Thanks Momma T for taking care of us at breakfast today! My family and I were driving through to St. Louis and Our server Teresa W was excellent. Smiling, happy, and an amazing ambassador for Cracker Barrel. She mentioned she’s been here for 6 years and it definitely shows! Thank you Teresa for taking care of my parents and I!

They serve a pretty good breakfast, very reasonable prices. Usually an average of a 15-20 minute wait. Their eggs, bacon, grits as well as their french toast...delish!

Pretty good food and drinks. The service was a little slow but it was busy. We were seated fairly quickly despite it being busy.

It's been several years since I've been to this Cracker Barrel, and my return was memorable for the wrong reasons. All of our side dishes were lukewarm at best, and my guess is they were suttingbaround for a bit. For me, the catfish entree was a good temperature, but none of the sides were. Fried okra was rubbery, biscuits, greens and dumplings were all barely lukewarm. I wasn't sure who to be upset with, the kitchen for the temperature issues or our server for bringing it to me. Our server, Jaxon was friendly, got our order correct, and was being shadowed by a new employee. But ultimately he lost a star for serving the sides.

Listen! This is THE BEST Cracker Barrel I have ever been to in my LIFE!!!! Everyone is so FRIENDLY! This is true "southern hospitality" at its ABSOLUTE BEST! Our waiter! OUR WAITER WAS THE BEST WAITER! Since I forgot his name I will describe him perfectly, he is about 5'6 to 5'7", small/medium build, "looks" to be of Latino decent, smooth olive skin tone, black curly hair on top, shaved off around the sides with a black headband on, very fast! I love chewing on ice and I never told him that and he just brought me a cup of ice with my peach tea!!!! It's like he KNEW!!! He kept our glasses full, he brought a basket of warm biscuits to our table and we were puzzeled because we didn't order them and it was a nice sized basket, so we looked around and saw everyone had one LOL 😅 Listen, here in KC AND STL you get NOTHING without being charged! So to receive a "Basket of Biscuits" we were just over the top!. Our food looked so beautiful when it came out, still hot, and delicious! If we ever travel back through to Nashville for another Family Reunion, I will recommend this Cracker Barrel to the whole entire family! Thank you for the Best waiter whom showed the BEST attitude and service we've ever experienced. I sure hope by my description you know exactly who I'm speaking of! He has to get a raise and a promotion to floor manager or something because he's AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU 😊

We ate dinner and breakfast here. Both meals were great. Our servers took good care of us. We spent the night in the parking lot in our RV.

Made an uber to go order and this was what I got. That is a whole biscuit. I ordered sausage and biscuits and I got that. I couldn't even eat it as it was hard as a rock and even when I attempted to seperate it to put the sausage in the middle, it fell apart. What a let down. :*(

12:50 is when we came in with a 10-15 minute wait. Which really wasn't bad. Kat, the hostess that greeted us at the door, was very respectful, presentable, friendly and greeted us with a smile. Gudrun, the hostess who sat us, greeted us with a smile also. When she had sat us, I wish she would have noticed the table was a little dirty with fried chicken crumbs. The server, Tamara, was quick to take our orders, which I find effective and good. She brought us our drinks, but my daughter was given carbonated water instead of the sprite that she ordered. Which looks very different from soda. For an area of improvement, attention to details, when you walk by your table, ask if they need anything and offer them napkins. My daughter ordered biscuits with her meal and it never came out. There was a lot of wear and tear on the plate. It was discolored and looked dirty. Plates like this shouldn't be used anymore and need to be retired, which is a management issue. When I got my food, napkins weren't even offered. The food was good and was cooked well. The peach tea was very good, I highly recommend it. We came in on the tail end of lunch rush. These things could make people who wait longer upset. This restaurant could really use some improvement, that is why I gave them 3 stars.

Wait staff was overstretched but extremely kind and hard working to make sure experience was the best. Paid 16 bucks for a sirloin for my wife, which came out rubbery and uneatable about halfway through. The manager (bald headed salty ex military) told my wife she ate all of it (60% of the steak was left, as it was unbeatable) and wasn't even apologetic. Overall, the wait staff made the experience okay. Thank you to my waiter Debbie for all your hard work

I didn't go to eat at the restaurant, but to shop in the store!! I love their holiday treasures. I took pics of some of my favs.... But there were so many more things. Their clothing is of a good quality and you can usually catch some good pieces on sale! The sale racks are in the right hand corner when you walk in the door. I always go the day after Halloween and Christmas as all their left over items for that holiday immediately go on sale 50% off. If you like owls this is the place to be!!!

Cracker Barrel is always a great place for excellent quality food. Their biscuits are like homemade. My one and only complaint is that the butter they serve is frozen, wish it was soft. They are very busy but will do their best for getting a place to seat you. Shopping is fantastic so far I'm never bored while waiting. Give it a try!

Portions are definitely smaller than they used to be. I tried the breakfast tacos. Not good. No seasoning. I should have gotten the cream cheese stuffed pancakes. Our server only filled my drink once. I needed another refill while I choked down my dry meal. It never came.

