We were walk-ins, but didn't have to wait that long. Very pleasant, helpful receptionist, nice lobby with clean restroom. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable caregiver who prescribed antibiotic for sinus infection. Script filled right across the street. Feeling much better now. Thank you for appropriate care.

I had a scheduled appointment, the receptionist said I still had a 30 min wait reguardless. I told her if that's the case, im going to the store which was next door and if she can call me, I'll come right back. I got back less than 30 mins, so I told her I was back. She acknowledged that I was back and responded "okay". I waited over an hour. When I was finally called back, the technician said receptionist never told her I was back otherwise, she would have gotten me quicker.

From the moment I called in to check the hours to my actual arrival through the whole drug test and the young lady that took me back the lady at the front desk everyone was so inviting and pleasant this is not my first time here and the reason why I chose this care spot is because I had been here before for an x-ray due to being sick from covid and they've always taken care of me I will choose this time and time again it is a great place great people especially when you're not feeling well it makes the world of difference!!!!! Excellent customer service it's very refreshing!

We had a good experience here. The medical staff did a great job and the front desk personnel were nice. A bit of a wait, but it wasn’t intolerable. I would recommend for urgent/non emergencies.

I was able to make a same day appointment at a convenient time. I arrived early and was taken right back. I only had to wait a handful of minutes to see the provider. She was thorough, listened to my concerns. Great service from the front desk staff to the providers. I'd definitely visit this location again should the need arise. The staff was professional and friendly and I was able to make and appointment and was seen quickly. The care was excellent.

First time at this CareSpot. Have always had pleasant experiences with the staff at all locations and this one was no exception. My only complaint, and this is for CareSpot in general not really this location, is that there is apparently a shortage of X-ray Technicians. Due to that and the time we came in, we were referred to an ER for a chest x-ray. Since it was not considered urgent or life threatening we waited at the ER over 2 hours before leaving. Today I called the Middelburg location to schedule an appointment for the x-ray (yesterday we had been told if it had not have been so late they would have sent us there), only to be told they did not have a technician on staff today. I had to chase down a location with x-ray ability, which is over 25 miles away! Either CareSpot needs to hire more x-ray technicians, or let the public know to call first if they believe they might need one! We came in originally suspecting my husband has pneumonia and knew he would need an x-ray. Had we been told when checking in that they would not be able to do an x-ray, we would have been able to go the the Middleburg location before it was too late...meaning my husband would not have had to suffer needlessly for the last 18 hours!

I like Care Spot for it’s convenience, but the staff are all very nice and friendly. I had a staph infection in August after having Carpal Tunnel surgery but didn’t know it. I had soreness and redness on my hand and arm and Care Spot are the people that sent me to the hospital. I would never hesitate going there, they are the best!

This most recent visit was exceptional. Slim wait time, personable staff and experienced PA. I felt very comfortable with the care that I got.
