😐 It’s a nice place to stay, the rent is extremely high for a 2bdrm compared to other nicer apartments. The average rent in Clarksville for a 2bdrm was around 1050-1200… They recently up the prices to 1500 for a 2bdrm and I was shocked including water. It’s a nice place to stay, the rent is extremely high for a 2bdrm compared to other nicer apartments. The average rent in Clarksville for a 2bdrm was around 1050-1200… They recently up the prices to 1500 for a 2bdrm and I was shocked including water. The security system has been down for several months and that’s what my priority was when I first moved in. I feel as tho the residents should be compensated for that inconvenience instead of raising the rent an extra 1200 per year. Went from $17,500 per year to an additional 1200 per year is insane. We suppose to have new management who promised it will get fixed but nothing yet. You will think with the average resident paying 18,000 per year per resident it would have been fixed. 18k per year times over 300 apartments….. do the math

Love living here!! The apartments are very nice and they are very fast about any issues you may have. Maintenance is always on top of it which I personally feel is a top thing to consider when shopping around for a new apartment! Everyone is very friendly and it was a breeze moving in. Highly recommend to anyone!

This apartment complex was the best apartment living experience I have had in my life! Extremely well managed, very clean, they have a car washing station that you can use for free!, they have a dog park, you’re own balcony for each apartment, French style doors, ..I think 9 foot ceilings or higher, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gated community, pool, and lots of land around it to explore! And it’s conveniently located by every restaurant you can think of. They even have storage units/single car garages you can pay extra for..instead of having to drive across town to get to your storage.

Only thing I disliked was that they said they still only did paper applications. Me being 3 hours away and making a sudden move, paper application is difficult.

Having called The Preserves home for several years, I've enjoyed the amenities like the inviting pool and gym. The well-maintained lawn and proactive office manager, who keeps us informed about events and changes, have made it a pleasant place to live. The recent repainting of the entire facility elevated its appearance. However, there's room for improvement when it comes to walkway cleanliness, as they are long overdue for power washing. On a less positive note, there's occasional noise from military personnel coming and going, but I appreciate that the management addresses it. My only disappointment was being denied a request to have the patio washed. Nonetheless, The Preserves is a comfortable and community-focused place to reside, with great potential for further enhancements.

It's hard to get ahold of the office staff. They are not friendly, like the previous staff. The stairwells are in desperate need of cleaning and power washed. Overall poor maintenance of the property, including a gate that has been out of commission since I moved in 5 months ago.

Loved living here. Very spacious apartments for decent prices. Friendly and respectful front office and maintenance staff. Only downside was our downstairs neighbor constantly banged on the ceiling because our one year old was being a one year old walking, falling, throwing and playing with toys in the living room and in his room even during the morning/afternoon. Not sure if they knew we had a young child but that was pretty annoying. Would recommend this place to anyone moving to Clarksville or simply looking for a new space.

Moving to Clarksville? Move to the preserve. Apartments are really nice. Angelina and April are great people and their maintenance guys are beyond great. KC did all my apartment work orders and knocked them all out in a timely fashion. You can tell the team there cares about you truly and not just doing a job. The neighbors are all really nice too. Everyone is really chill. Lots of military folks so make sure to take the time to thank them for their service if you recognize them. The dog park is the best residential dog park I’ve ever seen. Just add a water fountain pump for the doggos and it will be the perfect park. They do have a painter? Vendor of some sort one of the nastiest attitude humans I have ever met. Truly an unpleasant person. He has large black suv. If you see him stay clear. He was one the vendors for the preserve so they preserve has no control over their vendors attitudes but this guy was just a dark cloud looking for confrontations. Aside from that, move in here you’ll be happy you did! goodbye Tennesse! see you down the road!
