Place is a literal dump frequented by crackheads. Trashed rooms. Found roaches in my bed. Door locks broken to room and bathroom. Staff rude. Kept my deposit because I smoked in a SMOKING room. Manager Pam was rude and unhelpful.

Rooms were disgusting, wholes in the all left over food hidden in the night stand, walls were dirty. Our family members one of there rooms was freezing and holes in the walls too and just dirty. This hotel doesn't clean up after there guests, if they cleaned the beds im sure there wouldn't of been dirt on my sheet still. Big hole in the wall of the bathroom come the morning bunch of bugs were coming out of it, no clue what kind but they were black and big, hopefully they didn't stick to any of my dogs bedding. Beds weren't to bad didnt have bed bugs, sheets were itchy though. There air conditioner is falling apart worked in our room but not families. shower feels so thin you might fall through and we aren't big people. However it was a place to sleep and rest before the next half of our treck back home, prices weren't exactly worth the conditions of the falling apart, pet prices were 20 per animals, which bumps it up quite abit. We paid like 80$?? for a falling apart bug infested bathroom, uncleaned/ falling apart room. If it was cleaned better then it wouldn't of been such an issue, wholes well the bathroom one is rotting away and looks kicked in onto of that, not to sure how they'd fix that.

I flew down to Miami to pick up a truck and had to drive it back to Kansas City so I stayed there in my second night of driving. The location is great next to a Logan's Steakhouse and a McDonald's so I loved that. Price was $75 after taxes and everything I really like that. The room was just okay comfortable bed. Bathroom was kind of dark and the cable TV was pretty lame but...BUT I slept like a rock so I'll give this hotel a 3.75 ...i would stay there again!

Rooms are gross. Everything is broken. Wouldn't let my dog stay in this dive. Manager Pam stole my deposit. Never could tell me why she was keeping it. Maybe to find a drug habit?

The thing that I did not like was that I paid what was required per the website but when I got there they said it would be an additional 60 dollars that I can get back when I leave , so almost 170 dollars for 1 night , for 170 i could have stayed at a IHC hotel , with breakfast in the morning, for 170 . I could have stayed at a better hotel , should have had it posted on the website 1st

The bathtub was really dirty, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and it smelled terrible. The only good parts were the shower head and the water pressure. The lampshades were dirty, and we got a non-smoking room, and when we walked in, it instantly smelled like smoke. The floor was really dirty. The beds had a lot of people's hair on them and dirt, and there was a stain on the side of the bed, and that was disgusting. The microwave was dirty on the inside. There was black tape holding the trim together. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner, only one bar of soap that was it. the ceiling was disgusting. There was a lot of bugs and dirt under the sink, and the counter was really dirty. Behind the door where you walked in, it was dirty. We only stayed there because we had a dog. It's like, do they even clean the rooms? Pros, showerhead water pressure, easy to find from the freeway. Cons millions of things. If I could give negative stars, i would. The pool wasn't even open, and it's summer. There's just like black tarp over. I wonder what's under it. Written by granddaughter 12 years old. Ps they don't serve breakfast, only coffee the rooms were expensive too.

This place is unsanitary. Their were knats all over the room and a roach as soon as I walked in near the bathroom. They did put us in a new room that was better though.

Nasty rooms. Bugs everywhere. Saw roaches, chicken mites, and earwigs. Also saw rodent droppings in stairwells. Inattentive staff. Manager Pam was rude and acted like she was God of the hospitality industry. That struck me as funny since the place is such a dump. Tv was broken. Door locks were broken. Entry cards were broken. Shower was broken. Ice machine was broken. Fridge was broken. Pool isn’t open, even though they list it on the amenities. These rooms are $100 a night. Not $60. And they pocketed my $60 deposit because they said I smoked in a non smoking room. I was sold a smoking room. I’d go to ANY other place in town.

Get a tetanus shot before staying here. We just needed an overnight the curtains were hanging off of the rod, half of the lighting fixtures did not work, the heat did not work, the sink was clogged, the toilet ran all night long, the bathroom had not been cleaned, so showering was out of the question. But the beds were fairly comfortable after we check for bedbugs.

