Upon
arrival
at
1:30
pm
for
my
2:00
pm
appointment,
I
was
told
that
the
computer
system
was
down
so
I
may
have
to
wait.
I
waited.
About
4:00
pm
I
had
not
been
seen.
I
went
to
the
lady
at
the
check-in
and
explained
the
situation.
She
assured
me
that
they
knew
I
was
waiting
but
because
of
the
earlier
system
issues,
everyone
was
running
late.
She
did
send
a
message
to
that
department
as
a
reminder.
At
5:15
pm
I
was
approached
by
an
employee
to
ask
for
what
was
I
there.
I
explained
the
afternoon
and
what
I
had
done
but
told
they
were
running
late.
She
informed
me
that
the
department
was
closed
and
all
of
the
staff
had
left.
She
took
my
paperwork
to
the
lady
with
whom
I
had
been
speaking.
She
had
been
there
for
a
few
minutes
so
I
decided
to
walk
up.
Both
of
the
ladies
and
a
third
that
came
out
of
an
additional
office
all
apologized
profusely;
the
third
lady
said
she
had
called
her
supervisor
and
she
was
told
not
to
call
any
of
the
staff
back
to
work,
so
I
would
need
to
come
back
at
another
time.
I
was
assured
I
would
receive
a
call
the
following
morning
to
let
me
know
what
they
could
do
about
seeing
me
sooner
than
if
I
had
for
an
appointment.
By
11:30
am
the
following
day,
I
received
no
call
so
I
called
the
radiology
department
directly.
A
young
girl
named
Brittany
answered.
Once
I
explained
why
I
called,
she
quickly
let
me
know
I
would
need
to
speak
to
another
area.
Once
transferred,
my
call
was
not
answered
so
I
left
a
message
again
explaining
the
events
of
the
day
before
and
relating
the
fact
I
had
not
heard
from
anyone.
By
2:00
pm
I
had
heard
from
no
one.
I
then
called
the
St
Vincentās
āConcern
Lineā
and
added
it
to
my
list
of
people
I
needed
to
run
through
the
facts
of
the
situation
on
an
additional
voicemail.
I
will
give
them
until
the
end
of
the
day
to
call
back.
If
I
have
heard
nothing
by
tomorrow
morning,
my
plan
is
to
drive
up
to
the
hospital
and
stay
there
until
someone
speaks
with
me.
This
is
awful
customer
service
at
best
and
at
worst
it
is
pathetic
no
one
can
be
an
adult,
take
responsibility,
and
at
least
offer
an
apology.
If
you
have
a
choice
I
would
highly
recommend
choosing
another
option
for
your
procedure,
test,
or
scan
such
as
Baptist
in
Fleming
Island.
