They redid the drive thru and it's a mess. No one knows what they are doing. They just keep moving you up and not even asking your name. Serve the car behind you and then ask you,"can you pull up?" And not to mention waiting all that time for the cars behind you to be served and then your food is cold. It's definitely 2nd shift. They are so worried how fast they go that they aren't actually going fast if that makes sense.

I tried the new Hot Pepper Pimento chicken sandwich with a side of mac n cheese ( which is to die for if you haven't already tried it). So so yummy. I will be back to try it again. I'm hoping they add it to the menu permanently. Also, peppermint shakes are coming soon! 😋 💕

They recently reopened this restaurant after the remodel. It still has the same great service, hot food and friendly staff. I go there at least twice per week, one of my favorite places. Highly recommend this location.

I had an annoying experience at this particular Chick-fil-A. However, it was not purposeful and they did make good on it in their way. Long story. Important things to know, the Chick-fil-A app is not always accurate about serving times. The app told me that my order was cancelled because the store was no longer serving breakfast. When I got home I saw my credit card was still charged for the order. I reached out about the issue, hoping to get my money refunded back to my card. Instead they chose to give me reward items in the app. Now to the food. I got a cookie with lots of chocolate chips. The cookie has a chicken taste to it. Which is strange because I didn't even order chicken. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. The biscuit also had a chicken taste to it. The food was edible but strange.

I usually love the chicken nuggets. 9/10 times they look exactly like the pic on the menu. The 8pc nuggets I got were absolutely pathetic looking. 7 of the 8 were way over cooked and they were all so tiny (except 1. The 1 that wasn't over cooked). I would expect that from McDonald's but not Chick-fil-A.

Good and quick service as always ( this is Chick fil A 's special ) clean dining area and super nice employees that's why I'm always looking for go back and get my food from one of their locations. I like the fact that even their drive thru is super smooth, Keep the great work guys 👌👌

The first time I’ve ever been disappointed eating at this chain. My boyfriend came to my lunch from an hour away, I go to school in Clarksville, and we were excited to eat at our favorite fast food together. When we ordered, they rang it in wrong we tried to tell them after getting our food and realizing, but the guy tried blaming it on us and saying that according to the ticket what we said isn’t what we ordered and that isn’t what we paid for. We also asked for extra chik fil a sauce, which they seem to be stingy about, and that was on the receipt for extra but they only gave us 2 for 2 meals and I didn’t finish my meal bc I didn’t have enough sauce and that is how I like my food and why we asked for more sauce. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this location and will find somewhere else to enjoy my lunch.
