I’m crying while writing this. NEVER in my life and I’m a nurse too, have I ever seen such compassionate people in my life. The entire staff: My goodness! You all are amazing! Stacy, Denise, Randy, Barbara, Delni, Dawn.. forgive me if I miss your names.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. From a momma who came seeking help for her child.. bless you all.

I work in sales and I made an appointment to do a lunch and learn with the ladies over there at compassion. I bought almost a $100 worth of lunch for them. When it came time to run the appointment, I sat in their lobby for 45 minutes. Only for their office manager to tell me that they wouldn't have time to meet me. I then rescheduled the meeting for 2 weeks later. When I left the office the office manager was leaving as well with the lunch i paid for in hand. I called prior to the rescheduled meeting to confirm that we were still a go for the appointment. At which time I was told that they would have to see. The day of the rescheduled meeting the office manager calls me and tells me that they wouldn't be able to meet today and that they weren't going to reschedule. The problem I have is, I just started out in this business. So I don't make a lot of money or any money really. I didn't expected them to buy anything. But they could have had the decency to at least run my meeting. Tell me no, and then I'll be on my way.

Overall, I give it a C+ as a clinic. I would suggest that they get some professional & courteous care in assisting with answering the incoming phone calls as being on hold twice for minutes on end is a bit frustrating. I called back 10 minutes later and was still told to “Please Hold” so I hung up. I can understand they are busy or it may be an emergency, but get someone other than the front desk to answer the phones! Lack of communication between staff at times. Turnover rate for medical staff is high. The office rooms are basic and mediocre at best. I don’t know if they have Medical Doctors or if they’re all Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners but I know that they have to do better as a team.

Had an initial appointment for my husband yesterday. He has a lot of health issues and the staff was amazing. All of the staff. The office is very relaxing, they took time to listen to us and explain things. So happen to have found him a PCP that we both like.

i’m giving 2 stars because in all honesty stacey was amazing when I seen her. However when locations were moved i was constantly booked with jenni. She’s honestly made me loose as faith in health care. I’m passing out, having vision changes ( i go to the eye dr on a normal day and sent home with a prescription, on a good day I pass) it’s just not normal. ( my test has been redone more then once and i finally put 2 and 2 together. I don’t like sex, im in constant stomach pain, my bowels are an entire situation on their own. What did Jenni say. “well you look really good so that’s a plus”. I wear makeup i beat my face like no other because i get irritated with people saying i look sick without it. yet i get a notification from my insurance that she’s diagnosed me with high blood pressure. No medications, no knowledge of it at all. I literally live in misery and because of the care i’ve received from her I can’t mentally make myself an appointment with anyone else. I wish you could understand how you can affect someone’s mental being with you disregard to their health. No compassion at all.

The most caring practitioners and sweetest office workers and medical assistants. I love this place I’m a VA healthcare patient and they are excellent at coordinating everything when it comes to the VA. Daneesha and Stacy Michelin and Jamie Pruitt and amazing doctors Thank you

Staff is very friendly. Loved Ms. Barbara & Dr. Clayton really seems to care about her patients. I’m excited to be starting care here.

Jaime was awesome. The whole staff was awesome! They even miraculously fit me in at the last minute even the wait in the lobby wasn’t bad! Top to bottom, TOP TIER!
