Florida native and resident. The last time I visited Clearwater Beach was 1983. The place has really changed. We completely enjoyed the environment. We rented a private beach front condo, The Villas of Clearwater, via B&W Management. B&W Management was very well organized, proactive and all about customer satisfaction before, during, and after our stay. The condo was CLEAN, fully equipped and matched the photos on the site! All we needed to bring was clothes and food! We looked at larger 3 bedroom options for our stay as we anticipate more family and friends might join us. The Villas are just a few minutes walk (couple blocks) north of the busy area near the Sandpearl and traffic turnabout. In this area you will find many food options, shops, and nightlife. The beach is well maintained and managed by local authority. All water activities are for rent just steps down the beach. We only needed the car to shop at Publix for food and the gym. This condo building is amazing. The ocean views are unbelievable. It is just down from where all the restaurants are so it is easily walkable, but it is very quiet as it is out of all of crowded places. We loved it so much we came back for the second year this January and actually bought one of the units. The management company is fantastic. Mona helped us so much and did everything imaginable to make the stay perfect.

Nice place

We had the BEST time staying here for a week. The condo was perfect, large, clean and had everything we needed to get by for a week. The view of the ocean was absolutely breath taking. This was for sure one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The kids loved it as well. 5 star all the way. We will be back!

Booked before pandemic with agreement (over the phone) on $100 cancellation fee. During lock down I canceled my reservation, but they didn’t refund any penny from my $500. My credit card customer service didn’t help me, because I sighed agreement! Very disappointed that they thinking only about profit and don’t care about people. I would not recommend this place.

Best rental experience ever! I booked over the phone with Anne Marie and she was fantastic to deal with. This was our first time I visit Clearwater and she answered all my questions and even helped with dining recommendations. We flew in and wasn’t able to bring beach chairs and supplies but that was no problem because this place came with everything you could need. This has been a great experience and we will definitely book again through Clearwater beach rentals.

The best management company for beach front vacation rentals. Great customer service and beautiful condos. There are great reviews online and clearwater beach is the best beach around. I highly recommend for anyone looking to spoil themselves and take a much needed vacation.