Omg!! My first and probably last visit😆 what an experience, first off the hostess looked to be about 12, was very unprofessional, unfriendly escorted us to our seats without any conversation, the waitress totally screwed up our food, my sons broccoli looked like it was scraped off the floor it was dirty, he sent it back only to get “cleaner” broccoli at the end of his meal, my husband ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes, they came with NO strawberries (apparently they were out of ALL fruit) he had ordered hard eggs and they were runny so we sent them back only to never see he eggs again, lol!! I had ordered chicken and dumplings they were wonderful so score for me, lol Interesting place for sure😆

Im new to Tennessee and I’ve been trying all the different restaurants, and I had high hopes for Cracker Barrel. I’ve decided to order the trout with green beans and fried okra. I was disappointed to see that the green things were cans, and that my trout was an edible due to it being overwhelmingly salty I attempted to scrape the salt off of my fish as depicted in my picture it barely helps. Positive note beautiful fire we were seated quickly waitress was friendly, and it has a really cute store attached. I wish I could give it a higher rating for the food but I cannot.I

I would have uploaded a video if it would have let me. The food was definitely not up to par today. The grits were runny the bacon was raw and so were the pancakes. Environment was very friendly though and so was our server Shannon.. she was absolutely amazing!!!

We ordered our Thanksgiving dinner and picked it up on Tuesday. We followed all of the instructions given to us. The turkey was tasteless, hard to carve, and was more like pressed turkey. The sides were not bad but not like the Cracker Barrel we are use to. The pumpkin pie was not good at all. The pecan pie was just ok. What a great disappointment!! A waste of our money and time. Our family was very disappointed.

One of the best Cracker Barrel restaurants we've ever eaten at The dog park made me wish we had our dog with us! Service is outstanding. Food is delicious and what the restaurant promises! Others could learn so much from this place! Clean, excellent choice!

2/26/2023 Ashton was overwhelmed but was so kind and courteous. We had a party of 5 and we've all worked in the service industry so we understood. Ashton was funny, caring, helpful and I'd ask for her to wait on us again, the next time we come through. She was triple sat and took it like a champ! No apologizes were needed, she made up for it in personality alone. So good job Ashton! It was a pleasure meeting you and we hope you'll be there on our next trip through!!

Probably my favorite Cracker Barrel's I have ever been to. La'Loni was an excellent server, and the food was amazing as always. I ordered the build your own breakfast with scrambled eggs (with Colby cheese) hash brown casserole, and toasted sour dough with apple butter. Awesome food for the price.

Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Another 10 minutes for waitress, out of a lot of items. Food takes 15 minutes. Plastic wrap baked in food, more specifically the mac and cheese. A kid could have choked on it and died, I choked on it for god sakes!20 minutes for a manager to come to the table. Manager offers explanation "that the plastic wrap wasn't removed but thats all it is." Last time I eat at a cracker barrel.

The food was cold. It wasn't what it used to be when it was fresh. Hot burning your mouth. Everything seems lukewarm I got the breakfast and my girl got the lunch and then the two sides were fried pickles which were real salty and had a lot of grease and they got the Wisconsin bites and they were just wasn't what I thought they were. So maybe I need to start cooking again

The cheesecake pancakes and french toast were great. The only thing I can complain about was the overcooked steaks and the fact that they ran out of broccoli.

Took my son her after his football game. Was told there was a 15 min wait but only took about 5. We sat outside on the rocking chairs and we’re gonna play checkers but we’re called inside before we could play. There are probably 15 rocking chairs outside if you have to wait. Ordered immediately when we were seated. I got the cheesecake pancake meal with scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. Added hash brown casserole on the side. My son was basic and ordered the pancakes bacon and hard fried eggs. When the food came out, the only issue was his eggs were runny. The waitress ended up taking off the hash brown casserole to make up for the issue.

We came for breakfast, it was busy. But to be expected. Our wait wasn’t to bad. The menu was super limited for the holiday I think. But our waitress was not very nice. When asked a question about the menu the response my brother got was “if it’s not on the menu it can’t be done! So what do you want”. That could have been better for sure. Also when a to go request is made at the table it should be brought to the table not up front for pickup. I completely forgot about it, not the fault of anyone there just me being a scatter brain but it’s still very strange that they take it up there. I called about it and the response I got was you can come back and get it, that’s just the way we do it. The food was fine and it was busy so I overlooked a lot but the service was not good at all. But again, it was busy. I would recommend having the Togo food that is ordered at a table brought to the table however.

Our meal was great today and our waitress was excellent. My only, not complaint but question, was on seating. The hostess was seating single patrons at tables for 4, so they were the only person there at that table, then with plenty of tables open she seated my husband and myself at a very small table for just 2. It was kind of strange. I noticed at least 3 tables that could hold 4 people with only 1 person at them. Other than that, our food and service was very good.

The server was very attentive and polite. Eggs were slightly cool and the french toast didn't have any flavor. The syrup also did not have flavor all I could taste was sweet. Their thick sliced bacon was more like standard cut. Price was within reason.

Our wait was even shorter than we were told it would be and the food met our expectations. I would also add that our waitress was very good. What I cannot understand though is how on a Sunday at noon you are out of “fried chicken, chicken strips AND chicken and dumplings”?! How does that even happen? Also - when we were ready for desert they had NONE. No Coca Cola cake nor peach cobbler which was all that was on the Sunday Menu. Luckily we snagged a Hershey Bar in the gift shop to satisfy that craving. I love Cracker Barrel, but I will not be back to this particular one.
