First impression: Clean environment. Warmly welcome upon entering. Fresh, hot food. Chris Block was friendly and professional. Great experience and everyone seemed happy to be there. I will revisit again!

Went and took my kids through drive thru ask the lady at window was all the food in bag she said yes so I got home checked and I was missing food. So I called the store they told me bring food back to replace got there nobody is bagging food with gloves got my order replaced which was a 6 piece boneless and a 9 piece boneless with mozzarella sticks, got home again finally to sit down and enjoy the food but all the wings were cold not to mention had to tell their manager she forgot fries again never eating at Arby’s again on Riverside Dr. Clarksville, TN 37042 took a pic of the 9 piece boneless they remade looks like they grabbed the crumbs out of bag to be funny. Don’t eat from there my whole order is in trash but the sprite was okay. Just a warning people customers are not first anymore in these places we have today so don’t give them your hard earned money!

Wow I’m quite disappointed, we just stopped in to get 4 sliders, mozzarella sticks and curly fries. As I was driving I didn’t open my sliders until I got home… So about the fries, they are super stale! Like they’ve just been reheated, the mozzarella sticks were not fully melted, okay I suppose I can look past that but this is what my slider looks like. Seriously? This is ridiculous! Not coming back anytime soon. My second slider had a little more meat on it but it tastes off. So this was just a waste of money and time.

Stopped in to take advantage of a "happy hour deal." A manager was working the counter. She was multi tasking the fryer and drive-thru. I went to pay her a compliment by saying: "you're doing the work of 3 people." Her response: "It's because people keep coming here." Her whole demeanor was sour that she has to work. About a year ago, the same manager made a comment about wishing the dining was still closed (referring to Covid???) And, made derogatory comments about a customer after they left (loud enough for several of us to hear). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Did a survey online that day, but heard nothing back from anyone. With managers like her, I will eat at Madison St location if ever at all?

We went late at night and the service was great and so was the atmosphere. I want to recommend this restaurant because of all the above. My wife and I can't wait to go back! 💯❣️🍟🥤🧋😋

Understand it looks like they were short staffed I placed my order online so it would be ready when I get here, have waited 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order! Honestly not sure if I’ll be back, I’ll drive to the other side of town for higher quality food!

Honestly I love Arby's. This location this one is no exception under normal circumstances. Tonight my beef and cheddar sandwich was really salty instead of having that slight sweetness that brings it together.

A late night meal I wanted roastbeef and cheddar on a sesame bun but didn't get. The meat is cut to thick and the cheddar wasnt even hot and the meat the have on this sandwich looks like it was already in something. I would rather have something done about it cause I'm not to pleased nor happy that my meal was ruined.
