    I'm making this public and idc who sees this I worked here 1 week until I had to get out; Only bc the management is run over by the employees and they eat whenever they want ⁹always customers waiting on food I dis understand they were short staffed but also they gossip to mush the he said she said all day...i was very confused that week i worked there not knowing what i was goin to do that day. EMPLOYEES on ther phones all day day and never washing hands just throw there gloves one and serve you...They are not dressed in proper uniform..I really think cooperate needs to do a walk thru; never sanitizer buckets full and nothing gets washeddown..I know they are remodeling g and dust gets everywhere but wash it down b4 using it. I was a weekly customer b4 going there..not sure that I will return...Employees always says neg about customers. Sewage comes up thrudrains Sinks are gross always has stuff in them left over from the food containeers hold the food in.Absolutly needs alot of attention...

    Returned for another visit. Food came out super quick, staff was awesome. Chicken tenders are tiny and way overpriced. Earlier review: Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Decent sandwich, would be nice if sauce was spread out. The fries could have been good, the insane amount of salt made them nearly inedible. Not a chance the KFC brand dictates the amount of salt that was on the fries.

    Not pleased with service at all. Second time in a row that we went through the drive-thru on a Sunday to get dinner to take home and the order was incorrect. First time I was shorted a side and this time the bucket of chicken we ordered had no breast meat in it at all! Not happy at all when I got all the way home! Apparently someone don't know the difference between a thigh and a breast! This kind of pattern will make me think twice when deciding where to get our next Sunday dinner!

    Stopped on January 4th & went in to order meals for my family with an extra side of mashed potatoes & gravy. When I got the food home & took it out of the bag, there was only 1 meal which I had ordered two of. They gave me the mashed potatoes I ordered but not the gravy. They charged me for everything I ordered, but I didn't receive half of it.

    We waiting a long period time for someone to take our order and when they finally came it waz a heavy set woman or man no name tag glasses working the front line around 2 on 9/9/23 we we ordered we sat down and ate it took a while for us to even get our food also I went back up to order the funnel cake fry’s and the woman or man said it would be about 2 min so I sat back down to wait and about 5-10 min later I went back up bc I was getting ready to leave and ask if nicely if the fry’s were ready and he or she rudely said hold on I’m also trying to do other things waving he or she’s hand around and about 3 min later finally gave me the fry’s and when I looked at them they barely had any sugar on them at all and they were cold i pays almost $7 dollars and couldn’t even eat them bc how they tasted

    This is a wonderful KFC Location! Always have had friendly service, and order is always correct. Great employees! I loved that they dressed up on Halloween! Will be back at this location. Not to mention you can’t go wrong with anything you order here!

    Ordered food online and then waited in dining room for over 20 minutes before asking where's my order because my drinks were in the pickup order window. The worker informed me that my order had been ready but not in the window where pickup orders go! How about putting up a sign letting customers know that food orders are behind the counter now? I would give 0 stars for service and atmosphere if possible!

    Ordered in the drive thru during the evening hours on a a thursday. We were the only customers at that time. Ordered a bucket and some sides and sauces. Order was accurate and sauces were included. Only thing not supplied was utensils. Not sure if places are even handing those out anymore because I’ve gone to several places recently that haven’t had any. Service was kind, and fast. Only spent a total of maybe 3 minutes at the restaurant. Very satisfying experience. Food was hot and tasted great.

    The main problem is the staffs behaved very very weird with us. We are staying in TownePlace Suite Marriott for the last 1 month and thus is our nearest KFC. First day our experience was very good, the lady was nice to us. Today me and my husband went to that kfc for some evening snacks and there were some other employees who were not at all listening to us properly. They humiliated us. We were standing and nobody was listening to us. Finally when we have ordered, we had to wait long for our food. Again we ordered 2 wraps, and omg the lady just put one slice of chicken and nothing else!! No proper cream, veggies nothing!! This is absolutely ridiculous. We felt very insulted. Why?? Just because we are Indian?? We went to dominoz, Olive garden, Mexican restaurants, everywhere staffs behaved very nicely with us. But this time kfc was my worst experience ever!! I am not gonna order or go in that kfc ever!! We didn't expect this kind of behavior from a good place like West Virginia.

    Very disappointed in the staff on February 8th at around 6 pm. I ordered a 16 piece tender meal with 2 mash and gravy and 2 corn. Paid for an extra gravy (and did not get it). And also ordered 3 kfc original chicken sandwiches.. My gravy was literally water. I did not get my extra gravy that i paid for. My chicken bucket was full of just tiny pieces of chicken. Not any real structure to any of them just dough. The sandwiches weren't even made from breast.....they were made from 3 chicken tenders which i have a photo of. And to top it off i asked for sauce at the window. They were busy af so i had to pull up front to WAIT FOR MY ORDER....AND GUESS WHAT?! I had to go inside to get my freaking sauce because there was none in the bag! And then waited in line inside for sauce.... for 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will be contacting corporate.

