Best place for great walks, runs, bike riding and beautiful scenery!

This entire trail is just great! It stretches from the confluence in Clarkston to Asotin, with two parks, an Audubon bird watching habitat, and informational plaques in between. We love walking Pepper Ann along this path and she loves it too. There are always things to smell and squirrels to watch. We even get to see otters every once in a while. The stretch from Swallows Boat Ramp to Asotin isn't very shaded, so we only walk it in the cooler months. And the stretch from the confluence to Swallows Park is mostly shaded and walkable during most of the summer. They are parts here and there that have litter, but it is mostly clean and well managed. The only complaint we have are the other people who don't clean up after their own dog. This path is also perfect for biking. But be careful between Swallows Boat Ramp and the Forest Service building-- it's a bit bumpy from tree roots.

Excellent pedestrian (biking? I didn’t see any bikes but there was a reference to them in a trail etiquette poster) trail along the Snake river. Spots for fishing and even swimming. Built and operated by the Army Corps of Engineers. Open 24 hours.

Beautifully landscaped and maintained. Miles of asphalt trail for walking, biking, skating etc along the Snake river. Beaches, boat launches, dog park, nature. Bathrooms available and playground equipment.

This little park is really beautiful. It has a playground bathrooms and walking trails.

It's a good place to go for a walk and see the great environment. Unwind and take a deep breath as you relax while you take it all in.

Beautiful place to hit during any sunrise or sunset, any season of the year on a clear or mostly clear day.

Good for dogs.
