READ BEFORE COMING!!! I went to the ER for chest pain, and I was taken back quickly. After that was done, I waited 30 min for chest X-Rays. I waited over 120 min or 2 hours just to be put in a makeshift hallway with dividers. They waited for more people to fill the main lobby until they took all 10 of us back. I would have instead gone to urgent care; at least they have tested me for whatever. Now they finally took my blood. There is no sense of urgency after the initial test. Very unprofessional business. Just go somewhere in the case of an emergency 🚨 Someone fell out of their seat, and she asked for help, and a guy came over and said, “Why are you on the floor?” She said “I passed out” he said “we’ll get off the floor it’s dirty.” Prior to that she told them she felt like passing out. They did not do anything to prevent her from passing out. Update I have been here for 3 hours and nothing!!!! They medical team never checked my temperature, throat or ears. They never tested for flu, strep or Covid. Why would I reach out to call you if you we are a bad medical hospital.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at ANY hospital! My father in law was brought in around 7pm with a head injury, and we never got any updates until 2am for them to tell us he was transported to a different hospital like “30 minutes ago” the whole time we were sitting there we could of been following the van to the other hospital. I went to the check in desk multiple times to ask for updates and every time they would say just give us a few minutes and someone will come talk to you. NO ONE came to talk to us; Except insurance lady of course. They did a CT scan twice and said he was looking good (why was he transferred if he was looking good?) and then when he arrived to the other hospital they’re saying he has a Skull Fracture and brain Hemorrhage. I’m disgusted with Tennova. I do not recommend to anyone for any means of medical treatment. There was one nurse that was nice and the paramedic was informative when we finally got to see talk to him at 2am, and the only reason we got to talk to him is because he mistakenly thought we were another patients family… To make matters even worse my father in law thought he was there all ALONE because they told him no one was there for him! My wife and Mother in law are emotionally wrecked because he thought he was all alone the entire time!

I had to go to the emergency rm last Wednesday n was scared n nervous about going. I want to let everyone there at the emergency rm that u are one great all shift group. I stayed n emergency 2 days due to know rooms, but I had the most kind n professional young nurses n doctors that I have ever encountered. They we're so friendly, heart warming, professional n so much more. Although I was sick I couldn't have endured a first class medical staff. Also thanks to Michelle Li, such a great caring physician. I've heard so many different stories about Tennova , n now I experienced it for myself. The only one thing that was not of good quality was the food, it always came cold n the presentation rate was low, The eggs were scrambled but n big hunks, not good!! Thank you Tennova for the wonderful care, God bless all of u in blue. D. Pryor

I had an outpatient surgery. It was supposed to be overnight but was able to leave early. While I was there everyone was so pleasant. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and the surgery department were so extremely nice. I have never had any issues with Tennova. Everyone has always been so professional and caring towards my needs.

My doctor who did my same day surgery was amazing. Also all the nurses and staff that took care of me getting me ready for surgery were amazing! It was such a stress free, easy experience. I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much Tennova for taking such good care of me!!

I could take 30 mins to write out this long, in detail explanation as to why I gave 5 stars… but honestly all I have to say is I have been to plenty of medical facilities and had nothing but bad experience at all of them. The nurses, doctors, and every single person I encountered during my labor and delivery was nothing short of amazing at Tennova. I had a few issues with one nurse, but when voiced my concern it was taken seriously and I was asked about the encounter by multiple individuals to make sure they fixed it. All I can say is that this is the best medical care I have ever received and I’m truly blessed with how amazing myself and my family were taken care of.

Had appointment i the out-patient imaging department was told I must arrive at 7:30am for my 8 am appointment. I arrived at 7:25am and proceeded to the out- patient reception. The young lady working at the reception desk was rude and short and acted like she had no time to deal with patients. No good morning or how can I help you. I did notice she certainly was pleasant to her Doordash delivery person. At 8:15 am I went up to the reception desk where I stood in front of her for at least a minute without any acknowledgment. When she finally looked up her response was “Yes?” I proceeded to tell her I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes and was now late for my scheduled MRI. Her response was you are next. No apologies, nothing. Again she made me feel as though I was bothering her. The rest of the check in process was smooth and the imaging department was great. I guess Tennova doesn’t understand service recovery, and this is coming from a former employee. The hospital should keep in mind that there are many other hospitals within a short drive, I would have to think long and hard about returning. Who wants to pay money to wait and be treated with disrespect and deal with rude unprofessional people.

This is my second visit with the L&D/Postpartum department, and they were wonderful! The staff was great, the nurse manager visited both days during my stay. My nurses were wonderful, caring, and very professional. The house keeping staff was polite and thorough and even the kitchen staff was nice. I have never had a problem with this department and I appreciate the experience, especially during a sensitive time like having a baby.

