Jay was a server and he was excellent! Kept the water filled up and the bread coming. The food was delicious as well. I had the pineapple teriyaki chicken bowl and my mom had the bbq pork chops and ribs. Pics included!

Coke was watered down and didn't taste like coke and where's the melted cheese on these nachos. Also the person (Devin) acted like he didn't want to serve us.

The food was ready in a five minute span of the estimated pick up time; which is extremely good considering the restaurant is very busy in it's dining and pick up arena. The food is absolutely wonderful. Everything was seasoned well and my family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you O'Charleys staff for making our experience amazing! (Side Tip: When a Steak is ordered to go, it is best to wrap the steak in foil to keep the warm temperature until reached the destination. The steak was well flavored and delicious.)

Ordered from DoorDash and again they leave items off two dinners and the one dessert I ordered. I haven’t ordered anything from here for over a year now cause of this same issue. 60.00 bucks and I get 8 shrimp and 2ozs of coleslaw on one dinner and 2 pcs of cod and again 2ozs of Coleslaw. This why you will go out of business!

This was my first time back to an O'Charley's since moving back to TN and first time ever for my girlfriend. The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean and they had a special table set up for skiers that couldn't be there with us. One strangebthing was that our booth vibrated the entire time - I believe the walk in cooler must have been on the other side of the wall. So strange. The food was a mixed bag. The chicken tortilla soup was bad, nothing but an onion broth with one tiny piece of chicken in the whole bowl. The server didn't even charge us since we hardly ate any of it. Our salmon tasted good, but UT wasn't blackened as we had ordered it. The chicken tenders were fine, and the cobbler was quite good. Service was friendly and good.

My pick up order said it would be ready at 5:13 . We pulled in at 5:16. My nonverbal autistic son is really bad about waiting in parking spaces so I called the restaurant and asked them if they could just call me when it’s ready while I drive around the parking lot to keep my son settled while we wait . The lady said my order was just finished and to go ahead and park and they will be right out . This was at 5:20. It is now 5:40 and no one has come out with our order ?? I wish the Wilma Rudolph one was still open because this location always has problems like this ! Sitting here with a screaming child that I can’t take inside because of his autism while waiting a total of 55 minutes for a to go order !!

Took my husband here for his Veteran's Day dinner. Could barely get waited on. Had to ask random staff walking around for things we needed. Food was pretty good but almost intolerable because of the sewage smell from treatment on Riverside Drive. It is going downhill fast.
