Moved in a month ago. Beautiful apartment, fully renovated and all new appliances! Office and grounds staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Only had a slight problem with dishwasher. They corrected that immediately. The grounds are kept well and the location is fantastic. The pool is open and has been redone. I have nothing but good things to say. I believe I made the right choice price, location and management wise.

I have been here for about 6 months so far and everything has been great! The staff (office & maintenance) are friendly, attentive, and very efficient. Moved here from across the country for a job and I found that the location of the apartments made the transition a lot smoother. It is right next to a major street in Clarksville, but is still very quiet and comfortable. The best of both worlds! Would highly recommend it.

We felt welcome and safe starting with the day we moved in over one year ago. The entire apartment complex is well lit and security cameras are positioned strategically throughout. The age demographics range from preschoolers to senior citizens and everyone is very friendly. The property is well maintained outside and requests for maintenance issues in our apartment are handled efficiently and professionally by on-site maintenance. All the staff are very friendly and treat us like we have been friends for years.

I have lived here for two years. I really like it. I like the people in the office and the maintenance team. Teresa is a very nice person and takes care of any issues promptly. Tom the maintenance man is very friendly and fast he always asks about my grandchildren and takes care of my maintenance needs at my convenience. The rent is great for the money as long as it doesn't go up every year I am grateful. It has went up once already. Very quiet and convenient place to live.

It's kinda ridiculous some of the reviews on here.. my wife, kids and myself have lived here for almost 3 years and Theresa (hope I spelled that right) from the office is always so nice and kind toward us and any time we've ever had a problem Its always been addressed in a timely manner. Also the maintenance guys Tom and Thomas are great! I never have to worry about how things are fixed or double check their work. I would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone who is looking for a reasonable priced apartment in a good area!

It's a fine place physically. The claims of Christian owned and operated is greatly exaggerated. The front office is a revolving door. Good luck gaining rapport with anyone. As far as the apartment goes you will struggle having things work. Air conditioner works half the time. Washer/dryer units quit working on occasion. The pool is disgusting and they don't ever seen to clean it. Little things frustratingly malfunction. You'll have the dishwasher flood or a door handle come off. Plug outlets won't work. It's a laundry list of issues that easily should be taken care of. The maintenance is impossible to get a hold of much like the front office. They will try to trap you in at the end of lease without notification. Then at end of inspection will tally extra things like painting when they just painted before move in, carpet cleaning, turning the water off (really???) and minor replacement changes on things that never were wrong. They are really crooked and you'll end up losing a lot of money owed to you. They'll take your deposit and then Charge extra so you owe them. My advice, stay away unless desperate. I had seen the bad reviews and thought maybe it'll be different for me. Sadly it wasn't.

My husband and I have lived here for a few years with no major issues. Work orders are usually completed within a reasonable amount of time. For two summers we had problems with the air conditioning system not performing optimally, which did incur increased electric bills. Both the inside and outside parts of the cooling unit were replaced when it was established that the persistent issues were beyond repair. It's usually pretty quiet, with the exception of the children. Most of the residents are middle aged to older. There are several families that occupy the complex and some of the children regularly leave items in the driveway area, which is frustrating. Removal of snow from the sidewalks & parking area is the responsibility of the resident. Ice melt/rock salt has never been applied by maintenance during the winter months. When the landscaping is done, the crew takes an extended amount of time in cleaning up trimmed bushes, like days. Mulch is not replaced on an annual basis. The inside of the town homes are pretty basic. Management does seem to rotate quite a bit, but in general all managers have been reasonable. Some updates would be nice but overall I'm content with our stay at this complex.

UPDATE, upon moving out I didnt clean carpets etc because i knew they were gutting it to renovate anyways, I got a bill for 2700.00 for cleaning fee new carpets etc. If you can dont rent and pay someone elses mortgage. I will never suggest this place again to any of my clients . Been here almost 4 years and by far its the quietest, safest, cleanest apt. complex Ive ever lived, close to Nashville makes an easy commute for me ! Its affordable and the staff are such good people.