Tennova provided outstanding care. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff, I had my baby there a week ago, the nurse Alison monitored me and my baby constantly, giving lots of insight into every step of labor. The nurses were truly amazing always asking me if I needed anything. Overall I had a great experience there. I would recommend it!

Good doctors, great highly skilled nurses! Way to over crowded!!! Way to dirty. Need WAY more beds, like 3 to 4x what they have. The hospital needs to expand 3 to 4x it's current size and provide more critical care services. Staff is awesome. I didn't feel the hospital management cares. Why is the place short staffed with SO many people waiting to get care? Poor pay, conditions, management? Why isn't the available beds fully used? Not enough staff? Where is the dedicated cleaning crew? I'm the end we can be thankful of great nurses and doctors but certainly not management.

I was scheduled for a mammogram. Was told to be there at 11 o’clock for an 11:30 appointment. I actually arrived at 10:45. And had to wait 45 minutes before I was even checked in. Tennova is in my network. But I was told the radiologist reading the mammogram screening may or may not be in network. I would then be responsible for paying the out of network cost for the radiologist. “ The charge is usually only $40” , only $40? And the employee knows what my finances are and that I can afford the $40? I was also told if I wanted to get a good DEXA scan reading that I should go to Kentucky and have it done there. That’s the advice I get? Pretty sure next year I will go to Kentucky for both my DEXA scan and my mammogram reading. It would be worth the ride instead of sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. at least in Kentucky, I know both of facility and the radiologist are in my net work, and it won’t cost me anymore!

I loved the nurses. They took really good care of me but this place is so under staffed. I felt bad even asking for help. I had to have a blood transfusion and was supposed to have a consultation with OB but they left me in a room for 24 hours and forgot I was there. The doctor finally came in and apologized and said she didn’t even know I was waiting on her. They sent me home but had to wait another 4 hours for the ER doctor to sign my release paper. I would not recommend this hospital at all.

The lady’s when you first walk in have a dry personality type of greeting. After that it’s great. The young lady that done my registration was over the top helpful getting me checked in. The staff in the I think imaging center were super. Very upbeat light mood telling jokes kidding around. A crew that could make even the most nervous person at ease. Great bunch of gals and guys to have met. I’ll probably get to see them in the future since I need injections quite often. Looking forward to seeing them again.

I arrived before 9am for a 9:30 appointment. I had an X ray right away that did not require an appointment. I was not called for my scheduled appointment until 10:10am. That went well and the tech was nice. Then I had to go to the lab and get blood drawn. I arrived in the lab around 10:30. I waited over an hour there.

I went in for some tests. Registering was and quick. The x-ray technicians and the woman who did the EKG were all great. Very efficient staff and providers. Much better than what you would expect from a hospital.

Facility was very clean and organized. The initial description of where to go for registration was less than optimum, however, the signage after registration was excellent. I had an MRI. The gentleman performing the study was very competent and thorough. All aspects of the procedure were well explained. The procedure was performed with contrast. The IV insertion was painless and there was literally no bruising or even bleeding on removal.

This was the second time I had a baby at Tennova. The first time was great no issues. But this theme was horrible. The nurses were rude and disrespectful. They treated us badly. They continued to do so even after we told them to stop. They didn’t bring us our food after putting us under a no contact order until the food was cold. I had just had my daughter and started breastfeeding immediately but was unable to eat properly because of the nurses poor treatment of us. So on top of treating me and my fiancé badly. They made it harder for me to be able to feed my daughter properly.

I was very anxious upon arrival. Once I was admitted, I calmed down tremendously and all because of your wonderful staff/personnel. From Sarah that did my blood work to everyone from that point on. Joshua was excellent, so many others, I just can't recall all the names. But I must say thmuat everyone that met between 9 a m-11 a m.....I thank you one an all for such a wonderful experience!

Labor and delivery unit was great for it being my first time ever at this hospital. Having an unexpected emergency 24 hr stay I will say all my nurses were good to me especially Amber!! She was my overnight nurse and was very attentive, helping and caring. Any time I needed to call a nurse in they all responded right away!

My experience with having surgery at Tennova was overall a pleasant one. The check in process was super smooth and the surgery was right on scheduled time. The surgeon took her time and did an excellent job. The night nurse for the night of my surgery was great! The morning nurse was kind but I basically had to call the nurses station multiple times if I needed anything that day. Also I was in tears with pain and had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to come around after I had already called the nurse and told them I was in pain. That kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. So overall, good experience. But the day nurses could've been better.

I’m always happy when I visit a Doctor at Tennova Hospital. I have never had a terrible experience. The employees and Doctors treat me with respect and listen to what I have to say and how I feel. On two occasions the Doctors have ( I feel ) saved my life. The nurses and staff are very concerned about my health. I have great appreciation for all of the nurses and Doctors. They Do Great work. Thank you. Mike S.

