Quality is great, but the service is...inconsistent. While there are some people ready to greet and welcome you, others just stare at you and I’ve even received attitude from those servicing me on multiple occasions. Outside of that, I’ve returned bc the quality is very good from hair to nails, there are truly some talented individuals here! Also, the Wall colors could stand to be lightened as the place is pretty dark and cave-like.

This was my first visit and it was truly amazing. My hair was in bad shape. It had a lot of knot and matted. Chelese Washington is the best stylist I've ever had. She's an angel and a magician all wrap up in one person. Truly truly amazing. She educates you about your hair and scalp. She's very smart and knowledgeable.

I love taking my boys here, this is the only place that cuts and shapes my boys haircut the way it needs to be done. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the latest styles and trends. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
