Arrive 4:30...place order pretty much when we sat. . Near hour later no food. Ask server at 5:30 why delay..."the had meeting" ....new excuse "printer wasn't working" just got food. 5:40 Ordered med rare comes out medium. Told me fresh greens beans no sorry can seriously canned green beans? Grade a rip off. They ended up comping the steak...would've rather had properly seasoned cooked steak. Dog gets a treat. Hope salt doesn't kill him.

Very much a typical chain restaurant. Servants were polite, and the food came fast. Albeit a steakhouse, my steak craving was halted as My eye caught the CORNMEAL battered fried fish. First bite was great, not overly salted or spiced to hell, texture was a satisfying crunch followed up with the fish satisfyingly melting in your mouth literally. The sweet potato was just what you would expect sweet and hearty, I even dipped the fish into it and hit the whole thing with a shot of hot sauce to merge all the flavors. The coleslaw however was lacking something there wasn't much bite as one would expect, just creamy not tangy. Over all the portions and quality are great you will be satisfied.

I give them a 3. The steak was a little tougher then I would have liked even though it was cooked medium well it was still tough. The sweet potato with butter and cinnamon wasn’t that great and the Cesar salad wasn’t that great it had LOTS of dressing and the croutons were hard. The rolls were fresh but the butter wasn’t good to me. My husband got a Dr.Pepper and it wasn’t good bc the carbonation filter needed to be changed out…the waitress was really nice and brought him another one once we told her. My husband liked his food and was happy to have a filet minion before heading out to the field for a month. My drink was some type of blueberry mixed drink and it was really good but it was supposed to be frozen all the way and when it came to me it was on the rocks and then like 1/4 of it was frozen it was really weird I had never been served a drink like that before. I give them a 3/5 because the waitress was nice and attentive and no wait for our table. Would we return…probably if Texas Roadhouse was closed yes but only then.

We had an amazing experience here. We had a large party (7 folks) and we’re immediately seated on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and came out very quick!

Time was great. My NY Strip, Medium Rare, was one of the BEST Steaks I've eaten in Clarksville. The Sides tasted very well. I got the Cheesecake for the dessert, so good! Logan's was great!

Average food and service. Asked for olive oil for salad and got cooking oil instead. Food took a little bit longer than expected. Order 3 Ribeyes but 1 looked more like a NY Strip. Got "10%" discount that didn't add up to the 10%.🤷🏼‍♂️

I was by myself since I was out of town working. The waitress was very friendly so I didn't feel at all uncomfortable. I ordered the 8oz medium rare steak, Logan's rice, Caesar salad, includes house rolls. Simple but absolutely delicious! Seasoned and cooked just right. Much to my surprise, a very nice lady picked up my tab so it only cost me a tip but would have been around $18

Service was great, and our waiter was on top of things. The cheese stick appetizer was good. The Logan sirloin was tuff, it was recommended over the filet. Wish I'd stuck with my usual filet! Used steak sauce for the first time in years! I'd go back and choose a different meal.

The service was fine, as was the food, just please don't order coffee there, it is aweful! Logans just isn't the same without peanuts, it takes away from the whole experience. I understand Covid and all, but that was long ago! Bring the peanuts back.

My husband and I went here for my 25th birthday. It's a Friday night, so we expected it to be busy but did not expect to be part of a training exercise for a new waitress. We got to order pretty quickly, she had to come back several times to correct our order, which still came out wrong. After 40 minutes of only getting our wrong appetizer, I asked if the manager could get our food to go, which they did without bothering to correct our order, so we ended up sitting and waiting for them to pack our order and then spent over 20 minutes waiting to pay because this manager could not be bothered to help this poor waitress in the slightest. They took off the appetizer from our check but we still ended up with missing items and cold food and a waste of a Friday night, so still feel like it was way too overpriced for what we paid.

Made a to go order and was VERY disappointed. My order was for the family (5 different orders) and 2 of our stakes were over done. No pink at all. The chicken Tenders were so small and BURNT that it wasn't even funny.

Haven't been to Logan's in a long time but went with our kids and a couple friends and had a very good time. Everything was very good on taste and consistency. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is the staff looked like they needed a little more help and the food wasn't as hot as I would have liked it to be. I don't hold it against them though because it did all come out at the same time and was accurate, so don't think it wasn't good. I had the ribeye and the taste and tenderness was great. Overall would recommend to return although dinner rush wait times are always difficult to navigate.

