The
place
is
run
like
a
ponzi
scheme.
If
you're
there
for
the
pool
don't
even
bother.
I
was
a
member
here
for
almost
2
years
and
I
was
denied
access
to
the
pool
more
times
than
I
was
granted
access
to
the
pool
(went
almost
every
day).
They
purposely
withhold
this
info
because
they
need
your
money.
I
even
call
in
before
I
ever
went
just
to
make
sure
and
would
get
a
yeah
it
is
open
during
open
swim
hours
of
course
and
then
come
in
and
it
wasn't
open!
I
put
in
all
the
time,
I
even
go
out
of
my
way
to
do
their
job
for
them
and
ask
specific
questions
is
there
a
swim
team
is
there
because
if
I
don't
ask
20
specific
questions
about
who
might
or
may
not
be
using
that
pool
I
will
get
a
generic
go
away
yes
it's
fine
and
I
will
show
up
and
it
won't
be
that
way
hell
I'll
even
ask
the
20
questions
and
still
get
it..
I
give
them
my
money
and
they
can't
even
tell
me
whether
or
not
the
pool
is
operational
for
real.
And
then
when
you
go
to
complain
they
say
oh
yeah
we
should
be
fixing
it
we
just
got
new
hires
we
just
got
this
that
it'll
be
fixed
to
keep
you
from
canceling
oh
and
if
you
try
to
cancel
they
will
really
start
throwing
out
these
Buzz
words.
It's
all
fake
designed
to
keep
hope
alive
and
keep
you
paying
monthly
so
they
can
keep
pocketing
that
money.
I
have
to
go
in
and
hope
I
get
what
I
paid
for
and
more
times
than
not
I'm
left
feeling
very
disappointed
in
this
companies
ethics.
This
is
not
a
one-off
experience
this
is
a
pattern
that
is
institutional
in
this
place
because
the
leadership
is
clearly
ambiguous
with
their
ethics.
I
would
go
there
and
pay
a
daily
rate
to
use
the
pool
when
it's
actually
available
but
it's
so
hard
to
catch
it
available
and
they
turned
me
away
saying
I
had
to
be
a
monthly
member.
I
guess
they
don't
want
my
money
so
I'll
be
going
to
the
Clarksville
athletic
club
from
now
on
where
the
pool
is
always
available
and
they
don't
double
dip
on
the
lanes
with
their
members.
This
place
needs
all
new
management
and
policy
in
order
to
fix
the
pool
situation