My experience was great from beginning to end. The staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. To me as their patient and to my wife. I was dreading getting this procedure done. But, the Specialist, Nurses and Doctors made me comfortable with the care that they gave and the professionalism that they displayed. Thank you to the whole team that participated at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville….

Everyone was very nice. The wait in the out-patient room to get signed in was a long wait, but once I was sent to xray, it moved very fast. The people I interacted with were helpful and kind. Just need to hurry up the sign in procedure.

When I first arrived to Clarksville 3 years ago, I had heard negative things about this hospital from locals, but I didn't expect it to be so unprofessional. I took my mother to the ER because she was in excruciating pain. The nurse informed her that she needed to draw blood when we entered one of the rooms. She had done it incorrectly the first time and needed to go get another set, only to do it incorrectly again AND drop the needles on the floor. She also needed a second nurse to assist her in inserting the needle. We were returned to the waiting room after all of that. 10 minutes later a women screams “The baby is coming!!”. People had to call the nurses' attention since they didn't notice. A man passed out on the floor shortly after that, and they also seemed clueless about that. The man was given a hospital bed, but he had to wait in the lobby. Individuals in the hospital began discussing how unprofessional this hospital is and at this point, a few people, including myself and my mother, simply stood up and left. My mother and I both agreed that driving an hour to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt was the better option.

Dr. Sean McLaughlin is probably the best urologist I’ve ever been to. He’s beyond amazing. The kindest most compassionate Dr. You can just tell how much he cares for his patients. I’m pretty impressed with Tennova Healthcare as well. The hospital is just running so smoothly & everyone does their best to help you feel comfortable. Ty. JM

Everyone was friendly and very helpful that I came in contact with. Absolutely EVERYONE at the hospital at the desks were very quick, friendly and helpful to help get where I need to be. I thank the hospital for everyone that spoke to me, directed me and gave me the bracelet and warm blankets. Their kindness and friendliness meant a lot.

I have had numerous experiences with this facility and all of them have been positive. I had knee surgery there this past fall and the experience was top notch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. I had an inpatient stay that was very positive as well. My mother law had COVID at 90 and spent weeks there and the experience was wonderful under the circumstances and the stress everyone was under. This is a great place for Clarksville and surrounding areas to seek care.

The nurses in labor and delivery were the nicest nurses I've had at any hospital. Ericka and Jackie especially. They were my nurses during my entire labor experience and they were amazing and made my experience that much more enjoyable. Along with my mid wife Missi. She treated me like a daughter and made me feel incredibly comfortable through my entire labor. Reassuring me that she'd take care of me and my baby girl. Hands down the best experience I've had and this was my 3rd child!! Great job ladies.

My nurse Cassie was fabulous. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of during my wait in the room before the procedure and upon my return. She was upbeat, super competent, and engaged. The team in the room for the procedure were patient and precise when they answered my questions. The nurse and anesthesiologist were very pleasant, efficient, and kind. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the evening before from Dr. Ennis This call served to reduce my anxiety greatly. When we spoke immediately before the procedure he was thorough, efficient, and assured, leaving me with the impression that I was going to be well taken care of—which I was. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ennis and all members of his team to others.

Had my hysterectomy there last week. Everyone was so nice. They answered all of my questions. They kept my husband informed while I was in surgery and in recovery. I absolutely love my gynecologist/ surgeon! Dr. Coffey is amazing. My recovery is going great! I haven't even needed pain meds! That has to be, in part, due to her skill as well as the skill of her team.

Was there to have stress test, echo, and heart monitor. EVERYONE I dealt with was awesome from the person at the front desk, to the person that checked me in and then those who conducted my tests. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When I got back to the screening area the staff was truly concerned about my comfort and well-being. I am totally comfortable with the quality of the care that I received.

I arrived before my appointment time due to the imaging centers time constraints. I waited over an hour to have my mammogram done when there was only one other person before me. No one bothered to tell me there would be an extended wait since two employees decided not to come in. The receptionist left without ever saying a word. HIRE more employees and inform the patients. If I return to your facility, next time I will walk out. My time is just as valuable. The lady that stayed to do the mammograms stayed past her time. She was very kind and compassionate. She’s not to blame!!

As a long time Barber in Clarksville, I have heard mixed reviews over the years about Tennova. I think it is a wonderful hospital, they took very good care of my boyfriend. I can't say enough good things about this hospital, it was clean, everyone from the janitors, cafeteria workers, food service that brought the patient trays, to the nurses, techs and doctors, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Much better than Vanderbilt. Thank you all for being great at what you do

My intake was done in a timely manner. The woman who checked me in was friendly and professional. My wait time was short. I was impressed to see that they waiting was set up for social distancing. The woman who performed my mammogram was also friendly and professional. She put me at ease and performed the procedure quickly and with minimal discomfort. With professionally like this I will be happy to return to your facility. Velvet M.
