    I moved here in 2021 the place was nice and managed the right way! Since then there has been new management and this place has gone down hill! There were two big holes that formed in my dining room ceiling due to a leak from the up stairs bathroom tub it took them 2 months to come fix it even after I made my maintenance request! When they did they just sealed the hole with some spray never fixed the leaking problem, the the hole came back due to more leaking with more mold! I have kids and that is not acceptable when I pay 1340$ for rent! So I put in my notice! They never check anything i had to call to let them know I sent over my letter! Before you move here just do your research! There has been more tenants move out cause of the same problem! You can’t even walk in the office no more now they want you to make an appointment to come into the office! I’m sure it’s because all of the complaints about things not being fixed!

    I submitted an application and paid the fees plus an extra 100 thats supposed to come back to me if the app isnt approved it was two weeks ago no phone calls no emails i check the site daily and nothing!!! I text and call but still get Nothing!!!! Id like my money back now because clearly I will not be renting from this group. I will take my money elsewhere Update- After over a **MONTH** of waiting on a response they declined my application probably because of the freeze on my credit that was off for the month they sat on their hands. They say if the application is declined you get your deposit back- Not true! THEY HAVENT GIVEN ME MY DEPOSIT BACK

    Amazing place!!! I Recently moved in, I have no complaints. The office staff made me feel welcomed and really comfortable with my decision on moving here at Holly Cove. Everyone had a helping hand in my move in and the property manager had a beautiful spirit as well as the other office staff. I was amazed on how everything went so smooth, the staff was very friendly and organized. The community is beautiful and well kept. Maintenance even surprised me how fast they answered and took care of a concern I had. This is just a fulfilled, heart warming, and safe place to live. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and REASONABLE! I will not be moving anytime soon!!!!! I love it here!

    They’re pretty okay when it comes to understanding difficult situations, but their communication and apartments are horrible. When we first did an application, no one told us anything. We waited 2 months to be accepted because they wouldn’t tell us what was needed. They never answered their phone, so we had to drive up to see what’s going on. Same exact thing for renewing. They never tell you what documents they need unless YOU go in the office. The apartment has no lights inside the bedrooms or living room. Only the “dining” room and the kitchen and the stairs. I needed a light in the bedroom for my medically inclined daughter so we had to buy a lamp. They didn’t let us view the apartment before we put a deposit on it, and they lied saying it’s all hardwood except for the stairs. It’s really aggravating trying to apply and renew the most.

    New owners are definitely not consistent. Maintenance is requested but never gets done. I really wish we had a better management team as well with answering the phones .

    We have been here for a month now and so far we like it. I understand that we have new owners and a new leasing manger and team and they will get this place going where it needs to be. There hospitality was so welcoming as well.

    Miss Brittany had been so much help very sweet lady and then there’s Stephanie very rude, aggressive and hood don’t wanna help nobody with anything n always has an attitude very rude n unprofessional

    I really don't have any complaints. The management and staff at Holly Cove always conduct themselves in a professional manner, especially the manager Hazel. They are always willing to help however they can. Maintenance does what they can to assist the residents as well. It is peaceful and drama free.
