Freaking nightmare. My VA appointment was booked a month in advance to see Mr. Hibbs. Someone contacted me yesterday asking me to reschedule my appointment that was scheduled for today 6/21 at 10:30AM. In any other circumstance I would, but because I work in Nashville and could not adjust my schedule at the last minute because I already requested this particular day I said I could not reschedule. Now I just received a phone call at 9AM at the request of Mr. Hibbs stating that his nurse’s daughter is sick and asking if I can reschedule my appointment??? I understand that things come up. I have kids myself, but you’re really trying to tell me that you guys only have ONE nurse at this facility?? If you’re thinking about booking an appointment here please don’t do it. And to my fellow vets you’re better off waiting for a VA provider.

Absolutely the worst! I have been with this group for less than a year and have had 3 providers. 2 left the practice. It's impossible to get an appointment this way! How can I get a PCP who doesn't quit? Is this place that bad that they can't keep doctors? It is it the doctors are so bad they get fired? Both are true for me. One of the two appts I did get this year, I waited in an empty waiting room for 30min after my appt, then another 45min In the exam room!! I ended up walking out! Unprofessional and just not good!

The appointment was at 430, I was asked to come 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was in the door by 405. The receptionist wanted to remind me that "we will have to schedule yiyr appointment, someone literally left you a message yesterday saying to be here a half n hour early." Nope, I'm good, I dragged my two young kids out to be greeted like that, I'll go somewhere else. Feel free to call me. Add on- when they give a number for you to call, don't bother, they don't call back😅

I like Dr.Hibbs professionalism. He always greets me with a smile, which is very important to me. He always answers my questions, and most importantly, he doesn't rush me out of his office.

Every visit with the office is always a pleasure. The staff always greets you with a smile. Dr Hobbs is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answers any question I ask him. Even though it is a Dr office, you have a good feeling when you walk through the door!

Michael Hibbs is awesome- He will spend time with you and answer all your questions. He is very thorough and will order test needed to find out what’s going on. He also has a great personality. I told him last week he better not even think about leaving or I would chain him to the office. Ha!!! His nurse is also amazing!!! You won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work Michael.

Saw Dr. Hibbs, very pleasant and had reviewed my chart. He went over how I was doing and checked all my health issues. Did an EKG and checked out why I was having black outs. Very good check up.

It was my first visit with Michael Hibbs he was very nice and asked many questions about my health. He seemed concerned about my health all was well except I had to wait over an hour for more blood work.
