I have fine thin limp hair and have been getting it permed so I can have body and fullness. My current stylist is booked for months (she does a beautiful job) I am going on an important trip next month and needed my perm refreshed. So i called around and decided to try Kreative Looks. I really wanted to like this salon. The stylist was fun and great to work with but shouldn't be giving perms. I should have been suspect when she didn't do the perm the same way. Didn't saturate my hair as much didn't put that plastic cap over the rods. 15 minutes instead of the 20. Thinking back maybe she was nervous about the fact I have such fine hair? Anyway my hair came out awful!! Frizzy barely waves. No curls at all. Flat. And my hair has this brassy color Not the beautiful head of curls I usually have. The cut was pretty bad too. I called after trying to live with it for a week and really had to fight back tears. I spoke with a manager who was very rude and acted like it was my hair that was the problem. I was nice when i called but her rudeness made me even more upset. Even though I offered them a chance to fix it the owner gave me a refund. No apology no anything. Told me to go somewhere else to fix it. I am currently begging my old stylist to try to fit me in..she isn't sure she can even fix it. I am giving two stars because if you need a simple haircut or maybe a blowout this place is probably fine. It's clean and nice. But anything more advanced I'd stay away.

I was so excited to finally get my hair done again at Kreative looks. I had gotten my hair cut once there before and loved it. A year later I drove an hour and a half back to get a similar haircut, and a simple balayage. I had virgin brown hair and wanted subtle lighter balayage with the hopes to eventually go slightly lighter with a balayage but not all at once due to fear of damaging my hair. I was so upset with how my hair turned out. It had banding all around, the back was lifted to a silver color, and the pieces around my face were a very dark yellow. There was no blending at all throughout. I asked my stylist to take a picture of the back for me, and it was not similar at all to the pictures I had showed. $330 later, I had broken hair that was damaged. I had to find another salon to fix my hair for me, and they charged a fraction of the price. My layers in the back were uneven which I was not aware of until I got my hair fixed by a new stylist from another salon. I called the salon the next day and explained how I wasn’t just unhappy with the color of my hair, but it was not even and not worth the money I paid. The only thing the salon offered was to tone my hair in about a month. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that I had this experience here.

Sara did my hair and first off I had a horrible experience with another hairstylist three weeks ago. She fired my hair so bad. I contacted Kreative looks and Sara gave me excellent advice on what to do before my visit with her. Came in today and my hair is back to normal! She’s literally a Miracle worker. My roots were my main concern and she touched that up without using bleach to make my hair blend better! Definitely booked my follow up visit with her before I left. The environment of this salon is one and a million. The girls are all very inviting and just makes you feel at home! First picture is what the previous stylist did and then what Sara fixed

First off the salon was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly. Due to the texture of my hair my appointment took longer than most, but all the stylists jumped in and helped make sure I was taken care of. The salon provided coffee and snacks during the whole process and let me tell you the sink where you get your hair washed was by far the most comfortable. My neck usually kills me when I lean my head back, but this one was different. Katie was my stylist and she did not disappoint. She blew my expectations away and her expertise really shined. My hair is extremely thick and coarse and it’s hard for me to find stylists that know how to handle all hair types. Katie right off the bat had a plan and went right in and gave me creative suggestions that I’m so happy I went along with. The outcome of my hair was better than what I originally came in with. Thanks again Katie I will definitely be back and I highly suggest not only Katie but this salon the next time you need a haircut or dye.

Got my hair cut & dyed here on Wednesday, everything went as it should, and I was decently happy with it. After she’d got done blow drying it, asked if I was happy with it and then sent me on my way. No specific style, no curls, no straightening. Personally just thought $330 was a lot for the services requested. I don’t have long hair. I’m super happy with the color, the cut is decent. I appreciate her for taking the time to work on my hair, but for any new customers, I’d definitely ask for a quote before coming in.

This place is TOP TIER! the salon is the absolute cutest, so clean and well decorated! The staff are so incredibly kind, and the prices are VERY reasonable compared to other salons in the location! My stylist was Nikki DeVito and I am so proud to say she gave me every ounce of my confidence back today. Her costumer service was incredible, she was so kind and funny to work with, and she made my hair look even better than my reference photos!!! Nikki was probably the most hair inclined person I've ever had do my hair, and I wasn't even a little disappointed in her work. Nikki worked so fast on her feet which was great for me as I'm pregnant haha! she communicated extremely well and made sure I knew exactly the vision she had for my hair before we proceeded (which as someone who has gotten tons of bad haircuts/bleach jobs from other places I was THRILLED about!) The store owners were also so sweet, always looking over to compliment their workers, and creating such a warm environment for both myself and the stylist, which all in all SCREAMS good business to me. These women have earned my indefinite clientele, and I will forever be raving about this place to anyone who asks and compliments my hair! I truly can't wait for my next visit, and I'm so excited to see what else Nikki has in store for me!!! if you're on the fence about this lace and trying to decide if you want to trust them with your hair, jump over that fence!!! I didn't see a single person leave this place with unwanted results!!!

The salon was clean & seemed welcoming. They have lots of snacks & drinks available for the clients. I got my hair colored & cut, it came out very nicely. Everything went fine but personally not sure what’s up with the music choice, very depressing sad girl music lol.

I brought my teenager in today and the hair stylist, Sara, was wonderful! She spent the time to listen and make him feel comfortable! His hair looks fantastic!
