Well, I had an appointment there right after lunch at 1pm. I didn't leave the office until 4pm. I waited 3 hours just to see the Dr for 5 mins. The staff he had 3 years ago was great. They gave me the right paperwork when I asked. I didn't have to wait 2 and 3 weeks. I went there to pick up a copy of my daughters medical records and Dr. Clardy flat out told his staff, while I was sitting there. "We don't see patients on Wednesday. This is why we are so behind. If they don't like it they can go somewhere else." Now granted I came in on a Wednesday because I was waiting 3 weeks for a copy, that they kept giving me the run around on. It should have been a quick and easy issue. They ended up giving me the paperwork from LAST year. :Sigh: In my opinion he is getting older and needs to retire. Don't get me wrong he is nice and all but this is a business where you need to get patients in and out, not to sit and chat with them all afternoon. I will not continue to take my daughter here. The past 2 years have been horrible at this place.

There is a very long wait and there is not much seating or parking.

Worse doctor ever. Went in to have my hand looked out all he did was give pain medicine. Didn't even look at. His nurse assistant saw it was swollen. Sent for x-ray. Went back and told me it was in my head and my hand was fine. Turns out I have nerve damage. Every time they took my vitals they bruised my arms. One nurse took my blood pressure on same arm 4 times. Then had to ask for help. Once she figured it out my pressure was low. To come to find he also went to jail. Dr clardy is horrible. Doesn't care about patient. Even though he was my doctor year ago it sucks that people have to go through this
