Walked around the store, workers greeted us. Everyone was nice.Then we watched fishing demos. It was neat to see them eat. He did a great job explaining the food and what each fish was. So many things to see. Down side near the fish tank is a entry person who is really into your personal space. I try to avoid her and go the long way to see the fish. She sometimes still walks to you. It's her job but I'm weird about my personal space it's uncomfortable for me

This Bass Pro Shop is a unique one! As it used to be a former shopping mall. This store has a lot of cool stuff and I love the aesthetics! It’s definitely amazing.

This is a great place to visit for everyone. So much to see and things to do. This place is in order. Clean and organized. Love this place and I believe if you've not been you will also be blown away by all of it.

A great place to come for every sporting good thing you might need. The huge fish aquarium is pretty cool as well as the variety of boats they carry in stock. A fun place to take your kids and browse around!

Bought my 1st handgun today & I have to give a huge shout-out to Tom W. In guns. He made the experience awesome, friendly, funny, but yet on point when it came to the important stuff. I made a purchase online for a store pick up. I picked it up on a Wednesday afternoon. The store was not busy, and I was able to get my item quickly and with no issues. The folks in the Hunting section were knowledgeable and friendly. I also picked up a few items in store and had a great check out experience. Store was clean, and everything I needed was well stocked. I did notice a few bare shelves, but considering it was Wednesday following Thanksgiving, that might be expected. This is the 3rd largest Bass Pro shop in the country after Springfield MO and Memphis TN. Fun place to shop and look around.

This store knows how to operate to give every single customer a happy experience. Employees are very friendly and know how to help without being too obnoxious. Store is very kids friendly and plenty of things to shop for. I do have to honestly say I don't care too much about sales guys who try to persuade you to open a credit card on every isle. It's just a little bug... Other than that, you will not be disappointed here!

For a bass pro shop it was very dead and had a small town big store vibe its a huge store and there were maybe 20 people in there and 60% of them worked there it still had bass pro shop shopping with the high prices and everything

We go every yr at Christmas to see Santa. I have a 4yo little girl and she was being quite shy and was nervous about meeting Santa but he put on a big smile and talked to her real quiet and asked her what she wanted. He did an amazing job. She came out of her shell and started smiling and ended up taking a really good picture. You can tell he really enjoys the kids, it's not just a "job" or "community service". He made her experience special and she talked about it for days. She even made sure we followed Santa's specific instructions to leave "a couple extra cookies" so he would bring her a big girl bike. Once you go here, it'll ruin mall Santa's for you.
