Texas Roadhouse is always a great choice for a meal. They have a large menu of steak, chicken, salads and more. Not to mention the amazing freshly baked rolls and butter! It can get pretty busy so try to get there early if you can. Service is also always fast and friendly.

I want to start by saying best steak by far from all the other big chain steak restaurants. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny. It was cooked exactly how both my wife and I wanted. As well as the sides were really good. The Mac and cheese was okay by far not the best. But the mashed potatoes and gravy was great. The boneless buffalo wings was really good. The service was great and fast and the server was consistently checking up on us and making sure we were well taken care of.

Service is amazing the food was hot and delicious the rolls omg! 😄I felt like kid in candy store. Before the food arrived. The drinks are strong and delicious. Date night accomplished. You want be disappointed. My advise join the wait list prior to arriving,it can get extremely busy.

If you are someone who enjoys an excellent cut and a perfect medium rare, Texas Roadhouse is the restaurant to visit in Jacksonville, FL. It was the best steak I have had in years! Accompanied by delicious flat mashed potatoes, vegetables and a refreshing drink! I must point out something that always bothers me and always disenchants me in restaurants: Cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised how serious this factor is for Texas Roadhouse, because I saw them do it with different tables, when the diners finish and leave, the guy comes to pick up all the plates, glasses, leftovers and so on, bringing his two cents of cleaning to the table, then another guy or girl comes and adds his or her mile of cleaning: the table, the chairs, the lamp, the menu cartons, the salt and pepper jars; then you will see the supervisor arrive after a few minutes to check in detail that everything has been totally cleaned, including the table floor. Excellent job!

Idk what is going on but my last 2 pick up orders have been freezing cold. Today I had a pick up for 5:30 I arrived at 5:12 my meal was brought out early when I got home my rolls are hard and cold and my steak needs to be microwaved. I live less than 2 mins from this location. I hope their service improves soon because $70 for 2 cold steaks is unacceptable

I want to congratulate you for so many years serving the public, you continue with the same excellence and quality as always; My only suggestion is that the music was too loud.

I have never been so compelled to write a review the minute I walked out the door, as I was this evening after visiting this Texas Roadhouse. From the initial greeting, our chat with the sweet girl, who showed us to our table, our superb service from Morgan, the visit from Amber , and the Manager, who just popped by to introduce herself. When leaving the restaurant every bus person and employee acknowledged us and asked us to have a good evening. It’s obvious there’s a 100 percent focus on providing a positive customer experience. In addition, the food was excellent.

Very good place, unique experience 👌 The food is delicious, and the sides are as well. the mushroom sauce on the chicken 🐔 was delicious, the sirloin with grilled shrimps 🍤 takes you to another world 🌎 the drink is refilled, too . the cheesy fries with the ranch made fresh 😋 highly recommend to visit them. you feel every person cares over here.
