    I’m really sorry I have to post this, but I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. As I patiently waited for my DoorDash order, I couldn't help but notice a worker who was dressed in pajamas, Crocs, and a sleeveless shirt handling food. What shocked me even more was witnessing this employee reach into his pants and scratch his bottom not once, but twice. Additionally, he repeatedly scratched his unruly hair, and I never saw him wash his hands during the entire time he was handling people's food. On top of that, he kept getting his phone out every few minutes. This lack of basic hygiene and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location until this issue is resolved. Ps. Sorry to put you on blast man but that’s just disgusting.

    The service was terrible. Everyone in the store the employees took the food to the table. We weren't asked if we were dining in or take out. It was just bagged and he yelled out our number. I'll never go back. 1 star is more than they deserve.

    The employees are all stupid. Plain dumb. Helen Keller could do a better job. I don't know how they dress themselves. Worst location ever. Wrong food. Messy AF. Half hanging out the wrapper. Rubber fries. Stupid employees. Obviously management doesn't care either looking at all the horrible reviews. Good job Lyle Cunning. You should be proud.

    The worst I have ever seen. Got rude treatment at the drive-up menu. Got just as bad at the pay window. When I got to the food window, the young lady was truly rude and spoke in a manner that was very hard to understand. I got the wrong food, the fries were old and cold. The 2 kids like cheese burgers were cold and not what I ordered. At a minimum, go in to order and double check your food. Even better go somewhere else!!

    Pathetic management and workers. Barely can hand you warm food, let alone fill up a 3 dollar sundae past halfway, such terrible quality and work ethic.

    Incredibly slow for fast food. Waited several minutes before order was taken. Many cars left the line but I was sort of stuck. Employees were distracted and unhelpful. Had to remind them to give me my drink. Ordered a quarter pounder which is supposed to be fresh but seemed old. Would go to another store. Would probably be faster to drive further and have faster service.

    Unfortunately, this will be the last time I visit this location. This morning at about 8:00 AM in the middle of the breakfast menu I ordered a mcgriddle combo. I asked for it to be made fresh, and the only thing that possibly was fresh was the drink, the breakfast sandwich bread was definitely old and tough, everything but fresh. I also ordered an apple pie and it was stuck to the cardboard box and had a bitter burned taste to it also definitely past its freshness. I would not recommend this location if you want your food to be fresh and taste good. Maybe you can use this review to make a better impression on your next customer, but this one won’t be back

    If I could put zero stars I would ! I went through the drive through to use my mobile app and gave the lady my code she put it in and then told me that I had to refresh my screen on my phone. But on my mobile app it says that because they already used the code for the deal ,that I couldn't even use another code for another 15 min and that one was gone .I ask to speak to a manager his name was Miguel and he accused me of already using the deal and blamed me .its impossible to use the same deal twice it disappears after you use it .Very bad customer service he had no intent on helping me only blaming me for what they had done on there end .

    I came on 09/21/2023 at about 5:15 pm and the service was okay at the ordering food part out then I was waiting for the order and the young girl with blonde hair gave me my food and closed the window didn’t say a word and I waited there to ask for my spoon for the sundae I asked for. Extra fudge and I didn’t even get extra fudge and she never opened the door she just seemed in a bad mood

    I'm so disappointed. We went at 10:30pm with no cars in the line. We ordered and they didn't give us all of our food. When we went back around to go inside. The dining room was closed even though it said it was supposed to be open until 12am. The line at this point was 8 cars ahead of us waiting to order. We sat in that line until 11:30pm with no movement of the line. We ended up calling the Clinton location and they took great care of us. Clinton isn't far from this location. It's worth the extra 5 or so minutes.

    Ordered a chocolate shake and literally got a vanilla shake with a pump of chocolate syrup at the bottom. I tried to ask why they thought this was okay at all and was told that it's a chocolate shake because as you drink it the chocolate mixes in. The saddest excuse of a customer service representative. If I hadn't been in a hurry I wouldn't have left with just that answer but honestly was not in the mood to explain how this was not okay. Pretty sad how McDonald's has really gone down the drain.

    Extremely unsanitary McDonalds. Took over 20 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. The workers who were handling food were not wearing hats or hairnets. Food was cold, any other McDonald’s in the area is probably better than this one
