One
of
my
favorite
parks
in
Clarksville!
It
has
plenty
of
fun
things
to
do
with
your
children
or
they
can
explore
by
themselves.
It
is
a
pretty
clean
park
with
very
little
loose
garbage.
There
is
public
restrooms
(open
only
during
"operating
hours"
during
peak
park
season-
summer).
There
are
concrete
walkways
that
go
throughout
the
playground
areas,
leading
from
the
parking
lot
to
the
picnic
area.
The
playgrounds
themselves
have
wood
chips/mulch
as
filler
with
some
soft
foam/turf
immediately
coming
off
the
walkway
to
the
"on-ramps"
for
the
play
sets.
The
splash
pad
is
an
amazing,
free
activity
for
children
of
all
ages
and
sizes
during
the
summer
(it
shuts
down
the
4th
of
September
until
the
following
May)!
A
small
skate
park
with
rails,
stairs
and
ramps
is
right
across
the
street
from
the
playgrounds,
it
has
limited
parking
right
in
front
of
you
can
Park
in
the
large
playground
lot.
There
are
concrete
walking
trails
in
that
go
around
the
playgrounds
and
behind
the
skate
park
in
a
treed
area
as
well.
A
dog
park
is
completely
separate
from
the
playgrounds
with
its
own
parking
lot
also
located
at
the
complex.
It
should
be
noted
that
the
fields
are
closed
to
the
public
unless
you
are
part
of
a
recreational
group/league
that
makes
a
reservation
to
use
the
fields.
