This mall is a mid size but good size for small city. The mall is clean but not as lively as it should be due to high competition around the area.

Love the huge and nice nursing areas in the women's restrooms. There is also a flat area to change the babys diaper by the sink. Wish all places had this. They also have train rides for the kids and a tiny free play area for toddlers. Clean mall. Lots of different clothing stores. Not many people there when I visited. Ate at "Chopsticks Japan" and liked the sushi I got. Food court seemed clean. Got friendly service at the other stores I visited and shopped at. Parked nice and close to the entrance on a weekday.

Went in here to look around while waiting for an appointment. Much friendlier than Ross. The employee greeted us, told us about the current sales, and let us know they were available if we needed help when we told them we just came to look. Store was very clean. Love stopping in when we come to Clarksville.

I Like this mall for availability and diverse shops are here. The rail service is amusing for kids.

Good food, steak, hot food & salad bar. The dessert bar is good, but I love the addition of the Cherry Limeade slush machine that allows you to mix the slush with soft serve vanilla ice cream.

No bathrooms anywhere in the mall, every single one of them has an “out of order” sign on it and it’s locked. All the stores either have no staff working, or the staff scream at you. I walked in “Candy Craze” and the woman working yells “HANDS TO YOUR SIDES” when I walked in with 3 younger children. She yelled it like a male drill sergeant with all her lung power. It was totally uncalled for when we had simply just walked in the store, and had not even LOOKED OR TOUCHED anything at all. It’s always the same fat, ugly Karen working who yells at you if you walk into the store, so i wouldn’t even go in at all. She’s lost her mind if she thinks she can talk to another grown woman that way. I wouldn’t be surprised if that store closes down because the woman working there scares everyone off screaming at them to not touch anything and leave the store.

It's better than expected. Good variety of shops in the small mall. Wide walkways. The air was cold. Well kept restrooms and common areas of the mall.

This review is for the vape world located in the mall, I couldn't find it anywhere on Google. The store is fantastic and the manager, Alysa, is very kind and helpful. Any time I go it's very clean and the staff are friendly.

Entire building is one floor only. Several stores, kiosks, large dept. stores, 2 food courts. Lots of free parking. Very close to Exit 4 off I-24. Everything you would expect to find in a mall. Relatively clean.

Leaving Golden Corral, I departed with a sense of culinary satisfaction, appreciating both the delectable food offerings and the exceptional service provided by the attentive and friendly staff.

Loved the store selection. Very clean mall. Even won a big duck and FNAF toy out of claw machines.

This can potentially be a great mall for Clarksville residents. However, it will take the owners of the mall to commit to bringing in quality vendors to attract lost and new customers. This mall is crying to be revitalized !

The cooked chicken still had feathers 🪶 or whatever it was on it, which means they are not cleaning it or preping it well. I spoke to one of the managers about she stated they did clean the meat, and it comes prepackaged even still it not a good look for Golden Coral. Back in the day, they didn't allow that. They never have enough food prepared. You always have to wait for fresh food for 16 to 25 minutes it's unacceptable. We normally go during the week but this time we went on a Sunday and it was crowded. They need better experienced good cooks. Sometimes, the food is not completely done or burnt. Again, unacceptable. Customers don't pay for burnt half cooked food

I had a quick visit to the mall for two stores. Both were nice. The mall is larger than expected. I can't wait to go back and see the rest of it and what there is.