To Management !! So let me begin !! Wow to start we asked for a booth but they only had tables available but yet there were empty booths ?? We ordered drinks which I will say were awesome thanks to the bartender . The only compliment that can be given . But on our reciept it shows we had 2 brbn/whisky we did not have but not sure if we were charged for them ?? So we ordered there prime rib steak med rare it was served rare we sent it back the rude server brought it back and pieces of the steak was gone so we asked where the steak was his response was that it was the way the meat was cut and that my husband was delusional so my husband said he wanted half price for half a steak which that we got wooo wooo , omg let me continue table behind us did not get the right meal she agreed to just take the right meal home . Other table left this same server a penny as a tip well we left 0 tip just saying . Now as for the cook at this time should also get a bad review , I have a picture of reciept so it shows the server name and time , so should be able to tell time of the cook on duty as well . Management please assist on training your employees on how not to be rude to there customers and for all employees to pay attention on serving the right foods and the food is correct before leaving the window to serve. No THANKYOU HERE .

Wanted say, "THANK YOU" for letting us have a large family dining experience there last week. I really APPRECIATE your establishment for being one of the only restaurants in Clarksville, Tennessee that still accepts reservations. Very difficult to find here. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful server. (Please forgive me, I forgot his name- 6:30pm on 4/18/2023 in the back room) The food was great, the service was great, everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had one guest in a wheelchair and she was able to get around fine. Thank you to all the staff, kitchen included. (without you our meal wouldn't be possible) Thank you Antoine and Allison, for getting our reservation together. We hadn't seen some of our family members for over 10 years. It was so good to have somewhere we could all be at one table and enjoy each others company.

Great night at Logan's. The salad entree was delicious and more than enough to fill me up. Our waitress was personable, funny and friendly and always checking in on us. It wasn't busy, but it was a Wednesday evening. Near the bar, all the tvs were playing different sport's games of all varieties. We enjoyed the hour we spent at Logan's steakhouse.

Burger seemed to be a frozen Burger. Not hand made. Tasted like it to. Buns were okay a little too sugary. Employees were awesome I love them all. Such a great atmosphere. My friend loved her chicken sandwich . Great road trip stop

I'm staying at a hotel within walking distance for several months. This is my goto when I need beer and food. I haven't had anything I didn't like so far and I've tried most things. The skewers are pretty tasty and not too filling. The staff is super friendly and nice. I sit at the bar so Christi, Triniti and Tasha are my favorites. Though the other staff members are great too even though you aren't seated at their tables.

My husband and I both ordered sirloin steaks. I ordered a 6 oz and he ordered an 8 Oz. Both of our steaks were cooked perfectly the way that we ordered them, they were SUPER juicy and very flavorful. The sides however sucked, the MacNcheese was bland and buttery with overcooked noodles, I had steamed broccoli expecting there to be something on it but there wasn't even butter on it, and the baked beans were over cooked and slightly spicy which he wasn't expecting. Our waiter was very nice and brought hot fresh rolls out to us right away, which was great though.

Family vacation Road-trip and decided to stop off In Tennessee for a night. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! Bobby was our waiter and he was so awesome. He was friendly from start to finish and so patient with our kids. He also had some jokes and made the time so much fun. Very great recommendations too! Thanks Bobby!

Do not recommend this location. The waiter was too busy talking to others that our order didn’t get put in, we didn’t have drinks but yet he blamed it on the kitchen. The food came out and it was cold. Then the bathroom has screws sticking out from other stalls you’ll rip your clothing or like me cut your arm. Longest 2hrs of my life

We visited on 10-8-22. We stayed the night in the area on our way back to Missouri and after having a rough long day we got food here. First off the hostess that night around 6:00PM was so sweet, and amazingly pleasant. She was happy, personable, and even complimented my wife which made a great start to our visit. Our servers(a new lady and a man) were quick, professional, and very friendly. This place had the best service we have had in years anywhere we have eaten. The food was good too. This place is awesome. Thank you for helping make a rough day end happier.

Took my mother for her Birthday dinner. Food was ok. Our waitress was a little slow but I think she was new. The mago margarita was awesome. She had a good time and enjoyed her food so it was worth it.

Our waiter does not know how to take an order. Forgot to write down most of our order. They are stingy with the rolls. They forgot to bring out portions of our food. The portions are unbelievably small. The steaks were not cooked as asked and had to send back more than once. When the inside of the steak was done correctly it was barely edible. You have to swat at flies from getting your food. Even with all these mistakes they did not offer to alter the check due to all the mistakes. We stopped here because it was not too busy and this is why. Would NOT recommend eating here. Would you eat this steak???

Went for a late lunch, so the restaurant was calm. Our server was polite and attentive. Ordered burgers, they were pretty good.