If I wasn’t dead tired I would rather of slept in a ditch, our room stunk so bad of cigarettes 🚬 I’m pretty sure my son slept on a crime scene mattress

Rude staff. Suprise $60 deposit. Unwilling to work with me (not necessarily about money) but I’m glad after reading alot of the reviews and seeing similar instance’s happening. Shy away Days Inn doesn’t do so and Travelodge gives you your deposit back had no issues. Worst Motel 6 I’ve been to. Save your time and go to all the others they need to shut this one down

Location is the only selling point of this property. TV and appliances are functioning. Bed is comfy. Towels are not good. They look like rags. Our tub is broken, water pressure is fine. Hot water works. Housekeeping needs to improve. Room is spacious but not tidy. On the side where the fridge sits, you will find items left behind by previous guests. Restaurants closeby. If you just need a bed to sleep, it is passable but not ok. Wifi connection not good.

Non smoking room, smelled like somebody had been smoking in the room 5 minutes before we arrived. Shower had hair all inside of it. The rooms need some TLC for real. Peeling paint, tiles falling off the walls, bathroom vent was falling off the wall. My wife laid in the bed for 5 minutes and was itching all night, I can sleep anywhere, so it didn't bother me.

When we arrived at 5:30am even after calling to make sure we could book a room, there was no one there.! No response! No one at any window, much less the service window! We paid $63 of course with the taxes for a room for six hours.! OK we knew that was gonna happen but we didn’t know is that a room key wasn’t going to work and we were going to be able to ever leave the room would like in the door because they couldn’t get the room key to work! I was let in nicely by the person who works here and he had the nerve to tell me “let me let you in” for $63 dollars you better let me in buddy! Maybe it was the abnormal cold here in Tennessee but people should be a rule about their own room key... OK next one set of towels is not appropriate ever! Some people take a shower before bed and some people take a shower after bed.! Second wow the shower water goes everywhere all over the toilet, all over the door, all over the floor then you track all the water throughout the whole room and of course there’s no towels to clean it up! The hotels system really have to come up with a way of checking people in at any time of the day and being able to give them a reasonable rate for hours that they will be staying there! Good thing is this place didn’t need a deposit so, I didn’t get robbed with pending holds from my bank and and a wet room!

🤯SERIOUSLY how hard is to teach employees how to tend to the breaker box❓I get that this is a "2" star motel. I get that sometimes things happen that CANT be controlled. That being said I'll never understand why it is that everytime the electricity surges in my room THERES ONLY "1" PERSON in the the ENTIRE BUILDING that can simply turn em back on. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE EVEN KNOWS HOW TO DO IT...AND FOR SOME REASON IT ACTUALLY MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO THEM. A few weeks ago I LITERALLY waited over 3 hours. Today shockingly it took 10 mins or less. Yes I'm a guest here BUT for right now this is also literally my HOME* It's literally ALWAYS something. If it's not the electricity...it's the Ice machine (it might work for a few days but that's it) I've been here OVER a year and there's still no access to the pool. It's summer time and hotter than hell. Still no washer/dryer either. I feel like if things were actually "FIXED" instead of putting a Band-Aid on things or rigging things up...it'd better for everybody. Might even bring more business. However...I highly doubt anything will change. I say that because after spending more than 12 months here...it's been the same problems repeatedly. I've NEVER had a problem with any of the staff so...that's a plus. They're cool folks (all of em) but enough is enough. Some things NEED to be changed around here🤦🏾‍♀️ITS so ridiculous on top of Frustrating* As much as I pay to live here...I need everything to work and I DONT feel like that's asking too much...AT ALL* It's not a good look at all😔

They now charge a deposit fee of $60.00 along with the room fee that gets charged back to your card that can take 7 to 10 working days to be put back into your account??? What's up with this?? Rooms ac did not work that well Bathrooms mold on walls Ceiling huge water stains No Ice Machine Evening Front desk gentleman super nice friendly Which to me was important so that makes up for any issue could have

Someone should really adjust the amenities list. There are no vending machines OR washer/dryer. Yes there's a pool but you can't use it. Ice machines works sometimes.

This hotel is way to bad for the staff to be as rude as they are. The hotel owner seems to be pretty cool guy but the staff that he hired need to be immediately let go. All of the people that seem to live there are very sketchy. Do not spend your money here.

Not bad, just a little worn. The room was clean and had wood vinyl floors! So nice no carpeting. Appliances were in need of some attention but for the price can’t expect too much more.

Gentleman who checked me in was nice. Good location, easy to find. Room smelled of smoke and didn't have outlets readily available by the bed. We pulled out a stand to find an outlet and found dead bugs. Bedding appeared torn and not very clean. We chose not to stay.
