Pablo's is a decent Mexican Restaurant. Better than most in town. Pablo's has some strong points and weak points. Your personal likes and dislikes will determine your own thoughts on Pablo's. Several items to note. Pablo's offers an authentic Tacos al Pastor complete with pineapple, an ingredient often missing in other restaurant servings. In addition, the homemade salsa is authentic and spicy. It is a must have so be sure and ask the friendly staff for it. Finally, the homemade guacamole was different than served elsewhere and was very good. Pablo's is in the old Pbody's on Riverside Drive Clarksville Tennessee. The older people will fondly remember this as the site of Super Giant Dairy Freeze. I loved a thick Super Giant milkshake, but there were things I didn't like at Pablo's. The chips and salsa served when seated were far inferior to other places. Also, the enchilada sauce tasted like marina sauce. There were other less than stellar things but overall, Pablo's is a good place to eat.

They have a live band on Saturday's from 6-8. They are wonderful and have other local people sitting in. Always a great time, the food is excellent and they have overflow parking right next door.

Really great food as far as flavor and presentation if you’re hoping for a chill and casual dining experience! The portions are substantial too.

Wonderful place. Food is pretty good (nothing mind blowing, but it's standard Mexican fare), but the deals are where it's at! 2 dollar margs on Saturdays, are you kidding me? That's almost too good to be true these days. Taco Tuesdays also awesome (pay the extra for the grilled chicken. Worth it.) Staff was beyond friendly as well. About to make this the new weekly spot.

The area we sat was extremely loud due to the room design and the volume in which some patrons were speaking (lots of kids). Food and service was excellent. They take great pride in their cooking. The seating layout is kind of odd and could use a remodel to utilize space better. The area were we sat has a vaulted ceiling and and doesn't muffle conversation very well. Again, this could be resolved with a remodel. We'd definitely go again, but would request to sit near the bar.

We went there for the first time tonight and it was SO GOOD!! My husband got the burritos locos and a side of chicken with cheese sauce and I had the vegetarian combo #4 (it came with rice, a cheese enchilada topped with cheese sauce, and a veggie quesadilla-broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and onions I believe) and a cheese enchilada (with the red sauce). We got a small side of cheese sauce as well. He had a sweet tea and me a water. All of that was under $35 with tax! Well worth the money and the food tasted really good too. We ordered and it came out like five minutes later too! Fast and friendly service and good hot food!!

Such a hidden gem! Went with a friend and was skeptical at first but it turned out to be an amazing place. Staff friendly and bilingual! I love a Mexican restaurant with authenticity! Definitely will be back to visit.

Service was extremely slow. Got here at 4pm, they were not busy at all. Sat is quickly, but did not get our food until 530. Waiter hardly came back to our table. Had to ask for refills multiple times before he finally remembered to refill our drink. Chicken in their pollo ranchero was dry, and they skimp you majorly on the cheese. Sweet tea was more lemonade with a tea bag in it to be honest. It tasted so lemony. I just simply wouldn't recommend this place. I've had way better Mexican food, and for this place to call itself "authentic", just overrated and a little disappointing.

Pablo's Authentic Mexican Restaurant is a total gem. Their food is like a taste of real Mexico – I had their tacos and they were bursting with flavor, you could tell they use fresh ingredients. The place has a really cool and relaxed vibe, kind of like hanging out with friends. The staff were super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. If you're into genuine Mexican food and a chill atmosphere, you gotta check out Pablo's – it's a winner!

This place is good. Not my go to but I love their food. You won’t go wrong I know it sounds weird but you won’t be disappointed. The staff is great and so is their food.

Excellent! Being a military family & moving around so much, it's really hard to find good Mexican food. Look no further, Pablo's is probably in my top 5 of places I've ate at, and I'm really picky about my Mexican food. Flavor was on point, large portions, prices are much lower than establishments near by, staff was very friendly, we had so much food left over, we ate the next day. My husband had the molcajete, I had the parillada Don Pablo. This is definitely going to be our go to place.

My friend Juliana and I tried this restaurant out last weekend. It was sooo busy, we couldn't figure out who our waiter was at one point lol. The food though, you definitely get your money worth there!! The restroom was clean. I just recommend telling people to pay at the cash register, we waited needlessly for the waiter to pick up our card lol. We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I have gone in here so many times and it was amazing for a time. Then out of nowhere we would come in and we would be seated then completely ignored for over 15 minutes and other tables would be waited on but we would be ignored. I’m very sad about this I really enjoyed the food. The service on the other hand is just awful and the one male server is rude and we have decided no to come back. I did mention it to the manager one time but he didn’t seem to care that’s ok I wish them the best and the have lost us as customers we will spend our money elsewhere.

I always love this place i go becouse its good and i work right across the street i got the Pablo's special and my hubby got the fajita burrito with cheese sauce the staff is nice and friendly and you get your food fast

Went here for my bday lunch. Very friendly and attentive staff. The portions were huge and yummy/authentic. Definitely wear loose pants, you'll leave full. We had a great time and I'm glad we picked it to celebrate.

Pretty average Mexican restaurant. Extra stars for taco Tuesday with 1.50 steak and grilled chicken tacos and friendly atmosphere. Also because everything is either 1 or 5 stars 🤩. Plenty of food. Pretty good prices.

Ate here for my husband’s birthday and I’m disappointed to say the service was terrible because I really wanted to eat here again. They weren’t even busy. Not once did our drinks get refilled. We didn’t get offered a high chair for our daughter, we didn’t get offered to go boxes. We didn’t even get asked if we’d like dessert. We had to be pretty patient with asking for all of these things to our server who was no where to be found at most times. We discovered that she was sitting in the back on her phone when we went to pay. My fried ice cream had a hair in it and that was pretty much the breaking point to me leaving a review. I hope this review finds them good and they can encourage better service and cleanliness as well as correcting their mistakes to their customers. Not the birthday dinner my husband deserved at all.

Pablo's was good. Ordered the chicken shrimp and steak fajitas. Definitely enough to share. They give chips and salsa when you first get there. They took my order quickly and the food was ready quickly. Price was reasonable.

Listen- cheapest margarita pitchers -$13.99 and ask for light ice. They even have them to-go. Also, their lunch menu is all day. I get the lunch pollo ranchero for half the price -5.99 and it’s like the same portion. Also free chips and salsa- very delicious! We always leave here feeling nice 😂

I give this place 10 stars. The salsa is tasty and has just the right amount of zest. I had the burrito grande trio with steak, chicken and shrimp. It was as big as my arm and delicious. The meat is very well seasoned and a lot of it

Best Mexican restaurant in the Clarksville area. Prices and portions cannot be beat. We always have great service and good drinks. Nice location down by the river. Also great vegetarian options, more than most Mexican restaurants.
