Came in today to check out an apartment and was told to get out my family and I. Asked for an business card and instead was threatened by the so called property manager and maintenance guy to to leave or they was going to do something to me . All because I asked for a business card and more information about the coming available properties! Why have scheduled touring online if there isn’t any properties available to see or tour?! She was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional! She does not want to help any one get a place there for whatever reason it is! Worse apartment searching experience I ever had in my entire years ! This place deserves no stars! She needs to be fired she threatening applicants and also have her maintenance guys fired to there just as unprofessional and rude and aggressive as she is and ghetto! Warning do not apply here ! Do not waste your time go elsewhere! Very unprofessional and rude and aggressive! I will do contact corporate to file an complaint! This was an nightmare.

My little family loves it here. It's a great neighborbood!! Anytime something needs to be done in our apt, it's taken care of quickly and efficiently. And the staff here are wonderful. Especially Megan, the manager. We have been here over a year, and it's been wonderful!!

I put in an application for an apartment and they have not contacted me at all. They took $185 for application fees and a deposit, but they don't answer the phone, don't return emails, phone messages or texts. I made an appointment online, which they cancelled stating there were no empty apartments to look at. If there are no vacancies, then why did they take my money without telling me that? How many other people have they scammed out of money like this?

I’m currently staying here and it’s been many different property management and many discrepancies in my rent payments also with the rental assistance that was supposed to be summits when Monique the lady that help me get in my apartment was there I tried calling to get it taken care of but no one answers the phone I work five days a week. I love my apartment due to me being in Florida for just a year but the miscommunication or lack of communication between the old manager and new people coming in has left a lot of people in a bad space and that’s not good especially for those who have done what has needed to be done your not even allowed to find corporate number. Because this needs to be addressed

I absolutely love the neighborhood and my apartment over exceeded all of my expectations. Management is great and understanding. Madison commons has made my first apartment everything I could have wanted and more. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and clean. The views are beautiful when walking as well

Used to be SO nice and welcoming but has been in steady decline since Highmark took over. Still a great area and wonderful residents.

Only thing that always ,seems to be phones and now Management calls from different phone numbers most of us ignore unknown phone#.

I don't know what the lady in the front office actually does... not her job, though.