    Every time I have came here the chicken is super old. I got a 16 piece meal only thighs and Brest and all of it was old. The lady was super rude as well. I usually don’t leave bad review but this is the second time I’ve gotten food and it was old. Probably the last time I’ll spend money there.

    New look outside but same bad service inside. Made an order at 7:18 pm for 20 piece all drum sticks. Was told it would be 30 minutes but when pulled up to window, was told maybe 20. Waited out front for 35 minutes and went inside. All workers were in office talking till one that was cleaning the floor said something to them. When a female came out and asked to take my order, told her I already had placed it. Said it’s been more the 30 minutes. She looked at register and said it’s been 29 minutes rudely. Two others came in and ordered and got waited on before I got me order. I received my order at 8:05. 47 minutes after I ordered. No apology, just here’s your order. For $51, you think they would do better. Most of the sticks were bare, had no meat on them. Just bone. I like KFC chicken but I will find someplace else to go. Will not be visiting this one again. I would advise others the same thing.

    While I love KFC; especially the mashed potato bowl; I was extremely unhappy about my last visit. I purchased my usual mashed potato bowl in the drive-through. While eating at home, I had something catch in the back of my throat, and I started choking! I was able to finally remove it with the help of a friend who is also a nurse ( as am I) and a long forceps. It appeared to be either macerated bone or wood. When I went back up to the store and asked for the general manager, a shift manager identified herself. She stated she was the only manager there. In the middle of the discussion about the issue, a man stepped out from the back , interrupting the young lady. He was abrupt , lied about why he did not come forward, and was aggressive about me filing an insurance claim against the store . When I stated that I would not want to see this store closed as i frequent it regularly, he said it could never be closed. I assume had I died from choking on the foreign matter.....it would have been closed! Attached is the photo showing the foreign pieces removed from my throat. I contacted corporate KFC, and they promised they would deal with it. I will follow up and finish the review once I see how it is dealt with. Oh, the "general manager" Stan attempted to keep the evidence, which I demanded be returned to me immediately !

    The food was okay. It was not hot. Not even warm. I had the sandwich. The Fries were cold too. Usually I have good food from here. I know they are going through growing pains. So hope this helps with the growth.

    This store looks brand new with its fresh remodel, however the service is not the best. The drive thru is really slow and the drive thru staff are not very kind, but the food is very good. Prices are also really high for fast food. The store looked to be very clean.

    I came through the drive through and ordered my food and told them I didn’t want the sides that came with the box. They gave me the sides that came with it anyway and when I corrected them they got frustrated and had me pull around to the front and wait for the sides. It took them a long time and they ended up remaking the entire order.

    I put in an online order which was supposed to be ready at 10:20 pm. Got there at 10:20 and doors were locked. Sign on door said the doors are locked at 10:30. Ok no problem. Go to drive thru and say what I’m there for. Wait 5 minutes to get to the window and the girl wanted money. I told her I had the online order and she looked at me like she was dumbfounded. Waited another 10 minutes to get food. I went around the building and checked the bag. We ordered 2 fries and there was only one fry. Went back to the window and 2 girls looked at me and started talking. A minute later one came to the window and I told her about the fry. She said “Oh we forgot to tell you that we ran out of fries and need to give you another side.” Got macaroni and cheese which tasted awful. Got home and the chicken sandwich had no mayo and burn marks on the bun. My son tried to eat the chicken which turned out to be spicy instead of original. He can’t have spicy food. The fries that we did get were cold and hard, mashed potatoes were chunky and cold. The gravy was lumpy. The chicken breast I got was extra crispy instead of original. We couldn’t eat any of it. I called but they had already closed. So the next day I called 4 times before someone answered. I asked for a manager and they didn’t say a word. I was put on hold and 5 minutes later I hung up bc no one answered. I called back 4 different times and each time I got a busy signal. I called the next day and no one answered. I paid $27.00 for food that we couldn’t eat and I wasn’t able to talk to a manager about it. I don’t want to go there bc I’m very upset and don’t want things to get out of hand. I have always had good food from here but after this happened I don’t ever want their food again.

    Really a terrible kfc. I can’t remember a time when they have gotten an order right. A famous bowl came out as a huge bowl of Mac and cheese with chicken on top. Missed fries, biscuits, drinks all the time. They need a new system for order accuracy. Good food, but beware of terrible accuracy
