It
is
incredibly
difficult
to
get
in
contact
with
anyone
about
my
order.
I
ordered
a
family
ring
at
the
beginning
of
December,
I
caught
an
error
in
the
order
before
leaving
the
mall,
I
went
back
and
was
told
that
they
would
make
a
call
to
make
sure
it
was
corrected
and
they
would
call
me
back.
I
was
never
called.
I
contacted
the
order
directly
to
find
out
the
correction
was
never
made.
Sure
enough
my
righ
arrived
wrong.
I
was
then
told
that
they
would
put
in
my
correct
order
that
day
that
I
had
gone
to
pick
it
up
and
they
would
expedite
it,
that
was
a
week
before
Christmas.
I
called
the
end
of
December
and
was
not
able
to
get
in
touch
with
anyone.
Kept
calling
for
a
few
days
and
was
able
to
get
a
hold
of
someone
the
2nd
of
January.
To
be
told
they
wanted
to
“confirm”
what
they
ordered
me
and
that
it
would
be
two
weeks.
They
said
the
holidays
make
it
difficult
for
orders.
I
have
been
calling
over
and
over
for
the
past
few
days
and
not
able
to
get
a
hold
of
anyone
for
assistance.
No
one
has
contacted
me
about
my
ring.
At
this
point
it
has
been
over
a
month
and
a
half
for
a
ring
that
should
have
been
corrected
from
the
day
of
ordering.
It
wouldn’t
be
so
terrible
if
I
was
able
to
get
in
touch
with
someone
and
if
they
had
actually
done
what
they
said
they
would
do
with
expediting
and
calling
me
to
follow
up
like
I
was
told
would
happen.
