Worst customer service ever and woman who answers the phone I got two days in a row needs some serious attitude adjustment and heā€™s one of the most rude thoughtless sounding people Iā€™ve ever spoken to in my 50+ years who has answered the phone and honestly all of us that hurt her here on speakerphone donā€™t think she should have a job there at all. Not in customer service. PS she also hung up on me and was atrociously rude.

I give it zero stars. I had test done 10 27. Today is the 11 16. No results are posted for my doctor. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the imaging center or corporate offices. I finally reached a person who was in another state. She gave me back to the number that never answers. I asked for my insurance company not to pay the bill a week ago and I still have not heard back from anyone. My recommendation would be that phone number should be answered even if by a voicemail. Putting someone into a phone round robin and then having the last number disconnect you is just wrong. It truly is a shame because the location was excellent. Easy logging in, great customer service, the test technicians were good and everything was done in a timely manner. .

The call center that handles scheduling always canā€™t find my referral and I have to have them refaxed over and over again. The hospital Israeli and the imaging centers are great but the call center are horrible.

after a screening mammogram I received a letter telling me the radioligist saw an irregulatrity and i needed to call and schedule a couple more views. the soonest they would give me an appointment was over a month away. I am elderly and don't drive into Jacksonville for a sooner appointment. why do mammograms if you can't offer full service? very disappointed in what had always been a good experience there. p.s. I received a second notice telling me how important this was and please schedule and appointment.

Upon arrival at 1:30 pm for my 2:00 pm appointment, I was told that the computer system was down so I may have to wait. I waited. About 4:00 pm I had not been seen. I went to the lady at the check-in and explained the situation. She assured me that they knew I was waiting but because of the earlier system issues, everyone was running late. She did send a message to that department as a reminder. At 5:15 pm I was approached by an employee to ask for what was I there. I explained the afternoon and what I had done but told they were running late. She informed me that the department was closed and all of the staff had left. She took my paperwork to the lady with whom I had been speaking. She had been there for a few minutes so I decided to walk up. Both of the ladies and a third that came out of an additional office all apologized profusely; the third lady said she had called her supervisor and she was told not to call any of the staff back to work, so I would need to come back at another time. I was assured I would receive a call the following morning to let me know what they could do about seeing me sooner than if I had for an appointment. By 11:30 am the following day, I received no call so I called the radiology department directly. A young girl named Brittany answered. Once I explained why I called, she quickly let me know I would need to speak to another area. Once transferred, my call was not answered so I left a message again explaining the events of the day before and relating the fact I had not heard from anyone. By 2:00 pm I had heard from no one. I then called the St Vincentā€™s ā€œConcern Lineā€ and added it to my list of people I needed to run through the facts of the situation on an additional voicemail. I will give them until the end of the day to call back. If I have heard nothing by tomorrow morning, my plan is to drive up to the hospital and stay there until someone speaks with me. This is awful customer service at best and at worst it is pathetic no one can be an adult, take responsibility, and at least offer an apology. If you have a choice I would highly recommend choosing another option for your procedure, test, or scan such as Baptist in Fleming Island.

I was trying to answer a question about billing and got passed around to literally NINE departments to find out a billing question!! Are you kidding me? Why would I trust my health to someone who can't even answer a question??
