and she was overwhelmed with the demand. We've stayed here 4 nights and have never seen anyone hitting a jackpot. Very disappointed to say the least after visiting Laughlin on many occasions since 1993.

Had a good time we met family their. Only thing I'd like to see change is the attitude of the front desk help the lady that checked us in was rude and not very helpful this after we rented 10 rooms total at the hotel no comps or anything extra was even ofered. Trips to Reno and vegas of this size the would have thrown in coupons and some kind of comps. So on that part It was a little bit of a let down for sure.

The room was very nice on the 12th floor with a river room. We just showed up and the desk said we had to reserve a room for 2 nights. That's thier policy. So we called a third party and got a room for one night. The elevator is in a good location. The pool over looks the river and riverwalk. Plus the river taxes stops right in front of the hotel. There is a rental office for a river cruise and jet skis.

Good room service when repairs were needed fixing TV and needed more towels. Very comfortable bed and big fluffy pillows. I want to find out how I can buy some for myself. Spent our 50th wed anniversary there this week. Had a good time. Hotel should recognize those type of occasions when it's mentioned but, still had a good time. Slots still go unfavorable after noon but, were doing ok in the morning like usual. Drink waitresses were hard to find but....Did I mention we had a good time😁

Did you know they no longer clean your room? We didn't know, even put the sign on the door asking for it. 3 night stay, no wash cloths, no bath mat, no trash pick up. It's really a shame that Quality of Service has suffered so much. They have beautiful floor to ceiling windows, but were so grossly dirty drapes had to be closed. Great comfy pillows, hard & uncomfortable beds. Went to the various food service areas: Outback....is Outback. Duet closes at 5pm and is expensive. The Restaurant's food watery and tasteless, they did take one meal off ticket.....so 2 waters, bowl of soup and stale cheesecake was like $30. With tight machines....I can not find a good reason to return, I'm sorry.

Long black hair on the bed. Front desk clerk told us the California tower was booked bit our friends checked in 30 minutes after us and we're put in the California tower. So she straight lied to us. Know we're in the tower with about 200 teenagers and we are disabled seniors! Have to fight to get any elevator for our scooters.

Spent a couple hours here in the casino area only. Casino was average in cleanliness. Not very busy. Emplyees I interacted with were helpful and friendly. Employee at the front check-in was very polite and helpful as I wanted to purchase their breast cancer awareness t-shirt, and she directed me to the right spot. The employee where I purchased the T-shirts was also very polite. But I didn't win at the slots😜

There are some absolutely DISRESPECTFUL workers at this hotel. My parents went for a birthday weekend and paid extra to stay in the suite. They were ASSIGNED the suite at about 1 in the afternoon but they were told they couldn’t get their keys yet because it wasn’t ready. They go to get their keys later and one of the younger evening/night desk ladies was super rude when informing them that their room had been given away. When they asked her why, she said that that’s how it worked out. She ALSO threw my dad’s ID back on the counter after checking it. They asked for a manager and she went and got the assistant manager, a man, who came over. He ALSO rudely informed them that they had given the suite away to a VP and they wouldn’t be comped. They clarified by asking why they paid full suite price for a regular room and the assistant manager replied with “well that’s just what we do”. He continued to give them MULTIPLE different stories from the VP to “the phone doesn’t work and it’s a safety hazard”. Then why were they assigned the room in the first place? My parents then asked for HIS manager and a very nice woman, Michelle Perez, came up. They explained everything that was happening and the women looked visibly shocked. While they further explained, he was rolling his eyes behind her back and in front of my parents. Michelle was able to get everything fixed, but both other workers were EXTREMELY unprofessional.
