    STOP GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS! We do not have to accept nasty customer service for a food we like! THERE are other chicken joints with people who WANT to work there! Because at the end of the day, they need our business! PERIODT! Lets stop letting people treat us BAD because they think we need their product! WE HAVE CHOICES!!!!!!! I am so angry!!! My husband went thru drive thru on 9/14/22 @ 235 pm, ordered an 8 pc with a large mashed potatoes. Paid $27 and was told to drive up to yellow pole and they would bring it out. He waited 15 minutes for our order and got home and it was fricking wrong! How? Why? I called the store at 430 Blanding Blvd and spoke with, so she said, district manager. TIANNA and my family will no longer order anything from this facility! Ever! I have never been treated so nasty and unprofessional by a customer service representative. Let's just say that this is a chicken joint that never has chicken ready and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told by Tianna to bring the order back to store to be reimbursed or replaced. I would not have had a problem with this had her TONE AND ATTITUDE been more respectful. She acted as if we stole the chicken, not waited for the wrong order. So, we should just take what we get and be happy. If we are not then WE can trek back up to the facility to ASK that they correct a mistake that THEY made. So now i am out of money, time and gas. Was that fricking chicken worth it? Even when I go there at 10 am, Opening hour, they are not able to produce product because "we are short staffed". That's the customers fault too. Done with them! 9/15/22 follow up: I received a call from Clay County Sheriff Dept. Because APPARENTLY Tianna felt threatened after she was nasty on phone with unprofessional customer service. I DIGRESS!!!!! if this Popeyes hires this caliber of employees, never open on time, excuses for not having chicken ready at a chicken joint, given 15 minures to make order and STILL GET IT WRONG!!! AND NASTY CUSTOMER SRRVICE ACTING AS IF THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR BY PROVIDING CHICKEN THAT WE ARE FLIPPING PAYING FOR!!! I will not give them my MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!!

    Never eat at this restaurant. It was closed by the health department. Eating at this franchises location, particularly Orange Park, it’s a gamble with your health. The building leaks water when it rains, this water gets into your food and they serve it anyway. The roof leaks are so bad, they can’t even use one fryer because water gets in it from the leaks. Cold chicken is held over 40 degrees all day, cooked chicken is served up to two hours after it’s hold time has expired.

    We had an amazing experience in the drive-through with a great staff member. He was so accommodating and patient with our order. He also confirmed food that was available and ready at the time of drive-through to make it easy. Troy was a true blessing to work with and a professional on every aspect. Once we got to the window, he was accommodating and willing to fulfill our every need. A huge shout out to the HR of Popeyes chicken for finding the diamond in the rough and the needle in the haystack! Troy is definitely an asset to any company that he works for, Keep up the hard work you earned it!

    I have ordered from them online again and again and again, only to receive only a portion of what I order. Sometimes something different than ordered, sometimes just no replacement item at all. I have ordered online for pick up, only to sit out in their parking lot for literally 45 minutes after going through the drive-through and being told it would be out in five minutes. This is the most incompetent, blasé , lousy customer service I have ever received. Over & over again. Unfortunately, my unexplainable love of Popeyes keeps me going back for the abuse. Popeyes: please pay your people enough to care about your customers.

    After waiting 20 minutes to order, then the person was literally taking one order at a time and making sure orders were delivered. Before getting another order. Then we were asked to wait in parking spot. After another 20 min waiting, girl asked if we were waiting on something... gave her receipt to verify order then waited another 10 minutes. Then go inside to check order and still not even getting our order together. The manager and employees were so rude like it was our fault they didn't make are food. They need to do better and find better help that know what their doing.

    Chicken was dry and cold. Lobby and tables dirty. Employee on her cell phone yelling for another Employee to take our order while she made a phone call. Took order but had to go back for fries, they were not in the bag. They were out of honey but biscuit was like hockey pocks anyway. Bathrooms were filthy. Health Dept should visit this place. Visited at 4:30 p.m. business was slow. No reason for this place to be such a disaster.

    Ive been to this location a few times. The wait is always long. In their defense, it seemed understaffed and overworked. The regular chicken meal was ok, but the chicken strips were very dry with very little meat. Will try again and update my post with pictures. Hope they improve.

    Expect 30+ minutes for simple orders. Sat in the store and watched 8 people looking busy but not actually doing much at all. The manager was chilling outside and would come in and say a couple things like "What's going on with this order" then they'd just go back outside.
